Jennylyn was a great server, very attention to detail and quick. Food was great, desert was by far the best brownie overboard I've ever had. Biscuits were delicious too, tasted fresh as can be.

Lobster fest is back!! I came here for the lobster, it was delicious!! It's been awhile since I have been here and the food is still yummy!!

The food wasn't bad--Cajun-flavored crabs were actually quite good, and our server was friendly and did a great job. However, we came specifically for the crab fest, and they had no crab crackers available. It was incredibly frustrating trying to eat crabs without the proper utensils. To be fair, our server did let us know in advance, but it's disappointing that a restaurant promoting a crab fest wouldn't be properly equipped for it. That's a management issue--one that reflects poorly on the chain and could very well put them on the same path as TGIF if basic details like this continue to be overlooked.

I always go to this location at red lobster. The food is always fresh and delicious. There's no red lobster where I live so I always cross the bridge to Jersey to get here. I try to come once a month. I always get the ultimate feast. It's so good

The server was very good but this bogo even with a bogo is not really worth $20. Well if you did stuff yo face shrinks it's priced about $25 let say so anyway. Yeah this is what it is. The server was good; attentive and gave me a lot of lemons on my water yoooo. Super nice and friendly server. But the portion for this bogo is not super great.

    Endless Shrimp

Came to try the $22 endless shrimp. They should rename it to endless wait. It's ACYE shrimp 7 ways. Pick 3 for the first round, and then pick 1 every round after. The first round also comes with a side. They unfortunately ran out of the "Dragon Shrimp" today. The food itself was good, but we had to wait 20-30 minutes between rounds because the kitchen was so dang slow. The dinner ended up taking 2.5 hours. Ya girl was falling asleep. Our server acknowledged the long wait, but didn't offer anything to make up for it. An extra side would have been a nice gesture. SIDE NOTE: I'm annoyed that the server didn't tell us that the skewers come with rice each time you order it. When she asked us what side we wanted for round 1, she should've let us know that we were already getting rice. That way, we can pick a different side. It's the little things, you know?

There's nothing I appreciate more than exceptional customer service. Mary is the best. She's attentive, has a fantastic balance of knowing when we need something and when we wanna relax and eat and as a smile that lights up the room if you're having a bad day go to Red Lobster and ask for Mary.

We* Love Red Lobster PERIODT We go to Red Lobster because it's Red Lobster We will not let her go !! Food quality and service are like waves in the ocean or phases of the moon ( they wax and wane ) sometimes it's great ; sometimes it's not ( so what). It's a relationship ! Our customer/server relationship with RL transcends any one restaurant visit or period of time. Would you send your dog to the pound just because he/she was in a slump ? NO! You would give her more attention, play more frequently, and offer him a balanced diet consisting of diverse grains and butcher selected meats - Thanking her consistently for her service and presence. We must also show attention and gratitude to RL who has always been there for us ( Sunday afternoons-post church , following a special event , or just because! ) RL offers a classy seafood dining experience that is within reach for the average 21st century North American budget. If you don't like it, stay home and eat peanut butter and jelly, but if you enjoy dining on fine Langostinos, I'll see you at your Neighborhood RL ( if your neighborhood does not have a RL , FIND ANOTHER NEIGHBORHOOD) * We = landlubbers

I get that it's Red Lobster, but they could step it up better. Gross menu, gross margarita. The rest of the food was typical mediocre Red Lobster. I will say our server was nice and attentive. Ambiance was not clean feeling.

Garlic sauce from the shrimp scampi
    Tunisia S.

I've been to this red lobsters plenty of times in my life. Always have had a pleasant experience. During this trip I had a taste for the garlic sauce they cook the shrimp scamp in but I also wanted Alfredo pasta. So, I ordered the grilled chicken(or it may have been Cajun chicken) and linguini in a cream/Alfredo sauce. I asked for a side of the garlic sauce that the scampi is cooked in and the Waite said she'd see if she could get it and didn't think it would be an issue. Well, she got it and it gave the food such a nice kick! I loved it! A nice size portion along with a side of broccoli and biscuits. My biscuits were nice and warm. And the strawberry lemonade I ordered hit the spot. Go here! This is one of the good Red Lobsters.

Service!!!!! The service here was aaaaaamazing. Ask for Dijon, like the Provence in France:) lol. he was amazing. Very attentive. Food was delicious per usual. I had my fav the ultimate feast. They really need to change the fried shrimp though to something else. Or mix it up a bit. Place smelled a bit like chloroform but in covid times that's maybe a great thing because you know theyre cleannnn!!! Lol. No bad things to say here. Great service. Great food. Good vibes.

I am still disappointed by the lack of response from the corporate office on this matter, but the Edison location was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. Initial review: My wife and I have been going to True Food Kitchen for a while now, and really enjoy their healthy food options, but their recent lack of customer service is very disappointing. We recently purchased a gift card for True Food Kitchen but when we had problems with it, the local restaurant wasn't able to do anything. We reached out to the company they parner with for the gift cards, who told us to reach out to corporate. I left two voicemails with True Food corporate with no response, in addition to leaving email with no response either. I would appreciate it even if they couldn't do anything that they would at least get back to us and let us know that, but nothing. I commend True Food for offering such healthy eating options for people but without good customer service, I can't see it really lasting for long.

The host was super warm and friendly and, since it was our first time, guided us through the menu and gave us some good suggestions. That definitely made a great first impression. I'm vegetarian and don't eat eggs directly, so I got the Vegetarian Ranchero with the egg on the side. They were totally fine accommodating that, and I really enjoyed it. We also tried the guava and cheese empanada, which was a first for me, and honestly it was delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect from that combination, but the sweet guava and cheese were so well balanced. Definitely one of my favorites from the brunch. I also got their signature coffee with refills, which was perfect because we were there to relax, chat, and celebrate. Overall, we really enjoyed our brunch. A few logistical tips: while there is street parking, a public lot is conveniently located right across the street. The dining room is quite intimate with only about ten tables, and since they don't seem to take reservations, I recommend arriving early or being prepared for a wait. If you don't want to wait, they do offer takeout! Another suggestion is to browse their menu online before you arrive, the selection is extensive! We showed up without a game plan and needed several minutes just to decide because there were so many tempting choices! Luckily, our waiter was incredibly patient and helpful, answering every question we had. Once we decided, the real fun began. Every single item, and I'm not exaggerating, was phenomenal! We started with the fresh squeezed orange juice, which was sweet and perfectly portioned, along with a vanilla latte and a cappuccino. Both were classic, rich, and creamy. For the main course, we chose the "Chill + Qill It" Chilaquiles, which featured traditional corn tortillas topped with cotija cheese, avocado, pink sour cream, eggs, and your choice of protein. We also tried the Parkside Classic Sliders; the chicken was exceptionally crispy yet tender and juicy, served with eggs on a brioche bun. We opted to upgrade to the truffle fries, which were delicious! Although our sliders accidentally came with pickles, the staff was so kind and immediately offered to remake the dish or swap out the bun. Finally, we had the Grilled Chicken Egg Ranchero. It was like a breakfast version of nachos, loaded with beans, peppers, onions, an egg, those same crispy tortillas, and more of that signature pink cream! We couldn't leave without satisfying our sweet tooth, so we finished with the Cinnamon Roll French Toast. It tasted exactly like a fresh cinnamon roll, the glaze was incredible, and the bread was perfectly crisp on the outside while remaining fluffy inside. I honestly cannot wait to go back and work my way through the rest of the kitchen's creations. This restaurant is a absolute must-visit for their unique combinations and superb flavors!

So how did I wind up back here? Bit of a story but if you read my first review you'll see how I met a friend that I met online 13 years ago for the first time and this was the place we went for dinner after an event. Well, now a year later, her and I were traveling together north to Parsippany and this was the closest restaurant that looked appealing. It was not until we enter the parking lot I said out loud, this is where we had our first dinner. Anyways, enough of that love story. I really want to give this two stars for service but the food really pushed it over the top. So all in all I will keep it as a four star review. I want to address the food first, I had the short rib tacos, and my partner had eggplant caprice flatbread. I had a bite of hers which I absolutely enjoyed, eggplant had a nice crisp to it which really made it enjoyable. The short rib tacos... holy crap! Mind blown. I did not expect such great flavor in such a small bite. Everything about the tacos packed a punch. I would much rather have had six tacos and no chips and salsa. As for the service, this is where I got frustrated and my cash tip hopefully reconcile with my server. We dined on the rooftop which was completely empty minus a couple at the bar. We seated and ordered our beverages. I did not get my lime with my lemon water. After we ordered our meals, and received them, a server never came back to check in with us. I wasn't a big fan of her attitud either. It started to get busy I noticed that the host kept seating everyone around us when there was an entire floor to sit people at. Not sure if they're trying to keep people in one specific area but for how slow it was they certainly could've given everyone more privacy. I'm pretty sure the couple that was seated next to us got up and left for that reason. Cannot say I will not be back but who knows when I'll be traveling through again.
