our order which included "bacon wrapped scallops" @ $12

we ordered a selection of appetizers for our New Year's eve celebration which included "bacon wrapped scallops" (cost $12). what we received were just two naked scallops on one skewer, no bacon and only the two sad little scallops. i realize they may be busy on a holiday but $12!!! for two bare-naked scallops!!!

Restaurant was clean, and sat at a table as soon as I walked in. The server was fairly busy, but was reasonably quick taking my order. The food was cooked as I expected. Nothing was burnt, and I was happy with how fast the food came out. Waitress did forget the soup, but brought it out as soon as I reminded her of it. I was happy with my experience, and would return again.

Was very pleased with everything. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The rolls were just out of the oven yummy! Crab was a little small in size--like size of legs not amount. The claw was very small. Shrimp was great

One of the less busy Red Lobsters (apparently they are much busier during the winter, and especially during Lobster Fest!) . The background music gives nice ambiance, and the servers were quick and attentive. Brittany (a 4yr veteran) was great! As usual, the food was excellent with a great sear on my salmon (YUM, Jack!) The snow crab were done well also and plenty of Cheddar Bay Biscuits! For under $20.00 the pick 2 (w Salmon and Snow Crab legs) plus biscuits, salad and vegetable medley is healthy and a deal! This is a great place if you know how to order (not fried!) and this specific one I will be back to whenever I'm in Jackson! Well done! 4 stars!

Standard chain food, but with the dramatic rise in prices very few can afford it anymore.

Service can be slow at times. Waitstaff is friendly and the food usually spot on. The look of the restaurant is dated.

The cheeseburger was incredible, perfectly cooked, and I don't know what kind of buns they use but they're definitely my favorite now. I'm thinking we should have gotten two pizzas cause not only did he devour a few pieces but I helped finish it and couldn't stop eating cause it was so good! The staff was very personable and kind. Especially Brooke and Maddy, they were so sweet and chatted with my son about his Pokemon and legos. We left very full and happy with our experience.

I scoured the web for the best sounding wrap I could find and finally set my sights on Grand River Brewery. I ordered a Santa Fe wrap to-go, got there before it was even ready and was home to eat it within 5 minutes. To my dismay they had left the spicy ranch off the wrap. It was dry and unpleasant and that was an unfortunate tell of what was to come. It was accompanied by an odd tasting pickle, which particularly hurt my heart because I am a woman who loves a good pickle. This next part was especially jarring because the ambiance of the restaurant really seemed like they would have good fries, I'm sure they would be good fresh, but the ones I found inside my to-go box were not that. Sad, hard, dry fries that tasted and felt like they had been sitting out for hours. Truly disappointing. In summary, twas certainly a mistake to treat myself to this TWENTY ONE dollar meal that didn't even include a drink...21 dollars for a horrible wrap, horrible fries and a weird pickle. For that price I was really expecting the best wrap I've ever had, I could not have been more let down. My Venmo is grace-shoemaker- if you're feeling sympathetic to my experience. Thanks for tuning into my blog.

Had wanted to try this place for years, but never were passing through Jackson at a time they were…read moreopen. Last Saturday we finally were, so in we went. It's a very inconspicuous location, squeezed in between two truck depots. The building looks--inside and out--like it could be someone's workshop. At least if someone hung cool original art on their workshop's walls and set up a pool table. When we stood in front of the bar looking at the draft menu, a couple sitting nearby offered to scooch down so we could get barstools. Friendly folks=good start. We tried samples of a black IPA and rye IPA. Both were good, but we went with the rye for a pint. Nice and hoppy with just a little sharpness, good body. Had a bit of a drive in front of us, so we got a crowler of the black to go. Interesting beer selection, with two strong Scottish ales and many IPA variants. Plus alcoholic fruit slushees if that's your thing. We're mulling a run to Jackson purposefully to sample more of their offerings.

Great beer choices. IPAs, Vanilla Porters, Hefeweizens and other beer choices were on tap. I had…read morethe porter and the Hefeweizen. Liked both. Also had two seltzer slushes available. They had music bingo that night. I sat at the bar and watched some football and read some. They offer snacks for $1 (peanuts, pretzels, popcorn and more). They encourage you to bring in food which I like since that lets them focus on the beer. Bar tender was ready for me and served well.
