Y'all rreally need to start feeding your employees on thanksgiving and not make them pay that's low class

Was better anticipated. Everything was delicious and great service. Way better than the last RL we went to.

The food sucked. Service was horrible. Endless shrimp was a joke. 20 min between the next round and that's if it shows up at all. The shrimp Alfredo was scorched and the white fish looked more like battered fish scales it was so thin. read more

This used to be one of my favorite places. I don't think I will be returning. The service was awesome!!! I go there to eat the fried fish. Well, they have changed it from Flounder to white fish. Well we ordered the coconut shrimp. Not as good. For one the changed the sauce that comes with it. I asked if the changed the shrimp the girl said no. But it has gone down hill. The biscuits are still good. Thank goodness. The waiter was super nice. read more

Why is it that when you sit down in a restaurant the waiter/waitress (server, seafood specialist, etc) thinks he or she can get personal? I had dinner with my mother and the waitress wanted to know why we came in there to eat? Were we shopping? Were we celebrating? When I told her that we just came in to eat, she was taken aback. This is not the place I would celebrate and so, what if we had been shopping, just bring me some tea and a menu. I was not really paying attention to her and between the time we gave her our drink orders and the time she actually brought our drinks, she was back at the table showing my mother pictures on her phone. When she brought our salads out, she said, your orders will be ready really quickly and (I kid you not) she said "Would you like for me to leave your orders in the kitchen under the heat lamp while you enjoy your salads?" I was stunned. I told her that we would just as soon have our food while it was hot from being cooked and not warmed over from the heat lamp. read more

Haven't been to Red Lobster in a while but after today I probably won't be back. Shame on them! All my favorites are gone! No longer have pasta listed on the Create your own section but charge more for basically add ins listed. Also, you no longer get sides with the pasta meals. Awful! I will be traveling elsewhere as this used to be my favorite restaurant. To get any sides with your meals it all extra!!! Ban Red Lobster!!! read more

I've only been to Red Lobster once in my life and I can say that it was an enjoyable experience. The restaurant is very nice and very dim lighting but it made it relaxing. The service was pretty good. Fast service and overall pretty good. Nothing amazing or anything by all means but good. The food, of course was the best part of my time there. I got the surf and turf with the 12 oz New York strip. It was like 27$ but it was great. The steak was a little tough but not much. The lobster tail was pretty big and cooked to perfection. The mash potatoes were smooth and creamy and buttery. A very well put together and cooked meal. Defiantly worth the price. The portions were pretty big too. I had to get a to-go box for it. We also had the cheddar biscuits, which were great too. I give this place 4 stars. If it was a little cheaper and better service then it would be 5 stars but 4 stars from me read more

The food was a 1 star for sure but our server was pretty good. Knew it was going to be very busy but have had great of food here once so we wanted to give it another try. Nothing we ordered I would have again. Best part of our$85 meal was the free biscuits. Mussels are always over cooked here & husband ordered the surf & turf, let's say skip that $35 meal for sure. Over cooked chunks of beef with2 rubber lobster tails. My seafood bake was a rubber batch of goo that leaves me more irritated than anything else. We come for dinner here ofter, and always enjoy our time. Tonight was the complete opposite. The wait to even get the host to acknowledge us, and even getting a glass of water after being seated. All around terrible experience. We felt our waitress didn't really wait on us, and if anything the manager did everything for our table. The manager was very helpful, and polite. It made it a uncomfortable experience that even our waitress was complaining about how terrible tonight was.... I hope next time is better. read more

Went to this Red Lobster on December 12th just before 5pm. We were quickly seated and our waiter was extremely helpful on explaining their updated menu. During our meal, the table behind us could have been called "difficult" as they were asking our waiter what ingredients were in particular items to the point he would go to the back to get detailed answers. I was afraid their needs would keep him from checking up with us for refills and such, but that was not the case. He was excellent! He never seem frustrated and was happy to help us and the adjacent table. Never a delay in refills or bringing more cheddar biscuits! (More on the biscuits later...) The food was outstanding! I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable meal. On top of the meal, the cheddar biscuits were the best that I have ever had at a Red Lobster! After expressing this to the manager who checked in with us, we found out the baker had been baking the biscuits for around 28 years and it showed! They were so good! It isn't a nock against this Red Lobster, but probably should be directed to corporate as the usually prescribe how the restaurant is set up... the table lighting was not very good. The Lobster Pizza was a bit overcooked and chewy and for the Fish and Chips was greasy on the bottom and a bit under seasoned overall the experience was good and our waitress was attentive and she done well just wish the food wasn't so Bland but the cheddar biscuits were on point. read more

The Cesar salad and cheddar bay biscuits are amazing. My husband loves the shrimp. I ordered the parm talapia and it was so bland....and I'm only assuming the potatoes are flakes because they looked and tasted like it. I only go because my husband loves the endless shrimp. We went for seafood what we got was an 70 min. of waiting when everyone that came in after us got there food!!! Our waitress was very kind, considerate and truly felt bad. The manager offered to pay for our meal but as I was walk back to my table the ladies across from us that had been there 25 min got their food. Enough was Enough. How does this restaurant have 3 1/2 stars. They have removed half of the items from the menu including the most common salad dressing in the United States, ranch dressing. They keep the horrible servers but they get rid of one of the only decent things on the menu. Surprised they don't buy it it comes in bulk. Prepackaged like everything else you eat here. I hadn't eaten in this establishment probably in 15 years. The last time I came here, the facility was dirty, the food sub-par, and the service was poor. Oh what a difference a new owner makes!! I took my daughter-in-love out for her birthday and I'm so glad we came here. Taylor was our server and she was exceptional. The cheddar bay biscuits were hot and delicious. Our appetizer of seafood stuffed mushrooms was also hot and well prepared. Our entrees came in an acceptable amount of time and they were also hot and delicious. One entrée was fried shrimp/broccoli and the other was shrimp skewers/crispy Brussel sprouts. If you've never tried the crispy Brussel sprouts, they are worth stopping in. Slices of charred sprouts are topped with a crunchy coating with a generous amount of a sweet smoky sauce. We both had baked potatoes topped with a lobster cream sauce. For dessert, we had the Brownie Overboard and the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake. The whole dining experience was first class from start to finish. I would recommend this establishment to anyone, but especially to people over 50. In our current day, It's not very often you find a great restaurant that has old school standards. Whoever is running this place is old school :) Servers and staff were friendly and quick to clean tables. It was just a wonderful way to spend a birthday! Red Lobster, you let me down again. We had extra Red Lobster gift cards that we bought at Christmas and decided to use them before they expired, so I picked up Red Lobster to go. First, I called to place my order and was put on hold so long that I arrived before placing my order. I went inside to the bar and was greeted right away by the bartender who served iced tea to me while I looked at the menu, but he left and I waited and waited and someone stopped by and took my order. When the food was finally ready to go, the bartender didn't show me the order. I was ready to go, so I didn't check it. I got home, no salad dressing, no sauce on my daughter's "chicken," no tarter sauce for my once a month fish, no butter for hubs's lobster tail. I want my $12 tip back. read more

Was overcharged for my meal, i asked twice if my bill was correct and was assured it was correct. Got home and looked it up on the web and they got me for two bucks, unless there was an extra charge for a baked potato. I did notice there was an extra charge for cheese and bacon to put on my potato, they should have told me that up front. I went to pick up an order from curbside pick up and I called not thinking I could enter for pick up orders. They tell me to come in and grab my food, the hostess was immediately rude not greeting me and told me to wait by the bar. I stand at the bar and have 2 other workers come up to me asking if I've been helped as I've been standing there for a good 5 minutes. The restaurant was not pack at all I saw 2-4 tables max. The manager then asked me if I had been helped, it was nice to see that everyone noticed I was standing around waiting, but I showed up 20 minutes past the time I was told my food would be done. Great service from friendly staff. We came here on a weekday so it was not packed. It was the first time my boyfriend had eaten here and he was excited about trying lobster for the first time. We ordered a sampler and it was all cooked to perfection. His favorite was the Parrot Bay Coconut shrimp (one of my ATF starter at Red Lobster). He got the surf and turf (cooked perfect and a great presentation) and I got the lobster and shrimp linguini (mediocre presentation but it was very tasty) half order. The tab was not on the cheap side but far less than I have spent at other steakhouses. It was worth the ticket price and I would return to this location in the future for sure. read more

The food was average. The worst part of experience was while eating our car was broken into in the poor lot parking lot. In 2021 a nice restraunt like this you would think they would care about their customers enough to provide better lit parking and camera systems which are at most homes even this day and time. WOW, this Red Lobster has really gone downhill. After waiting about 3-4 Minute to be acknowledged with my wife standing a foot from her, when someone finally said I think these people are waiting did the girl finally looked up and say OH.... Our waiter addressed us promptly and professionally, He did a good job, but the food...Was horrible. Fried shrimp and the Lobster were so rubbery, We couldn't eat them. Shrimp scampi was the only thing on my plate that was warm. Lobster, rice crab legs were all cold. We gave them another try thinking the last visit was just a farce, but Not again. A Saturday night at 7 and they had quite a few empty tables. Use to, there would have been a long wait. I'm guessing this RL will wont last much longer. Just left food was great service was atrocious. I have had mediocre service in restaurants before but this was beyond the pale. We were seated and the server came to take our drink order in a reasonable amount of time however unfortunately that would be one of the last times we would see him for the night I had no drink from the time our food came until the time I left at one point when we found a mistake on my food a topping left off my steak we actually were able to make contact with our server who advised us that that would not have happened had he served it but unfortunately he was busy with another table so he was unable to wait on us honestly I received more service from another server who had a table adjacent to ours who took pity on us than I did from our server read more

My family purchased this meal for me as a birthday dinner. After waiting a significant amount of time, I was not able to eat the entrée and one of the two sides. The shrimp tasted indescribably bad, and tasted like it had been microwaved, as did one of my sides. We have ordered two other times since the COVID-19 and both times have been bad but we chalked it up to new changes of service delivery due to the changes in the restaurant business. We are trying to do our part in helping local restaurant business. We have seen changes in food amounts and various other changes that are necessary in order to stay afloat. ( understandable, ) but no matter how much you have to change things, patrons earn their money the same way they always have, ( Hard Work!) so expecting at least quality prepared food and service delivery is not a lot to ask for. Let me start that I have been a longtime patron of Red Lobsters, at this one as well as others. Over the course of me eating at this particular establishment over the last 15 years, the quality and service has slowly but surely diminished. However, today was the day that convinced me I was done with this Red Lobster. This last to-go meal I had was missing enough food that I basically was overcharged about $15. I was charged a full Cajun chicken alfredo, despite only receiving a the a la carte alfredo (no chicken and no Cajun seasoning, but still being charged $15 instead of $5). I ordered a dozen extra biscuits on top of the 4 complementary biscuits and received only 6 biscuits instead, effectively paying nearly $5 for 2 biscuits. I understand that I am partly to blame in all of this. I should have thoroughly examined my food despite fogged containers, counted my biscuits despite reassurances that everything was there, and asked to examine my receipt prior to payment, despite not being given this option at the time. The fact was that by the time I got home, having made several other stops, it was a rather large inconvenience to return to the store. The kicker? I wanted to leave this message for Red Lobster via their online form so they could be alerted to this incident, but for whatever reason, the form does not work. So, I have decided to leave this review instead. Because of a long declining quality of food with a high price point, mostly mediocre dine-in experiences outside of this incident, and finally this incident, I do not believe I will return to this establishment and will let others know that their money is better spent elsewhere. If you want cheddar bay biscuits, make them at home. If you want pasta and fish out, I would check out other restaurants in Norman. read more

Went there last night to celebrate my birthday with my family. After being seated i observed the bus girl remove dishes from two tables and wipe them off with a paper towel??? No sanitizer and after ten minutes still never came back to clean them. The. I observed waitresses playing with their hair touching their mouths and then serving guests food without washing their hands first. I got with a manager and told her about it and all she wanted to do was fix my meal.. no apology.. I got my family and we left.. then I got a reply from Red Lobster to fill out a proper survey with a link that doesn't work.. never eating there again! I'm only giving this a four because our server Michael P did such a great job very attentive always asking us if we needed more. We went during shark fest which is the best time to go to red lobster but unfortunately this year it was 20 minutes in between each entrée me and my significant other or both ordered to the endless shrimp, And each time we ordered something they would only send us one order out at a time for both of us to share and instead of getting the salads we ordered soup and we were charged I believe almost 8 dollars for the soup instead of the salad which is incorrect. When Jamie cotton the manager was confronted with it or she said she was the manager she said it once it was in the computer everything was finalized and if we wanted to refund it would have to come out of his pocket or out of his tip and so of course I blew gasket at that point because that was inappropriate because he supplied us with great service and was a fantastic server and on top of everything this was his third day so he did not do a great job it's because she was not a good manager who trained him so I'm giving up for for Michael I'm giving a one for red lobster in Norman Oklahoma. read more

We go to this location every couple months and always find it to be well managed with very good food. The servers are friendly and attentive. You can be a "chain hater" if you want but this one is great. read more
