First of all , this review is from October 23rd, 2025 a day after my wife's birthday.I am just a little bit late on giving my review , but here goes! Our server, Ashla K was outstanding and very prompt and paid a lot of attention to us while she was working on the tables! She is definitely an asset to this Red Lobster location! We started off with the signature seafood mushrooms , which was to die for and then we had the SpEndless shrimp which was very tasty and so much of it to the point that we actually had to get a to go box! The SpEndless shrimp had garlic shrimp scampi, scallops, shrimp linguine alfredo, popcorn shrimp, and Chesapeake french fries , which was so dang flavorful it was ridiculous! This particular meal was enough for the 2 of us, but we did order 2, This is the reason why we had to get some to go boxes Because there was too much food! Needless to say , this was a good problem to have! Once again I do thank Ashla K for a memorable experience at this Red Lobster location and some of the best food that you will have ever eaten!!

The worst to go location ever. We had to wait over an hour past ready time. The manager said they had given food to wrong person. The food was cold and missing biscuits.

I wanted to see what all the hype was about with the new menu, particularly the seafood bag. When I pulled up the parking lot was full and I parked in the back. I planned to eat there and get food for my kids to go. When I walked in the lobby and restaurant were also packed. I asked if I could order to go from the bar and the attendant said she would bring me a to go menu to the bar. She never did. All the stools were taken. I stood at the end of the bar with all the dirty drinks and a bunch of menus. I placed my to go order and I wanted to order a drink while I waited. The server said she couldn't do that and the bartender would have to ring it up separately. I found that odd considering it's one ticket if you dine in. It was pure chaos. The register wasnt working so the server couldn't ring me out initially. There is a new cocktail menu. However the prices weren't listed. Only for beer and wine. When I asked the bartender he said theyre $10 or $15. I waited 40 minutes for my food. I went through the bag to check that I had everything. However when I got home, I realized we didn't have crab stuffed mushrooms. There is no phone number on receipt, nor link for guest survey. When I called the first time, phone rang forever and they hung up as soon as they picked up. I called second time and call was answered by call center and transferred. I spoke with supv Miriam who offered to replace it if I came back up there. That definitely was not an option. She said Mgr ashley or Kim will call me back with a solution. The food was ok. Seafood bag was a good value, however flavor was not there. I prefer Mr and Mrs crab.

Two of us came in tired and hungry. Hadn't been to a Red Lobster for a while so thought we would give it a try. Started with a White Sangria and a Tito's and Strawberry Spritzer. Both hit the spot. Rather than ordering two meals, we ordered a Shrimp Feast with a Caesar Salad and a Baked Potato to share. Glad we did because it was more than enough food for two and the biscuits to start were excellent. Was a bit put off by the manager that seated us as he seemed tired and completely disinterested is his lot. Jon, our server was good and bought out our drinks and food with a friendly attitude. Nothing special about the meal other than it came out hot and was tasty.

Located on international drive right next to the Dockside resort at universal, we stopped in for dinner after a long day at the park. We have been to red lobster many times in other cities, mostly in Texas. Biscuits- a staple item. These seemed a tad underbaked because they were a little doughy, but I still enjoyed the salty cheesiness. Lobster and langastino pizza- we almost always order this when we go to a red lobster because it's deliciously crispy and cheesy with chunks of lobster meat. This one was actually slightly different because this location is testing some changes that may potentially be implemented across the country. The crust was softer on the bottom than the previous version, but still thin with crispy outer crust. There's a mayo-based sauce dolloped on top along with tomatoes and roasted red peppers, all of which are great. Lobster meat is also yummy. Seafarers feast- overall very well executed. Fried shrimp were crunchy and so savory, paired very well with the sweet cocktail sauce. Shrimp scampi was deliciously garlicky and buttery. Scallops were cooked right and pretty good in size. Lobster was pretty good as well and of course comes with butter for dipping. Service was fantastic. Our waitress was so kind and the manager also came to check in on us. Overall great option for lunch or dinner any day of the week.

I hate when I order something to go and it's not right when I order to go. I ordered Cajun chicken pasta and got regular chicken Alfredo. I don't like it regular so now I can't eat it because the order wasn't prepared properly. read more

Food was good. I really enjoyed the appetizers. We ordered the Hand-Breaded Calamari, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and the Crab-Stuffed Shrimp Rangoon. All three were delicious. For my entree I ordered Walt's Favorite Shrimp. I found them to be a bit overcooked however. Come dessert time I went with the Brownie Overboard which is a warn brownies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with caramel, fudge, and whipped cream. Perfect way to end a good meal. Enjoy!! read more

Had a wonderful experience last night at a Red Lobster. My niece has a shrimp allergy (I know. Who goes to a seafood restaurant with a shrimp allergy). Anyway. Our waitress and the manager were amazing. Not only did they provide a special menu with all of the cross contaminants listed. But. They went out of their way to make one dish special so that there was no risk of reaction. Thru out our many questions, everyone was awesome to deal with. And on the way out our manager made sure everything was great. Amazing dinner. And we are hard to please! read more

We dined at Red Lobster on Intl. Dr. at about 8:15 pm on 07/29/2023. The hostess was incredibly polite and helpful despite it being extremely busy. The food was excellent as well once we got it. And here is the fly in the ointment. Our server was terrible. He got drinks for us one at a time so he was basically making his own job harder plus we had to wait. Plus he came in with our starters about 20 minutes after our main course of which he forgot one side. When my girlfriend tried to ask for another drink he simply walked away. Yet we were forced to give him a $20 tip because we wouldn't cause trouble. I hope that the other staff got a part of this. Plus his attitude that he got the minimum amount of tips was incredibly rude based on his level of service. We sat by table 19. read more

We ordered door dash from here since our hotel didn't have great room service. Our baked potatoes came with NO butter and sour cream...our coconut shrimp came with no sauce and the POUND of crab came with one small drawn butter. Also the Brussels sprouts were burnt to a crisp! Worst door dash experience yet! We will never order from here again during the NUMEROUS times a year we are here. Shame on you red lobster and i would never consider this restaurant again read more

Not gonna lie, it's been MANY years since I've stepped foot in a Ref Lobster for a lot of reasons but probably the biggest reason being the fact that this was considered "fine dining" for me as a child and when I grew I tried to stay away from the more "chain food" type restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by this particular experience. Was greeted promptly and seated immediately. The server came right over ready to take my order but I wasn't ready so she came right back with fresh, hot cheddar biscuits. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and it was so good, fresh and hot. I had to take most of it to go after eating 3 biscuits. The server came back with everything I needed to pack my food up including 2 more hot, fresh biscuits bagged up. I needed flatware since I was staying at a hotel nearby and she remembered to bring me that unprompted. It's the little things that make me happy. Overall excellent experience! read more

The food is just ok, the biscuits took 40 minutes to come to our table, the drinks took longer, we ordered soup and appetizer, never was asked if we Wanted anything else. The manager never came to our table which was next to the bathroom, and the waitress was complaining about having 7 other tables. It took an hour to get our appetizer. This was the worst dining experience ever. read more

I had a gift card for Red Lobster so we dropped in after Sunday night movie at Cinemark. I was not expecting such delicious seafood! My husband had mussels and the Chilled Lobster & Shrimp roll and I had shrimp trio choosing teriyaki skewer, shrimp scampi and upgraded to grilled petite rock lobster tails with a side salad and mashed potatoes. 1.Server was LOVELY JesMarie who made great suggestions and was very attentive and personable without hovering. We adored her! 2. Mussels were generous portion with scrumptious white wine garlic sauce and lots of bread for dipping. I put the sauce over my potatoes! 3. Shrimp Scampi and Teriyaki Shrimp skewers were so tasty, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The Lobster tails were tender, sweet and smoky. I squeezed some lemon on them and they melted in my mouth. 4. The salad was good with the Champagne vinaigrette and the Sauvignon Blanc paired exquisitely with all the seafood. Good job Red Lobster! Food was great quality, flavor and value and JesMarie was the stellar! read more

Went in tonight sat at the bar at 545pm. Bartender was Washing glasses for about 5 minutes. Definitely saw me but looked away when I made eye contact. Also a bunch of employees just kept walking by me. I ended up just leaving after no one spoke to me. I would not come back here seems like they don't want your business. Or don't know how to greet people either or care. Either way don't waste your time. read more

Avoid this establishment at all costs! Ordered endless shrimp and a steak, took about 40 minutes to get it. Were given 3 baskets of bread to compensate. Waitor just makes excuses. They weren't even 1/4 capacity. Ask for more shrimp wait another 20 minutes only to be missing half of what we ordered. Food was good, everything else was just terrible. I talked to the manager after dinner and expressed they should eliminate the camera man coming to the empty tables and hire another cook that can provide real value. Your employees rely on good management and ownership, this establishment appears to have neither. read more

Tempting promotions draw you in, and I have yet to dislike an entree there, per my see-food diet.:-) I do prefer their dinner more than lunch dishes. Tonight, our service was exceptional and it has most always been great. What is better about this location is how they fit you in quickly, unlike the long lines elsewhere i.e. Altamonte location. Servers here at the I-drive location usually provide a very attentive and personalized experience. They go above and beyond with the little things, which makes a difference. They never make you feel rushed, and take time explaining or showing things in the menu if needed. App rewards work easily, and are an easy incentive. The hot cheddar biscuits kept us satisfied and refilled before I even realized it. I highly recommend the Bar Harbor shellfish and linguini dish, as it was packed with all of my favorites - including scallops, shrimp, lobster tails and mussels. My son did a great job finishing his grilled Tilapia, a new addition to the kids menu. We will work on the broccoli side tomorrow. I only wish they hadn't sold out of the Lobsterfest seasonal veggies, green beans with mushrooms and baked sweet potato casserole. Hopefully they bring them back with the next promotion. There were plenty of leftovers over for lunch tomorrow. read more

We went here for lunch around 2:35 pm on Thursday. The restaurant was not busy and we were told waitress would be with us shortly. We were completely ignored so my friend went to the counter to ask where's our waitress and he was shocked we weren't assisted yet. At that time it was 2:50 pm. We waited some more and finally a waitress briefly came by and said I will be with you guys shortly. She didn't come to our table until 2:57 pm . By the time she asked us what we wanted to drink and order it's now 3 pm . We ordered the lunch special that was suppose to be until 3 pm , she then was like oh no!! It's passed the lunch special... then goes ohhh let me check for grace period to try and add it in as if she was doing us a wonderful favor lol. It's not our fault the restaurant did not have any staff to help us!!! All in all the food was very mediocre and definitely we understand why it's slow . Terrible service and mediocre food ... for the price , I rather take my business elsewhere who provides better service. Would not be surprise if this location closes down. We are locals not tourist so definitely will spread the words so others don't ever go here. read more

It's a shame Red Lobster isn't making enough money that they have to take it out on their customers . They give their employees a raise and make the customers pay even more for the small shrimp portions. There is no more taking food home. For me this is a turning point for me. Theres closer restaurants with better policies. read more

I am deaf but speak well. I went in and clearly said I am deaf. If you don't want to lower ur mask so I can read your lips please write it down. The woman proceeded to give me a pad of paper. Refused to write for me and gestured for me to write. I kept telling her I can't understand you please write. Kept babbling. Completely lost my appetite for the place. Couldn't even get to the drink order. And the manager was equally clueless although he at least write his questions for me. NOT DEAF friendly and why I tend to turn off my voice in pupils. read more

Stopped by with the hubby for a bite to eat before going to our show. We shared crab sticks, which were very good. My husband wanted me to try oysters and I went all in. RAW!!! Not bad. Will I go for it again? Sure I will. My husband had the cajun chicken linguine, which he enjoyed. I had the 7 oz steak and eh it was alright. We were promptly greeted and seated by a friendly hostess who inquired about our day. Our server, Sadanna, was excellent!! She suggested lunch specials for us and gave excellent recommendations on food and drinks. She checked on us and made sure that we were satisfied with our orders. Bartender was great. Management was there. Most food was but great crab legs were terrible. Tasted like they were water washed. Told management and was told the crab shortage issue. They were very rubbery and was not able to crack any. Management really need to taste food. read more

The service was absolutely horrible we sat there for an hour didnt even get greeted by our waitress till 20 minutes in, the steak came to done and we had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get our redone we came at 6:29pm and left at 8:07pm our waitress was very not into his job. seriously a bummer considering we were very complimentary to the restaurant when we walked in. read more

My girlfriend and I had decided to stop by this location to pick up a quick meal on our way back from Orlando. After sitting at the bar, Katelin D had helped us out quickly. She was extremely kind and helpful. After leaving with our Togo food, we had noticed how great everything was packed and the food was exceptional. We arrived and were seated in a short amount of time. We sat in our booth waiting for a server to come by and take our drink orders that took at least 30 minutes. When the server did come by they took our drink orders along with our kids drink order. The adults got their drinks in a short amount of time, it took a good hour before our kids received their drinks. We were at Red Lobster for almost 2 hours. The food was good but the service could have been a lot better. My spouse and I have been to many Red Lobster restaurants and this one by far was the longest wait time and slowest service we have ever had. read more

Pathetic...one goes to Red LOBSTER to get lobster....apparently, all they offer that is lobster is lobster tail or what they call 'langostino-lobster', which is not lobster...its a cheap hermit crab knockoff. I cane here looking for a lobster roll platter...they stated they dont carry lobster rolls anymore...this is stupid...people will pay for a good lobster meal. I predict this chain will go out of business in a few years. One nearby location has already closed. They try to lure you in with the name, then switch offering flounder, cod, fried shrimp and clams...as the server said himself, corporate has decided to make the switch from seafood restaurant to 'value' bar food...he said this happened after covid. Bad move on corporates part...maybe they can contemplate menu choices when the chain is closed...bye... read more

Red lobster is a guilty pleasure for a quick night out. Not the healthiest food, but I never eat too healthy, nothing like a lobster pizza and a nice seafood baked. The service was fast and this location is not too busy. Feel sorry for the waitress because she go burn while working another table with the soup. Hint the foods are hot. read more

Do NOT!! order from International Drive area, in Orlando Fl, it's no surprise why that area doesn't get much attention and this place is probably one of the reasons why? Aren't they going out of business??? Disgusting, rude, careless, and disrepectful. It's as if the people working here, didn't even make an effort to get any orders right, the display of one of the desserts was a complete, sloppy mess, as if they just threw the dessert along with the syrup that comes with it, it was a cheesecake btw, and now it's hard whether if I should even eat it or not since the presentation itself is disappointing enough to make me feel as if I shouldn't trust it, then the one worker who has a lousy attitude, it must've been a bad day for her but, don't be so incompetent and take your problems out on paying customers. Then The the fact that the food was cold, fries were cold and freaking soggy, had some really disgusting runny stuff coming off the side of them..what the actual yelp?!, I did not even eat this garbage, it looked too nasty, and the rest of the food was horrible in taste, if you ever struggle with finding a place to eat, this should be your very last option, you're better off digging in the trash yourself, since that's pretty much what they service you anyway, lack of even putting in any kind of effort, the lack of enthusiasm, and care for customers is too obvious the moment you walk in. Low quality atmosphere and an attitude from service to match. The sad part is we did not complain even when they made multiple mistakes, they put in zero effort to fix it, we put up with it and didn't even bother to get upset, just simply asked to have our meals to go, only to see an order was missing from the list, but never again at this disgrace and poor excuse for an "establishment" nothing but disappointment and utter disgust. read more

Best Red Lobster location! Came up to Orlando when we were evacuated for Hurricane Irma. Service was excellent, rolls were beyond fresh, and food was hot and pasta was wet with sauce. Never been so full, came for endless shrimp. Highly recommend this location! read more

We encountered an issue with one of the servers and I had to request to speak with a manager. Rachel came over and we spoke about the unfortunate situation we were having. Rachel apologized and worked to get us someone else to take care of us. After that, we settled in and enjoyed the rest of our dinner. I ordered the Beef Empanadas, the Tequila Sunburn Glazed Salmon (comes with Mashed Sweet Potato and Green Beans) and a Dragon Fruit Margarita. The Dragon Fruit Margarita was delicious. I didn't want to get full before receiving my food so I took sips while we waited. It was hard not drinking it all too quickly. It was good. It was served in a glass with a sugar coated rim and lime wedge. The Beef Empanadas are an all-time favorite and never disappoints. I couldn't eat all my food so I packaged the rest to go. I was presented with a glass of ice cream topped with whipped cream and cherries. A candle perfectly placed in the ice cream was lit and waiting for me to make a birthday wish and blow out the flame. The night was not over yet. After dinner, we went outside and sat to listen to the live steel pan music. It was a wonderful way to end the evening. As the cool air embraced us so did the melodic tunes of the steel pan music. Thank you Rachel for salvaging the evening and remedying our unfortunate experience with one of the service staff. Your response and actions saved the evening and help earned this four star rating.
