I had the classic ham sandwich- chunks of spiral sliced ham, lettuce, tomato and slice of Swiss cheese- I felt like I was at home on December 26! Great meal. When I arrived, I saw an order that I assumed was my complete order because the coffee had my name on it and right next to it was a bag that looked like it contained a doughnut.. I got out to my car and poured the coffee into my thermal mug then I proceeded to open my bag and to my surprise there was not a doughnut in there but a wrap of some sort. I returned inside the store and there were three employees visible and no one asked while I was standing at the counter if they could help me. So I called out, could I get some help? And when I talk to them and told them what happened, they simply said oh well just put that bag back on the mobile counter and someone will get you the coffee roll. And then I started to leave but I turned around and told the person who handed me my bag with the coffee roll that the mobile order bag with the wrap should be thrown away and remade because I opened it thinking to take out a doughnut and instead it was a wrap so it had already been touched and should be remade for the person who I think probably picked up my donut or possibly was still coming in for their order. The dinners were served with biscuits that were so hard they could not be eaten while the chicken tenders and fried chicken had been keep on the warmer too long. The pies served were incorrect, strawberry instead of apple (the pies were not marked, and the manager told the employee preparing the order the pies were apple). When I informed the front counter of the mistake, the person at the counter said those were the last to two pies that were cooked. I asked for a refund on the pies, and the employee had to get her manager. The manager did begrudgingly offer to cook two pies, but since we had finished eating, we declined. The manager then went to the back and returned with the cost of the pies, but not the taxes that were charged. So basically, taxes were paid on items that were not received (it's not the money amount but rather the principle of being charged for something that was not received). We were the only two eating in the dining area, and the TV was so loud that conversation was impossible. This has been our go to fast food restaurant in the area for several years, but no longer. Management can make or break a place!
