We went for the endless shrimps and overall the experience was pretty bad. It wasn't the food that was bad but the service in general. The food actually made this review go up a star. We were expecting to be there for about an hour since it was only 2 of us eating. We were there for 2 hours waiting for our shrimps. We got seated at around 7:56pm and left at around 9:50pm. They brought out the first 3 shrimp dishes, then when we asked for another round, we waited about 30 minutes for one of the shrimp refills. They forgot about our other shrimp refill (since we only get 2 at a time). We waited about another 30 minutes for the second order because they forgot to put it in. We were basically full by the time they brought out first refill since we had to wait so long. The waiter even realized how long we waited and allowed us to get more than 2 shrimp refills towards the end. But at that point it was too late since we already waited 1 hour for our first shrimp refill. I would have been more understanding about the wait if there was a lot of people dining. But when walking to the bathroom, I overheard a waiter say that "today's a good day, I've barely had any tables!" So considering that it was not busy, we waited over an hour to get a refills on only 1 shrimp refill which is ridiculous in my opinion. We were there for 2 hours which was a LOT longer than I was expecting considering it was not a busy time. Overall, would definitely get the endless shrimp again. But most likely will not be coming back to this Red Lobster location. read more

The service was quite good! Our server (Lacie Wise) was both kind and friendly, making me and my two uncles smile both at the beginning and end of our meals. She was very respectful, even thanked some veterans for their service at another table, as well as my uncles. I really do recommend this restaurant for its service. My friend called me up and told me about Red Lobster all you can eat shrimp. So I thought why not, I have been craving a baked potato which was perfectly buttered with sour cream and chives. The shrimp linguine was amazing but my favorite is between the tequila lime shrimp and the crispy dragon shrimp. And don't let me forget to tell you about the cheddar bay biscuits...so yummy with a nice salty finish. The service was great!!! Our server name tag said Christ,(short for Christopher)he was so attentive and fast with our order. Over all had the best lunch. I made a reservation at this location for a party of 50. I called several times to confirm the reservation and adjust the time/number of people. The morning of I called to give a final count and unfortunately my reservation had somehow been lost. Despite this initial mixup, the manager assured me that she'd find a way to make it work. We came here for our parent's 54th anniversary and had an excellent dining experience. The Host Josh was warm and welcoming and took care of sitting us in a handicap accessible area for my father. He even assisted in taking drink orders to give the server a head start. Gus the server was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and prompt. He answered all questions with patience and care, while servicing 5 other tables. The food came out hot and fresh. Drinks were refilled promptly. Manager was friendly. This place is a dumpster fire. Don't come here. The food is below average and extremely overpriced at that. My wife ordered the burger, medium well, and it came out completely raw in the center. The burger was deducted from our check but honestly the entire bill should have been on the house. This place is such a disappointment. This was my husband's first time at Red Lobster and it didn't disappoint - the warm buttery bay biscuits, the all you can eat shrimp, and the Friday special of Fish and chips- all served piping hot and fresh. I've been here so many times, prior to Endless Shrimp becoming a permanent menu option and more frequently since. $20 per person for Endless Shrimp is such a great deal in these days of core (food!) inflation. To think how much shrimp Red Lobster must order and receive in bulk. The waiters at this location are my friends. I'm the regular, now. My favorites are Walt's Fried Shrimp and the grilled shrimp skewers, with kudos to the limited-time firecracker shrimp (fantastic!). read more

Atmosphere was great costumer service was excellent from the min we entered the restaurant to the moment we left. First...we waited for more than 30 minutes at the door when the restaurant was almost empty...I get that there are shortages in wait-staff so we waited patiently... Next took a while to get our orders taken after seated super slow service...but appetizers came out quickly (however we had no plates to eat the appetizers) so sat and waited for plates... Food orders were taken well after appetizers were finished and plates stacked at the end of the table...again not many in the restaurant...we didn't want to be hurried out, but we clearly weren't a priority either as drink glasses were empty for a while... Finally ordered...asked for a third time for cheddar biscuits and finally got them this time. Drinks still not refilled. Food came...portions clearly smaller (post-pandemic)...and overall wasn't great. Kids food was poor...and ultimate feast was lack-luster. Poor service again when finished food...asked for 3 desserts on the menu only to be told later they were "out" of one of the desserts...waited 30 minutes (again plates stacked at the end of the table) for it to arrive. Service was bad...like REALLY bad and food was subpar too... And told the server at the start we were celebrating a birthday only to have them do NOTHING for us the entire time. Went on a thursday night at five p m. It was our anniversary. I wanted a one lobster and Bacon wrapped scallop dinner but they could not offer that. Asked for a one lobster tail dinner.They could not offer that either. Their menu is very hard to navigate. My Husband ordered Steak medium rare and crab. Steak was medium and crab was Stringy and chewy. Manager came to table and we told him the problems he said. Yes, there are things About menu that are not clear. Manager said the crab was probably left in the hot water too long. Waiter didn't seem to know the prices on Dishes. It was hard to get past the gross ness, and I just had to walk out. Would be nice if you cleaned up your presentation. For goodness sake, you are across the street from a hospital. People are coming to you for a clean, refreshing environment after maybe a very challenging medical visit. Can you at least offer people a CLEAN menu without food stains? The clam chowder was cold and we said to get it reheated. Husband had mashed potatoes which were cold and the waiter took them back. They arrived back at our table at the end of the meal. My broccoli was not cooked. You should stream your vegetable. The food is just ok which for a 90.00 meal for 2 it should be better. It just appears that the kitchen employees are causing more work for the waiters. Then you have to wait for your check because you removed the machines off the tables. First time ever having a red lobster and my last I don't know what's in those bread rolls, but I had like a shrimp sampler platter. There came with three different types of shrimp, coconut, shrimp, shrimp Alfredo, and then shrimp scampi. And all tasted really good especially the coconut shrimp with that cinnamon pineapple coconut glaze unfortunately two hours later I broke out with hives. My throat was closing and everything. I've had lobster. I've had crabs. I've had shrimp. My whole life never had an allergic reaction at Kaiser that are and told me sometimes with a cheap Low quality shrimp. It will give him hives also even though he's not allergic so I'm guessing red lobster uses the bottom of the barrel unfortunately I will not be going back there again. read more

I am not much of a Red Lobster guy, due to harboring a crustacean allergy but, everyone wanted to head here for a belated birthday dinner, so I went. The adventure started with the freeway being clear (Sunday, of course) but, then we encountered a long wait for a table (1 hr). Special thanks to Bailey who made us drinks while we waited and later Kasandra took care of the seven of us in a very professional manner (none of us like an intrusive server and she was soooo awesome). Everyone at the table agreed that the food was beyond satisfactory... and I can say that my spicy chicken sandwich was fantastic. Horrible! Service has definitely gone down. Our server was Michelle, not sure if it was her first night. Minimal visits to our table. Never refilled our waters. Said no sour cream on the potato and she brings us one with full sour cream. Brussel sprouts said crispy on the menu and were $1.99, the Brussels that were brought to me were not crispy and had teriyaki sauce one them. When I asked her what the sauce was she said "I think it's soy and teriyaki". She then brought us our bill and was like it's kinda wet, like it's wet. When we took it the whole thing was wet. And the price of the Brussels were $3.99. The wait was just terrible. I had to ask if I could walk the receipt up and pay. She ended up removing the Brussels and comped $10 and felt the need to point that out to me! That's the least you could with the service and the prices being charged! Went to Red Lobster to celebrate a birthday. Party of 7. Ambiance was as expected and service was good. The food was was below the norm. The cheese biscuits were over cooked but still nostalgically good. I shared the ultimate feast with crab legs, lobster tail broccoli, loaded mashed potatoes, coconut shrimp and shrimp fettuccini Alfredo. They delivered regular potatoes, not the loaded, waiter corrected when pointed it out. The grab legs did not maintain any heat and were cool by the time I was able to get to the meat as was the broccoli. Flavor was still good, could have used a second butter dip as My wife wanted it for her lobster as I did for the crab legs and so I ate the crab without the butter dip which is not how i like it but.... My only real complaint would be the men's restroom. It was clean(ish) but the stall doors have way to large of a gap at all panels- (about 3/4 inch maybe more.) Which essentially means anyone using the stall is in plain view of everyone that walks in and if you are using the first stall you get full view of anyone using the urinal and vice versa. I came in strictly for the seafood feast special. I ordered the surf & turf plate which came with a 7 oz steak of choice, a hearty lobster tail (very tasty) and two sides. I was pleased with my meal but our drinks and the service were lacking. My Pina colada was a bit watery and my Nana's Mango iced tea tasted like water. No flavor. It was very clear our server, Ivan was at capacity with the tables he was managing in that dining area as well as the bar with drinks he appeared to be making. It showed when we first sat down and I asked for a wet towel to clean the booth seat myself from the prior guest and it never came. I didn't bother repeating myself. It was then confirmed when 20 minutes past and no biscuits arrived? I asked for them confused but kind and he quickly came back to me with "Yes. I didn't bring them because they are cooking now." Who knows if that was the truth but communicate promptly and write it down. I know I didn't like having to search for him or napkins. Let's stop bringing tables 2 pairs of napkins thinking that's enough for a family-sized meal and two guests. I don't know when or if I will be returning again but I guess the deal was worth it. Definitely past it's glory days, but even though it's not winning any awards, it's not terrible. The waitress was really great, friendly and fast. We went for a late lunch and it was not crowded at all. The prices are a little on the high side for what you get. And I don't mean the portions, they are pretty big. I mean the quality. The lobster bisque was really Thick, with a capital "T". More like a chowder. I had the shrimp feast, which had shrimp pasta, shrimp scampi, and breaded shrimp. It was all decent, just not outstanding. Everyone said pretty much the same. Decent, just not outstanding. And that's really ok when the plates are around $15, but they are more like $20-$30. And especially if you get any actual lobster, prices are through the roof.
