A large group of us went there to celebrate several birthdays. When we got there, our usual table was not setup. We complained to the manager, but we did not get our long table to accommodate 25 ladies. The lighting was so dark, we could barely see our menus.... However, the food was delicious, thanks to the chef. Also, we wanted separate checks, and had to wait for new ones to be printed out. Our hostess spoke with another manager on the phone, and so she thought t would be organized. .... Also, the restaurant only provided one waiter for our huge group. we were disappointed. When we go to other restaurants, they always have two waiters for us. I would not recommend you go this restaurant if you have a large group gathering. read more

My boyfriend and i have gone to this location several times but the last time we went is why i am writing this review. We went for my birthday last month and when we arrived it was an hour wait. So we decided to wait since i really wanted to eat here. We got seated and our Waiter was David C. He was running about like a crazy person trying to make sure all of the guests were happy. He told us that he would be right with us but we were in no rush so we told him to take his time. I order the choose Two every time and he recommended the Endless Shrimp so that i would get more for my money. It was surprising that he did that but it was really nice since every time we go we spend over $100. He was great and kept us very happy! The food was great and we had a great time! Went here on Father's Day, after not having been to a Red Lobster in over 12 years! 30 minute wait to be seated- not bad. Our waiter was so friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. The lobster- langoustine pizza appetizer was DELICIOUS. all the food was cooked perfect, service was quick and all staff was friendly and kind. I have eaten in many Red Lobster's in many different states....this is my favorite...the service is fast, obviously the training is top notch...I used to waitress and tend bar, so I am usually watching everything everyone does...the food is marvelous. we have been to this one about three times and it has been great each and every time. The servers know when to bring the next course, even if they are busy and they always are...the prices are worth the food we get...all of the employees from the manager down, or should I say up...are all pleasant and sincere...I highly recommend this particular Red Lobster. read more

Wow I was blown away by the service. We were greeted before we even got to the door, door was held open for us, instant drinks, appetizers brought out within minutes, and even greeted by the head chef, all while the place was crowded! Food was amazing and brought out very quickly. They took our yelp coupons and let us use gift cards too. Will definitely be back. They actually humiliated my nephew. We went there to celebrate the birthday of my wife's brother-in-law but he couldn't attend because his son got into a car accident on the way to the restaurant. My nephew's birthday was a week later so we asked our waiter if we could celebrate his birthday instead. The waiter said yes then brought out a roll with a candle in it for my nephew. My nephew had eaten a 3 pound lobster and had 2 bottles of wine and the best Red Lobster could do for him was to bring him a roll (which are free with your meal) with a candle in it. Our group had spend almost $300 why couldn't they at least bring him our a cupcake with a candle? My brother had gone to a different Red Lobster in February for his birthday and he received a desert of his choice. 1 star for the service. The staff here are attentive and friendly but the food is another story. Of course the cheesy biscuits will always be good, that's a given. My co-worker had the lobster bisque which was quite chunky. I don't think bisque is supposed to be chunky. Out of 11 of my co-workers, 7 got sick eating food here. The common theme was they all ate the "fresh" vegetables. We think it's because they cross-contaminated them while cutting. I'm never gonna eat here again. read more

Waited 45 mins for a table then another 20 for our horrible server Helen. When she finally did, we ask for biscuits and she tells us that we have to wait because they come out the same time our dinner does which is funny because we've never had to wait til we got out dinner for biscuits. Brought me my sad little salad but no silverware. Waited 10-15 mins for her to come back so I could ask her for one because she walked past and ignored me the first time I asked. Doesn't bring everyone a full silverware set until we get out dinner. There was a big chunk of something on the rim of my guests glass, we ask her to take it back and she seemed to make a big deal out of it after she also touches the rim of the glass which is foul. My BF took me here just for the biscuits I swear...it was the only tasteful thing to the meal. Portions are tiny. I ordered the combo plate with shrimp scampi and battered shrimp. I only had 7 shrimp in the scampi and they were tiny. The battered shrimp probably had around 10 shrimp. My co-workers had tiny portions as well. The meal came with a side (I choose seasoned broccoli), and salad. I felt like I ordered ranch soup with lettuce. There were two or three flies that just would not go away and one landed on my other co-worker's food, so he didn't eat anymore. Come here often. Most reviews give 1 star for the simplest of reasons.... someone didn't smile at them or Lobster was 5 degrees too cold... I never once have had a bad experience here.. staff are always friendly and service is good. Food has always been great and what I've expected. Anytime I've ever had a problem the staff and managers have always listened and helped me out as much as possible. I give this place a one star for service. When you walk into a restaurant you expect to be greeted by a hostess ready to seat you or take your name. Well for the third time I came to this restaurant the front area is empty. No one shows up for 5 min. Then a server passes from a distance and says "someone will be right there". Another 5 minutes passes and I see the bartender arrive putting beer away. I then ask if someone will be there to seat us. He says "she is in the back seating people". Other customers come in. Five more minutes goes by. Still nobody. Ok we get up to leave and someone comes over and tells the other customers "someone will be right with you, she is seating people". WHAT OTHER PEOPLE???? The best Red Lobster I have ever been to. We usually come only during endless shrimp which is from September to October. At $18.99 for endless shrimp it is totally worth it. The first time we came to this location last year we had Sergio as our waiter, he was incredible. We loved him! He was attentive and quick. Not only that but he was very friendly. When we returned the following week he remembered us and new exactly what we wanted to order. Since then every time we return to this location we always make sure to call in advance to make sure he is working and that we are able to be seated in his section. Today we came in and after almost a year of not coming in he still remembered us and treated us amazing. Our food tasted delicious and we didn't have to wait long. The orders of endless shrimp scampi just continued to come!! It was great. read more

Believe it or not, I have never been to a Red Lobster before. I saw a commercial for the $15 feast deal so I figured i'd give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. The free bay biscuits were quite tasty. I had 4 of them before my meal even arrived. You get to choose between several different entrees for the deal. I chose the jumbo coconut shrimp. I was only expecting to receive only a few shrimp since they were jumbo, but they ended up giving me 10 of them. I was happy about that. I got the apple crust dessert which was just ok. Overall, good experience. I'd probably return just for the value aspect. read more

Lunch portions were ridiculously small. I felt pretty bad for my friends who chose from the lunch menu. My friend got a pasta and probably only had 3 noodles and a ton of sauce. My other friend had to order two lunch portions. I think he was still hungry. I got the fish and chips. It was pretty good and worth the money. Server was super nice. Made sure we had our drinks refilled and plenty of free bread. If you can spend very little money the bread is worth coming for. read more

I was so excited to come eat for my birthday, called ahead of time to make sure the wait wasn't to bad of a wait , it wasn't, the girl we talked to said it would be 30-35, because i was 5 min away. With a party of 9 ppl. And once we got there the hostess were so rude and unhelpful. We told her we had a party of 9 ahead of time and that we had just called to check the wait. she look at us as if we were dumb and told us the wait would be 1-2 hrs and i explained that i had just called 5 min ago and they said a shorter time and she said "well, things change" in a very rude tone. We've been to this location twice in the past few months. Despite their parking lot being less than half full and there being no other customers in the lobby, we had to wait 10-15 minutes. We were seated and our server named helen was quick to give us our silverware set and ask for our drink, after her drink recommendation we ordered the iced tea and it was spectacular. Chicken was under cooked! I have a favorite meal I order each time, but something has changed in the kitchen, there is no consistency. The food was great. Our waiter was great. The only reason I took away a star is because the greeter has to go back and check every table before seating anyone. It's ridiculous. She is wearing a walkie. She should know what tables are available or she should be able to walkie someone to double check. More than half the tables were empty. That is ridiculous. I watched several people being left standing at the front while she had to go check and come back. Why? It doesn't give you a very good first impression. Belated father's day celebration. Everything including the service was excellent (thanks Cheyenne! ). Shrimp skewers were very tasty and the shrimp were good sized. My daughter had the coconut shrimp and really enjoyed it. Each entrée came with a side salad and 3 of us had a Cesar salad which was large for a side salad and tasted great. Very disappointed!! First we had a reservation, we were about 3 minutes late and had to wait 35 minutes to be sat. We got sat and had 4 children with us and they didn't give us any children's menus. We were there to celebrate a birthday and the birthday girls food came out after everyone was done eating! The waitress sent the manager over to comp her food and he came over and played dumb saying did you guys Need help with something? He never apologized or said anything to remedy the mess up in the kitchen). We had to ask him about comping the food (as the waitress had told us she was going to do bc it was so late). Went here this past Friday, near the end of the night. There was no wait at all we had Sarah as our server. She was the last server on so I could tell she had a lot going on, but she was on top of it, never rushed us, zero mistakes, knowledgable, and ridiculously nice.
