The restaurant had a calm, low-lit atmosphere that we enjoyed, and the hostess who seated us was very kind and accommodating when we asked about moving to a quieter booth area. Unfortunately, our server seemed tense and irritated pretty early into the experience, even before there were any issues with the food. The interactions felt short and uncomfortable, which made the overall vibe feel off from the beginning. I ordered the 7 oz sirloin steak with fries and a side salad with citrus vinaigrette. Because of food allergies, I asked for my salad without onions, cheese, and croutons. They did accommodate that request, and I appreciated the extra tomatoes they added. The food itself was okay this visit. My steak was cooked the way I requested, but it wasn't very warm, and the fries could've been hotter and fresher. There was also an issue with my order once the food came out. While the mistake was corrected, the overall interaction still felt more tense than welcoming. I try to be understanding because restaurant mistakes happen, but when food allergies are involved, communication and reassurance really matter to me. I ordered a lobster tail, crab legs, baked potato and cheddar bay biscuits on 2/17/2026. The food was horrible, lobster tasted like rubber, the portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller, in this case thank God... The crab legs were literally ROTTEN, black mold in the claw of the crab leg, manager Ben, was verry shitty to me about it until I came back in and showed him the nasty food they did not check before selling it to me. Man I really wanted to give Red Lobster another go. With a new young CEO on board, changing things up, I thought it was time to give them a try again after not being there in over 7 years. The problem is, they lost their allure. Red Lobster use to be packed on a Friday night, now, not sure much. The place is huge and empty.. The menu is the problem, it's overly complicated. You can pair this with these 3 options, or mix and match, it all to much. And then the specials are hiding on the back of the menu.. I haven't been to Red Lobster in YEARS, and decided it was time to stop in and see if it was all the fun that I remembered from the past. My friend and I did lunch here and overall, it was good. The locations in good shape and we got seated right away. I forgot that Red Lobster's more expensive then it used to be back in the day, and some of the meals can be up to $40. I wasn't sure what to get, but my friend knew she wanted lobster. I ended up getting the endless shrimp meal deal which filled me up after one round. The food here is great, but for as fabulous as our server was, she rarely stopped by. Near the end we were ready to pay our bill and I literally had to go look for her since we both had somewhere to be. That's kind of annoying but we do love our seafood, so I guess it was a tradeoff. Even though it's a bit pricey here, the food portions are hearty and they do have a decent selection of seafood to choose from. Overall not half bad and good for an occasional treat. Keeping us in the loop on the food coming and keeping our drinks filled as well. Ordered langostino lobster artichoke and seafood dip, live main lobster $34.99, side of crab legs too $11.49, a house salad and crispy Brussels sprouts as my sides $1.99, grilled salmon Caesar too. Their cheddar bay biscuit is yummy, as expected. I could eat a whole bunch of them as my meal. I forgot they put crotons and cheese on the house salad. The lemon vinaigrette isn't too bad. The romaine lettuce is crisp. The lobster dip is just okay, nothing special. The corn chips are super greasy and in stacks of 20 and clumped up together. The pico with the dip is not so yummy, a total after thought for sure. The cheddar bay biscuits is the only reason to come here at all. The salmon Caesar was okay. Salmon was cooked well enough. The lobster isn't too bad, smaller, the tail is the best part of it and it's nicely cooked too. Not sure it was worth $35. the side of crab was good. read more

Whenever I go to this Red Lobster location it's always a great time and a nice peaceful meal that tastes delicious. When I go to this location I always make sure to get an order of their Cheddar Bay Biscuits to go for later. My favorite item on the menu is the lobster and lobster Mac & cheese. The lobster comes out hot and fresh and it melts in your mouth and you will always want more when you've finished your plate. The waitstaff are very helpful and friendly plus the atmosphere is always pleasant. I highly recommend this location for anything Red Lobster. FYI, there is only 1 or 2 people that actually know how to make the biscuits fresh from scratch which I thought was pretty amazing. read more

Food tastes ok. Waitress was personable. Menu is basically bare bones and missing historically available choices, but the prices have been significantly increased. The biggest issue was how the place looked like a dump. The finish on the table we sat at was peeling and bubbling. I had pieces of old urethane stuck to my arms. The iced tea I ordered smelled musty, no idea how that is accomplished. Not that I care for televisions in restaurants, but the TVs in the bar had nothing on them other than set up instructions. Went with some friends and had some good food, just one issue - our server was very unprofessional, left us uninformed about some menu changes then when we brought it up she jumped to telling us with a slight attitude we ordered the wrong thing and then said she'd bring management over. Thankfully, the manager was very professional about it and offered to have it corrected. She brought some boxes and to go cups, then after about 10 minutes of waiting for her to return so we could pay the manager had to come and take our payment for us, once again apologizing for the incorrect order. Waited about 5 minutes to greeted by a host who basically grunted and walked us to a table. Gave us silverware. We waited another 25 minutes and we never greeted by a server. Two employees were at the bar talking about the tiger game and when I walked over to ask about being waited on they walked away. Needless to say, not going back. This review is based on the food, not the service. The service was outstanding and our waitress was super friendly and on top of everything. This is based on the food, I come to red lobster all the time. I usually have no complaints but this time was not as good, we ordered the ultimate feast, the seafood came out at room temperature, I never send any food back but I had to send the sides back as they were ice cold. Our server got us new sides right away without incident. I was super disappointed with the crab legs, one of the legs had almost no meat in it at all! That was the same issue for both dinners. I don't know if it just happened to be a one time thing, as this hasn't happened before but it was supper disappointing. Also, the shrimp Scampi dish had barely any sauce in it. I was told I was going to get a gift card for pointing out the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant, and I even had a somewhat rude manager call me and tell me I was going to get said gift card. I never received the gift card. We were going to this restaurant for years, and it is obvious to me that they do not respect their customer base, and I can see why they are filing for bankruptcy when you hire people with no moral compass and a disregard for following, though that will go through a company like cancer. Took the server 10-15 minutes to come to our table, another server saw us sitting there waiting and she finally said to us our server would be over in a minute. Some items we liked had been removed from the menu again after they brought them back, raised the prices and portions are less, they now don't include a salad with the meal it's an additional $2.50 if you want to add it to the already high prices. Server never cleared our dirty dishes. Friday night and the restaurant is only a third full, I understand why! Two people with no beverages $60+ for mediocrity at best. I normally give red lobster five stars. However, on our last two visits, the dragon shrimp was not available. Also, they changed how they prepare their rice. It was disgusting and they need to go back to the type of rice they were preparing previously. Our waitress was excellent. Minutes later the kitchen manager came out and said our wait time went up to 1 hour! Keep in mind we were here before any of the other people showed up. Even before the call aheads. We told him what was said prior, finally he said he can seat us in 30 minutes. We said fine... just minutes after he left us another person came out and us it will be 1 hour 30 min!! We were told 3 different stories. So unprofessional, and so condescending to paying customers like it was our fault. I'd say this was more of a 3.5 experience, but I'm rounding up to 4. We stopped in on Friday night around 6:30. They were crowded, but not packed. We were seated quickly. We did wait a few minutes for service after we were seated, but our waitress was very pleasant and got our drinks quickly. Our salads and bay biscuits came out quickly and were as tasty as ever. We ordered a mussels appetizer, but it never came out. Our waitress got busy with a large party that came in, so by the time she stopped by again, she was letting us know our food was on its way. I let her know that we never received our app and she was very apologetic. Our dinners immediately came out and we were both happy with what we ordered. My scallops and lobster were both cooked perfectly. I do wish they would use larger shrimp in their scampi dish. We were offered a free dessert to make up for the app mishap, but we passed. My server Devin was great. She was nice and attentive. Prior to being seating in Devine's section I tried to sit at the bar because it was just me and the bartender RUDELY told the hostess no and waved her off. The hostess said the bartender was super busy and couldn't take another person. Meanwhile the bar top was completely empty and he had one guest seated in his area in the booth. I've never been told I couldn't sit at an empty bar so it really turned me off. I work in the plaza so I sit at the bar here often. Came here for a Yelp event, and it was fantastic! We were treated to drinks (Mai Tai and a Pina Colada for me - yum), Red Lobster's signature cheddar biscuits, a ton of main dishes, and fantastic desserts. I'm actually not a seafood person but my dad loves Red Lobster, so when I got the invite I knew I had to RSVP - and I was pleasantly surprised. I think my faves were the biscuits, fried green beans, and the chicken alfredo. I also won a $25 gift card by tweeting and Instagramming with the #tasteRL hashtag, so that was a nice bonus! When we left the restaurant, we got tote bags with free appetizer coupons, as well. Apparently the restaurant has done a renovation lately, and it looked really nice.
