Service was horrible. Waiter would disappear. People were having to ask others for what they needed because he wasn't around It was prob 10 min after we were seated before he showed up. My husband ordered never ending shrimp. He asked for more of one kind and it was never brought. It was prob 30 min before bread came to table. Asked for extra pina colada sauce for shrimp was almost finished before we got it. Coffee was lukewarm. Both cups. All of the employees at this Red Lobster were very nice. Also all the staff is very knowledgeable about service animals. Especially our waiter Ashley. My mom and I always go to Red Lobster for the holidays. Unfortunately, this year I was in the hospital for Christmas and New Years and was unable to go. When I finally got released my mom and I went. We told our waiter Ashley that this was our Christmas/New Years dinner and what she did was AMAZING!!! When our desserts came out there was a sweet little surprise that said "Merry Christmas" and "Happy New Year" on the plates. It was a very nice surprise to see and I can't wait to go there again. The service was very good tonight with server Jason. He was attentive, and super polite. He didn't make us feel any pressure at all. Not too loud and not too much crowd on this dreary Friday night. The green beans were a bit undercooked, thus tasting like celery. They needed some seasoning or something to make them special. The fish and chips is what I got as my course. It was OK, but didn't really stand out in my head and I have enjoyed it more other places. The coconut shrimp was good, but the plain shrimp was bland. You need to ask for the sauces on the side. The Caesar salad, ask for light on the dressing unless you want your lettuce drowning. :) Fries weren't very fried. Overall, it was an OK meal! read more

Nothing special here. If you've been to the average Red Lobster, then you know what to expect from this one. Service was middle-of-the-road, as was the food. No extra effort, no mistakes. The Shrimp Fest offerings came out fast some times, slow others, putting it (again) right smack in the middle. It's just about as 5/10 as you can get. No major complaints, no major compliments. On a side note, one waitress advised us during a recent visit to try a different restaurant for fish and chips. Awkward! read more

We tried to eat here last night. We arrived and the manager was causing total chaos at the hostess station. Very disorganized. She then invited us to have a drink at the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender was lovely. After a while my husband walked over and found out that they skipped right over us. They then seated us at a table. Thank goodness we still had our drinks from the bar. We sat at the table for almost 15 minutes without even being approached by anyone. We also noticed that the table beside us have been sitting there a while with half empty drinks in an empty basket of biscuits. It didn't look like they were getting anything else anytime soon We then decided just to get up and go back to the bar to eat. No one even noticed. We ordered our food from the bar, but we quickly noticed that they were inundated with DoorDash orders and started to worry. The bartender did put in our order right away. After we waited a while, we were given two biscuits. We continue to watch the manager running around barking orders at everyone, but not helping. Another couple at the end of the bar got up and left. Because my husband ordered the endless shrimp he was concerned that even once we got our meal it would take forever if we wanted any other shrimp. We told them that we were leaving and walked out. The management is completely chaotic. She sends everyone in circles. The poor bartender is completely overwhelmed by DoorDash orders. They should hire someone separately to do those. We ended up going across the street to the Thai pot. Now this place I highly recommend. Delicious food and great service. As for Red Lobster, what used to be a great place is now a thing of the past. I hope that the bartender finds another job. She deserves better. She kept a smile on her face and did everything she could to keep up. The young hostess was also very pleasant. Unfortunately, she was having to take orders from the manager, which was causing confusion. I cannot comment on the wait staff as we were never acknowledged by them. You would think with a manager running all over the restaurant she would've noticed something like this. Go to Thai Pot. Whatever you folks do do not eat at the bar! Service at the bar is horrible. Between making drinks and making drinks then cleaning up. If they have time for you then they'll take your order when they good and ready. Then the bartender was talking smack behind your back to another waiter. I rarely give such a bad review, however, this is one time k will. My partner and his sister and I went there to try to enjoy a nice dinner. It was not in any way crowded for was around 430pm. We usually go to dinner this time to avoid crowds. Any way.. made our orders. My partner and his sister received theirs, a person, not our server, flopped a plate down and took off. Would t have mind this except for the fact wasn't what I ordered. After a while the server came by asked how things were and I quickly said actually no, she looked at the meal and admitted was not what I ordered. So she took the platter away and about 5 minutes later I saw another server with the exact plate left with me being taken to I guess the rightful customer. After about 15 minutes the server brought me a serving of baked potato and broccoli and slid it o. The table and she said here take this and the rest will come, which by the way was the admiral feast platter, I was so aggravated I told her, no thank you I do t want it. And the. Said as a matter of fact I don't want anything now to cancel the order. She went to I guess the manager and I guess let her know what happened she brought the dish and apologized and I told her too thank you. She asked if was sure and I said yes. The server and manager was talking and I clearly heard they mention that they felt I may have trying to get a free meal.. I was simmering by this time. After a little while the manager and server came to the booth again this time with the platter and sides. I looked at them and said I didn't want the food before and don't want it now. The manager asked if I was sure that she already took the meal off the bill.. I felt like she was in fact thinking I was trying to get a free meal.. I told her that I still didn't want it she then said it was already cooked and she could put in a to go box. I told her that under no circumstances did I want the meal and if they would have brought the correct meal and not a piece mill resolution I would have accepted and paid for the meal. They made a wrong assumption that I was trying to get a free meal and that was not even remotely the case. Red lobster is a shadow of its formal self. I used to love to go there for the great seafood and great service. The only thing left on the menu that is good is the good is the cheese biscuits. My wife and I just went there in order to snow crab. It described it as market price so we asked what is the market price. We were told that it was $33 something for a for a Pound and $44 something For a 1/2 a pound. This made no sense to us so we asked our waiter a second and 3rd time to clarify how a 1/2 a pound is more expensive than a pound he never was able to explain it so I just went ahead and ordered a pound each. The food came but it took us 3 times asking him for silverware And napkins. The c*** tasted good however it was wise overdone and would only come out in little strings so it was much more difficult to eat. My wife ordered the crispy brussel sprouts which is an upcharge as a side. It tasted awful it was like someone had poured half a bottle of soy sauce on it and then burned it. The broccoli side I ordered had such a foul smell to it I couldn't eat it. I had not been out to red lobster in a long time I'm as it turns out I understand Darden restaurants no longer owns red lobster which now makes sense because no way Darden would allow a restaurant to have gone downhill that much. The bathrooms were dirty and everything looked dusty and the rugs were in bad need of cleaning. Unfortunately I will never eat another red lobster I can't believe that they're going to be able to stay in business with that kind of food. read more

Seemed to be straight vodka rather than martinis. Relatively quickly the bartender appeared with a glass of vermouth (?) to add to each drink as it was apparently forgotten. The poor waitress clearly didn't know the menu or current availability. Returned 2 or 3 times to revise choices. Brought hubby's crab clusters well after other entrees. Without any tools to crack them. Another waiter in the meantime tried 2ce to deliver another tables entrees to us My scallops and shrimp were teensy overcooked specimens. We had a great meal at Red Lobster tonight. Several weeks ago we stopped in during CrabFest and signed up for their rewards program. I received an invitation to a sneak preview of their new all you can eat shrimp so tonight was the night. I had the Sriracha Honey shrimp and the Teriyaki grilled shrimp. While the Sriracha Honey could have been much spicer for me, it was flavorful. The Teriyaki Grilled shrimp was tender and perfectly cooked. My husband had the Shrimp pasta and the fried shrimp. He said both were good and I can attest to the nicely fried shrimp. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were excellent as well. In addition to the food being on point, our server Donnie, did a great job. He went above and beyond when I asked about the brand of sour cream they used in the baked potatoes. He went and found out the brand for me! Not sure it's sold in local grocery stores but it was the best sour cream I've had in a long time. Plus the baked potato was not over cooked or hadn't been leave in the warm oven for a long time. If you haven't been to Red Lobster in a while ( and really, going to RL for seafood in a coastal community?) try it and ask for Donnie. After a year of not going, we reluctantly tried our local Red Lobster again because we LOVE the Endless Shrimp. Once we arrived we thought it would be much better this time because literally 95% of the restaurant was empty. Once our server finally showed up, service was still awful by the way, we proceeded to let her know our drink order and that we would like the Endless Shrimp. Before I could even finish saying Shrimp Scampi, she said we're not doing that. I asked her to repeat herself because I thought I must have misunderstood her, she then yells over to the hostess to ask him to tell us the same thing she said, and the only way we could get the deal was if we were reward members and received a specific email about the shrimp deal. When I asked her why there were so many ads about it, including the actual Red Lobster website that says it doesn't end until tomorrow, the 17th, she simply said, " I don't know what to tell you, we're not doing that". That's when we left, because obviously we weren't going to get any legitimate responses from these employees. She brings unsweet tea and some sweetner packets and said they are out of sweet tea. Ask for more than the 4 biscuits several times throught the visit. We finially got them after we got the check. When we were served my plate of shrimp scampi came out with a shrimp tail that was eten off of and was cold and rubbery. They reserved me food that was leftovers off someone elses plate. I couldnt trust the rest of my meal to eat it after seeing that. The manager wouldnt even come out to address rhe situation. Couldnt find the server for 30 minuites to put in a second order of shrimp for the all you can eat or to address serving me food off someone elses plate. I use to enjoy red lobster. Some people on this Red Lobster location is very irresponsible. We posted an order online to be delivered to us. But at time of delivery someone from restaurant call us and ask us to go pick up instead, without any explanation of what really happened. So I get in the car, had to stop for gas, then drove 20 min to restaurant. When I arrived to pick up, only half of the food were given to me, when I asked they said the other half were delivered to my home as I was driving to them. Complete mess up. My family had to wait until late night (10:30Pm) so we could eat. Everything was cold. I asked to speak with the manager but some lady were sent instead. I dont even know if the real manager knows about this.We are never ordering online from RedLobster again and I will make sure to tell everybody that I know about this. If you thinking about ordering online or visiting this location. Think again. If they can mess up a simple online order. Anything can happen. Okay, I must admit I'm not a regular customer of this chain but have had many a fine meal at different locations around the south. This however was the worst Red Lobster I have been to. My food was sparse and over cooked. The shrimp were no bigger than a quarter and the scallops were smaller than dime. Last night I took my lovely wife out for dinner. We arrived at 6:15 was seated quickly. It had been a while since we had been to RL and the prices were up. Service was efficient. Why, dirty plates left on table to long. Drinks went empty. Salad was plopped down in front of us. We ordered the Ultimate feast with the 1.99 special side. The seafood was exceptional. The special side that was a sweet potato nuts and marshmallow bake with bourbon casserole was a instant potato tasteless waste of money. It had the texture of my 5 month old grandsons food. Enjoy your meal but skip the extra $ side. When we shared our dislike of the side our server told us. " people either love it or hate it". When we finished eating and paid the $94 bill. We went there yesterday for my husbands 90th B.D. Extremely dis appointed !!!! We got the salmon New Orleans w/shrimp and what should have been a delicious sauce (It always has been). Had 2 gift cards we were anxious to use! My husband and I ordered the $30 Lobster plate with added seafood stuffing. The last weekend in January my husband and I went there for lunch - it was awful! The grilled asparagus was burned and hard - no seasoning on the food the lobster was shriveled up in the tail and dry - our check was over $70 - for that price you would think they would have a more competent chef doing preparations on a Sunday afternoon! The manager did take $5.00 of the bill but we were very disappointed - we love seafood and it was something we don't usually splurge on - I would not recommend it to anyone! Went with a friend to celebrate our birthday sat at the bar. Ordered the stone crab. We asked first were they fresh or frozen. The bartender asked Wayne the manager and he said they were fresh never frozen. So for 30$ we got a pound. They came out and we cracked into them and sure enough they were frozen.
