Absolutely amazing food was great Eric the waiter was amazing and overall it was amazing go check it out

My to go order was supposed to be ready by 8:30 its been over 35 mins and no order in sight. The Establishment is not packed but a fair crowd, the bar and floors are dirty and I will not be coming back to this place ever again. My order was $117 and I will be getting refund for the lack of respect for my time and lack of professionalism. After receiving my food i get home and these are the pics of the food, I will be filing a grievance with corporate.

If you missed the Ultimate Endless Shrimp, you have to make sure you get it next time around. Everything was beyond delicious I have 2 new favorites and it's the Crispy Dragon Shrimp and Shrimp Rangoon ....OMGee, they are sooo good! The dragon shrimp is sweet and slightly spicy and if you're familiar with crab rangoon, then you'll love their shrimp rangoon even better since you'll have it all in one bite! Careful when biting into it tho, a burst of that hot cream cheese filling will ooze out all over. The grilled shrimp skewers are grilled to perfection and very tasty! My other original favorites are the Walt's favorite shrimp and the Parrot isle coconut shrimp. Walt's favorite is delicious fried butterfly shrimp and if you get these, make sure to get the tartar sauce that's top tier! The coconut shrimp has a sweet pineapple, piña colada dipping sauce that complements the shrimp so well. With the endless shrimp you have a choice of 2 sides and 3 orders of shrimp to start off, but if you want to add a salad that's an additional charge. Of course you will get this yummy cheddar bay biscuits....they do try to bring out extra baskets to fill you up quicker lol, I just take them home! Our waitress Sanae was very attentive and held down that entire section. We were seated in a quiet section in the back, far away from it front. If you have a craving for Seafood, anything you get from Red Lobster will be enjoyable! And at this location there is plenty of parking and doesn't share the lot with any other business.

    Red Argentina Grilled Shrimp
    Love D.

Had to make another Endless Shrimp run, this time for lunch! Its something about these Red Argentina Grilled Shrimp is what Iam saying They hit the table so nicely grilled and juicy, cooked to prrfection, ooohhh Ask for a side of drawn butter and lemon, this takes them over the top, its not provided with them, so my all my foodies out there, don't forget to ask, waitstaff was on point so they were so happy to assist.

    The wave. Yummy

[985] 7/2019 Plenty of parking lot parking. We visited this local Red Lobster since hubby wanted crab legs. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but I enjoyed my meal here. We had lobster pizza which was tasty. I did not enjoy the clam chowder so I didn't eat it and my soda was flat. I ordered the grilled scallops and shrimp which were very tasty. Hubby loved his crab legs. His meal had 3 types. The guys had some type of chocolate cake dessert which they loved especially since it came with ice cream. Kid had chicken tenders and fries which he enjoyed. The staff was very friendly. I would return but not during a busy time. I loved the food but not enough to wait on the long line I've seen while driving past. I'll be back

Receipt from visit where TIP was charged as an OPEN ITEM, while clearly at the bottom says that TIP NOT INCLUDED.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! Double and triple check your receipt always when you come to this place (please see the attached receipt). The bottom receipt clearly says that TIP NOT INCLUDED. However, please see the top part that says Open Food for 95.19. Luckily we spotted that 95.19 and asked, turned out that was the tip. We wonder how many people have fallen into this trick. We really think that this illegal activity was not the first time. Here is the list of the problems: - No one told us when we came in nor no sign displayed anywhere indicated that gratuity would be automatically included for big party (10 adults + 1 kid). However, this is the least problem I'm listing here. This is a common practice, and we would be completely ok if this was the only problem. - 22% automated gratuity. Wonder if this is the restaurant policy or was just made up on the spot by the parties involved (manager and waitress). - Putting tip as an OPEN ITEM? Who would've done such thing? - Waitress never told us that tip was included as an open item. This is an uncommon practice. Letting us know that tip has been added as an open item was the least she could do as a common courtesy. - When being brought up to the manager, he said that "This is how we do it". Are we saying that Red Lobster's system is this poor to handle included gratuity? - Having tip added as an open item, it means we have to pay tax for that 95.19 open item. Again, as a national chain, is Red Lobster's system is this poor? I may be wrong here, but I really think that this is beyond the waitress. For the waitress to be able to retrieve the tip from open item, it means the charge needs to be reversed. Who can reverse that? Of course that's the manager who will reverse the charge. Please note, manager had no answer to questions we asked and trembled while talking to us. We still left the 95.19 as a tip to our waitress as she was serving us well during our dinner until this incident. We've never experienced anything near this as long as we have been eating out. It's just wrong in so many aspects. This will go to corporate for sure.

Red Lobster restaurants tend to be OK, but this one was less OK than others, with a service culture that could use an upgrade.

A down-to-earth watering hole. Cozy, even. I loved our table, a nice high-top in the corner. I guess my only complaint is that it took a little while to be seated. It was Sunday night dinner rush, L get it, but I waited by the door long enough to wonder whether anyone was going to notice me. But it was worth the wait. For a place that comes off as a bar, the meal they served me checked all the boxes -- oysters from the raw bar first, then a tender New York strip, with a generous side of Jack Daniels. Everything was perfect. Our server Jake was a real pro, the best. You could tell they were all a great team. When a drink I ordered appeared on the bar but had not yet been delivered, someone stepped up and brought it to me. Service! Something that surprised me. Though I was totally into my dinner, looking around, it struck me that the place looked exceptionally clean. I mean, excceptional, something they should be proud of. But above all, I could not have enjoyed the food more. The oysters, excellent. So good I ordered a second dozen for desert. An entirely enjoyable and satisfying experience. You'll find it worth your while.

Unassuming from the outside, far more inviting once you enter -- my favorite detail, the black-and- white checkered floor. Classic. The warmth of the manager was apparent right away. We got the booth we wanted, off to a good start. Basic breakfast order, no fuss, server took down all the details. When it comes to my bacon, I prefer crisp - and it was perfect, honestly. Coffee, big mug, hot, robust. My meal did not disappoint in the slightest. Generous serving of potatoes with my eggs (I suggest asking for onions, again, perfect). Except ... My toast. I had to wait for my toast while my breakfast sat. I've been to *many* diners in my life, not the first time I've experienced this, it happens ... but the amount of time I waited for it to come, seemed to suggest there had been an oversight. And I guess that ties into the strongest negative I might mention. There were intervals of waiting that threw off the rhythm of how a diner operates. I needed water my partner needed a refill ... and for a while it seemed like the only way that could happen is if I got up, went to the counter and asked for it. (Not alone in this. A nearby table did exactly that to get what they needed.) Easy fixes, not that big a deal. My first suggestion: Have a big pitcher of water on ice ready at all times. When you see a glass low, go for it. Simple, the mark of a pro. Listen -- I love diners, can't get enough, the more around my neighborhood the better. When we told our server we'd be back, we meant it. Especially for the gelato! Homemade! The sample I tasted, delectable. We all have room for improvement, so no harm no foul. I really need to try dinner at the Delco Diner -- BYOB, c'mon. Support these folks, they're great.

The dining room is beautifully decorated--perfectly lit for an evening meal with warm, cozy candlelit tables. The seating is spaced comfortably apart, allowing for private conversation, especially on a night that isn't overly crowded. It's an ideal spot for date night. The restaurant is BYOB, and I noticed they also offer mocktails on the menu. We began with soup. The lobster bisque was savory and flavorful, featuring a plump piece of lobster in the center. The New England clam chowder was also thoroughly enjoyed. There's a wide selection of entrées, and we appreciated the recommendations on the most popular dishes. In addition to steak, poultry, and seafood, the menu also includes a section dedicated to vegan entrées. I ordered the lump crab cake as my entrée, and we also had the fried red snapper. Although the crab cake was lump rather than jumbo lump, it was well seasoned and not overloaded with filler. It was generously sized, filling, and served with a citrus remoulade that complemented it nicely. The whole red snapper was a generous market-priced portion, perfectly coated and fried. The fish was moist, flavorful, and cooked just right--not overdone. Each entrée is thoughtfully garnished; the red snapper was served with fried plantain and mango salsa, which paired beautifully. Sides are served à la carte. We chose the lobster mac and cheese and sautéed spinach. We also ordered the calamari a bit later but enjoyed it before our entrées arrived. It was crispy and drizzled with a sauce that balanced sweetness with a subtle kick of heat. The lobster mac and cheese featured pasta (think it was cavatappi) in a rich, creamy cheese like gouda, topped with a generous piece of lobster. The sautéed spinach was lightly seasoned and cooked perfectly, complementing the meal well. Overall, the dishes were well balanced and full of flavor. We didn't have room for dessert this time, but on our next visit I'd love to try either the butter cake or the bread pudding
