I have been going here for years. The service now is underpar. In the last few months I have received the worst service ever. I got a full set,it started lifting. Called manger said will give discount on next visit. The employees were very nasty. Last week came in just to show how products were still on nails. I just want gel polish. One of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. My technician was very talkative and friendly, but he could NOT do the job. My acrylic nails were so heavy and thick, and they were SO unevenly filed that it was SO obvious. They were too filed that it was so hard to fix. I complained, and the technician "filled in" the empty spots that were too filed, with more of the acrylic. However, the design was so spotty and ugly. It was also not even filed well and cleaned up afterwards. I had hard acrylic under my nails, that I had to ASK to get cut/pulled out. So I complained again, because the total was a bit over $80, and this is not the type of service I would want to pay money for. I had no more time in the day so the owner told me to come another time. I go the next day, and she sends me to a different technician to get it fixed. Round 2: It hurt SO much to thin down the nails and the technician was really careless. Every nail hurt SO much and honestly I think he grinded some of my real nails. He "fixed" by thinning and just adding a thin layer of the gradation, except, it was not fully filled. The spots he grinded down still had my real nails, and they were not covered... I asked him if he could paint over them too, but he said no. I reached out to the owner again, and showed her my nails, and she told me to just come back another time. No. I will not come back again for this horrible service and I will not give them my money to be treated this way. My nails were so ridiculous and ugly, and I can't believe I had to pay a big amount for this. When you go to a nail sail and get your finger cut . That's not acceptable. They took 10 dollars off ( they did not offer that was after I had to advocate for myself and that's the best they would do !). The only reason I'm not giving 1star is because my toes actually look good. My nails on the other hand are horrendous, it's only been a week and the acrylic on all my nails are lifting, my cuticles are ate up, the width of the acrylic is wider than my actual nail bed which makes them look stubby and ugly. The only thing they got right is the French tip. And the prices don't make sense. Moving forward I will only be coming here for pedicures. Large and walk ins are welcome. Comfy pedi chairs and good air filtration, however, the last couple times I've gone have felt very rushed and not full service. It is not fancy so I don't have luxe expectations but many of the technicians don't seem to care very much and some do not have good skills; recent manicure results were amateur at best. Not as psyched to go again - especially with so much competition out there. They need to have better quality control IMO. read more

Came here to get an ombré dip manicure and pedicure done. Jenny was the one who helped me with both and she definitely did a great job. I was very happy with the pedicure and the manicure. My only concern was that I wish the ombré manicure was more blended, even though my nails were short. I asked her to blend it more and she said she wasn't done and then just added the sparkles. The sparkles definitely helped, but it wasn't quite like the picture I wanted. The owner came to say hi, and he was very welcoming. Another girl also came to offer me some water and I really appreciated that. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely come back! Definitely a hit or miss type of nail salon. But honestly, I left the shop unsatisfied with my nails more often then I left happy with them. It's convenient because there is always a full shop of nail techs but the nail quality is mediocre. They aren't cheap At ALL. The price makes the quality even worst because it doesn't match their work. Polish is often lumpy. The work don't be polished. However, the pedicures seem to be more consistent in a good way. The owners are cool and down to earth (the only reason I patronize only when I'm desperate) & some of the nail techs are nice UNTIL you bring to their attention that you don't like one of your services and request them to fix it. I also noticed that they don't wash their hands between services and eating (they always have food in the shop, which is cool because they need to eat lol)...or between customers. I never had a complaint about my eyebrows. They wax them nice. Please note: nails were Done on 2/3/23 .... I was so disappointed! I let the nail tech know I was celebrating my BIRTHDAY and this was the outcome. Yikes! If your not picky, no problem for you. I'm really pick when it comes to nail salons but this place is dope. Period! I came inside one time to meet my sister who was getting service here. She told me how great this place is. So I decided to give it a try because I wasn't loving the place I used to go to. I was greeted by the staff when I came in and was given a bottle of water. Their pedicures here are ah-may-zing! I had to spell amazing so you know I meant business lol. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The lady whom serviced me name is Ny. She's an absolute gem! She did my nails perfectly! She took her time and did a beautiful job. My hands and feet look hella bomb! When it was time to pay I was given a rewards card to stamp when I return for future visits. Let's be honest, I not definitely will return in a few weeks. Oh and I got a free gift, hand lotion! How many nail salons do you know give you gifts? I can actually say that I enjoyed myself while getting my nails and eyebrows slayed, why, well because the staff is super awesome, fun, cool and let's not forget professional. So I came across Red Lotus by just having a thought in my head on a Saturday morning. I simply woke up and said, I think I want to get my nails done, yupp, I'm going to get them done and that's what I did! So I came into the salon not having an idea of what I wanted. The young lady was able to explain to me the different kinds of ways you can style your nails such as you can get them dipped, you can get an overlay, you can get a gel set or this new thing they call chrome nails. I decided to get a gel set. I also got my eyebrows done for 7.00, overall affordable prices and friendly service. My pedi was great, but my full set was a disaster. They pressure you into getting gel, so dont come here if you intend to do regular polish- or else they will blast you in front of the whole salon and make you feel silly for asking (didn't happen to me, but i witnessed it) I got gel polish, but the top coat is peeling 2 days later. So its a big money swindle. Very factory-like...."get'em in, get'em out" so it lacked a personal touch. Would not recommend (especially when there is so many other places to choose from) read more

I normally come here for a Brazilian wax for $35 every month for about two years. I don't know why, but today I was charged $65 with no explanation other than "you must have worked with someone else" by the same person I've always seen. the service was always so/so and I didn't mind because of the price. But now with the additional $35 to a place that reuses their wax, I'll find a more professional and consistent place. read more

Unless you are a regular they do not care about how your nails turnout. I believe the women's name that did my nails was Ivy. I got a refill and to start she drilled too deep into my nail beds. My nails came out lumpy, misshaped and uneven. I was very clear about what I wanted. Narrow, super square nails. Most of my nails are rounded smh. These nails cost $45 and was a big waste of money. Very disappointed with the services I received during my last visit. I got a dip powder full set and a pedicure. I came a few minutes after they opened on a weekday and there were already quite a few clients in chairs but I was still seated immediately. Not impressed by the pedicure I got. I probably only soaked my feet in the pedicure chair for like 3 minutes before she went to work on my feet. She was kind of rough with some of the skin near my cuticles. And I was finished way before the girl I was sitting next to who had her pedicure started before mine. My full set was also rushed. I don't understand why because there was no one waiting to be seen after me. She didn't put enough glue on the tips at all. Less than 24 hours later one of the nails broke. I wasn't doing anything rough -- I literally pressed the button on the elevator and my nail broke clean across, smh. Literally two days later I woke up and another nail on my other hand was broken. I'm so confused as to how these nails are so weak. Also, whatever they used as a top coat was also peeling off. I'm actually writing this review after removing the set 6 days later *sigh*. I paid $50 for the set and it was a complete waste of money. Additionally I was also super annoyed by the fact that in the year 2019, they still don't accept credit or debit. So I had to use the shady ATM outside of the nailery that charged me a fee for using it just to also get charged by my bank as well. Best experience in service in a long time. Didn't have a appt but when my daughter and i went in it was 4 others waiting because it was full and they got serviced in a fair amount of time and when it was our turn the owner more than happily escorted us to our bowls. My tech was excellent NO PROBLEMS friendly and with a warm personality will definitely use HER (Rose) from now on. My daughters pedi was very good as well but they switched to someone else for her nails. Her nails were ok just that i and she prefer the same parson for nails and pedi. 3 weeks later i only need doing I've because of growth and a wedding! Moving forward I will inform them of same person for tip and consistency. Her nails were in the neighborhood of 3-4 stars Excellent customer service and definitely OUR new place which made us feel like royalty the other issue was method of payment. I didn't like the fact that cash was the only option because i don't normally care that much cash at all and has to use the atm conveniently outside and has to pay a fee. Just left a few hours ago an as always exceptional service! My 14 year hates just about every nail tech she's ever had up until now! And now she'll only request Leo who was super sweet and even was about to leave and stayed to polish her toes! My girl Rose can only work on this foot that has the knee with a total replacement. I had a PHENOMENAL experience while visiting Red Lotus the other day - so much that I had to be sure to leave a review. I went in around 6pm on a Wednesday evening and unlike most salons that are usually preparing to close at that time, I was greeted and welcomed in without being hurried to pick a color. Nick offered me a bottle of water and asked me about my day, which added a warm, personable touch to my experience. In my opinion, a nail salon experience should be as relaxing as a massage/body treatment spa feel. At Red Lotus, I felt just that. Besides the great atmosphere, my refill and pedicure were both perfect. I was not pleased with the shape of my nails which I had completed at a different spa, but my tech at Red Lotus certainly shaped my nails to my liking, and helped me (one of the most indecisive people ever) to pick a color that I absolutely loved. Shelves stacked high with junk that looked like it may fall any moment. The chairs were dirty and the remotes were filthy with broken plastic wrap on them. I got a pedicure. The woman was very rough.
