I turned in my car Wednesday 6/2/21 at 8 am which was a scheduled appointment. My 2016 Ford Focus has a recall. Just want it fixed. 5pm rolls around, no updates so I call (second call), left message and received a call stating my car hasn't even been taken back to be looked at. It is now Thursday 6/3/21 at 8pm and still no word on my car. I am a hospice nurse who sees patients in their homes... no way to get to them....no one has said how long it will take to be fixed or what's even the problem. The least they could do is offer a loaner car. After all it's their raggedy car that's messed up! Not any fault of my own! NEVER had this issue with my Lexus. Let's start off with pulling up to the dealership, upon arrival a sales rep will greet you if they like. Ask what brings you in which is normal, but beware! I specifically told them what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. They automatically told me it was sold which obviously it wasn't. When I called in prior for the vehicle it was on hold for a sales rep purchase. After speaking with a manager I then was told that it was still available but not for sure 100%. (Eyes rolling) another tool to get you to come in. Passing by I decided to stop by, waited and waited inside the building for help, waited some more and finally decided to just call. Called once and spoke to a sales rep about the vehicle I was interested in, he knew exactly which one I was talking about and told me it sold when the manager specifically told me it wasn't at the time. Sales rep pushed on other trucks that I was not interested in and I politely declined. Guess he didn't like what I said but he then said I can't help you and hung up! Lol ok! These reps are not knowledgeable and are rude. Just beware of the sharks and make sure you know how to flip the game on them because by experience they hate that! read more

I bought a used 2022 F150, I inquired and set up an appointment with Zach T. I showed up around 20 minutes prior to the said appointment and the truck was already ready for the test drive. He answered all the questions I had. Got back and ran some numbers and he was honest with me on how much my down payment will go and if I wanted to put more down, and I ended sticking to what my intended down payment was. We agreed on the numbers for my trade in, and I got approved and was sitting signing paperwork by 25 minutes later. PJ in Financing was great to work with. All around wonderful experience, the deal was right for me and they got me in the payment I expected and I also got the maintenance and warranty packages and still stayed under what I wanted to pay. I found a truck on-line yesterday around 12pm. It was priced at $34,989.00. I called to confirm the color and then I made an appointment with a sales rep to drive it the next day. The next day, I decided to talk with the sales rep before driving from Austin to San Antonio about what the walk out price may be. It was at that time I saw they had jacked the price of the car up $600.00! She told me there was nothing she could do about the price increasing within 24 hours. I called and left a message on the GM's voicemail telling him what had happened. I then received a call from another salesperson telling me prices are subject to change. I needed my transmission control module replaced on my 2014 Ford Focus SE which was under extended warranty, it sat at the dealership for MONTHS because the part was on National back order. I tried calling and Ernest would suck with communication. He was hardly ever available so the lady at the front desk would just leave him a message to call me when he was available. I decided to go to the dealership and take it out on October 8th, 2022 and the lady at the desk was rude and told me "who told you your vehicle was ready?" And I told her "Nobody did I just want to take my vehicle out because of how long it's been." So she calls someone then she hangs up and tells me, "oh your vehicle is ready." So a driver brings it around and another gentleman explains what was done to it and tell's me "it was just fixed last night!" Which was a lie because I got text alerts from them, and I had got one the day before stating my vehicle was not ready. Brought our Escape in because of a flashing check engine light, and an obvious misfire issue. (We were hoping it was covered by the warranty, otherwise we would have brought it elsewhere to begin with.) After a couple days in the shop, we were told definitively that the fuel injectors needed to be replaced, and it would cost just about $1,000. They also said they could have it done by the time we needed it for a trip to Oklahoma this week. Go to get the escape today, and all of a sudden that $1,000 turned into just over $1,200. When asked about the sudden price increase, they lied and said they never said $1,000. Which they did, multiple times to multiple people. But to make matters even worse, replacing the fuel injectors didn't even fix the misfire like they said it would! After spending $1,200 on new fuel injectors, they tell us that the issue is with the cylinder now, and it's going to cost MORE money to fix. An engine misfire is not that difficult to diagnose. The service staff here are either completely incompetent, or the service department as a whole is a scam for the dealership to get as much money as they can. $1,200 later we have an Escape with the exact same misfire issue that it went into the shop with. It's not able to be driven. And we're going to have to spend more money at a better shop to get the ACTUAL issue fixed because the people at Red McCombs don't know what they're doing, and refuse to admit it. The cost to fix the real issue should be on them. But that will never happen because it would expose their inadequacies. read more

We were warned not to come here and I wish we would've listened. Adam gives the absolute worst customer service. The way he spoke to us was absolutely disgusting and beyond ridiculous. We spoke to another lady whose name I didn't get after Adam began yelling and was extremely disrespectful. She was able to take care of the situation and help us. She was professional and able to get to the bottom of the miscommunication. My buying experience this week was by far the best I've ever had. I only went in for a test drive because I'd never been in an Edge before. In fact, the Edge was running as my second choice. But the effort put in by my sales contact, Antonio Mascorro, really swayed my beliefs. First, he asked about my needs and preferences and was able to match how the Edge could fulfill them. Second, he didn't resort to poor sales skills that we've come to identify as a "sleazy" car salesman. This was about me, the auto, and what the dealership could offer. My confidence in the car, the dealership, and Antonio were won over. Now I'm in an Edge SEL, it feels solid and safe, and it even feels like a luxury ride. They got the job done, but it wasn't really a smooth or pleasant experience. I used their online web site to schedule an appointment a couple of days in advance. The appt was for a Saturday at 10am and I showed up at 9:45am. There were NO service advisors around and the person the website told me would be handling it was apparently not even working on this day. I ended up going to the cashier to find someone to help me. So I told the advisor that I had an appointment for 10am and I told him what it was for. He told me there were 3 or 4 vehicles in front of me so it would be a few hours. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they don't make plans for you??? So the next thing that happened was I was asked to initial a the spot where it said "estimate," but it was blank - nothing was written there! So I called him on it and he wrote in the estimate. In then end, they ended up getting all of the work done in about an hour and a half, which was fine with me. Better than the couple of hours he initially told me. This was the only reason I didn't give them just one star. I think I will try another dealer service center next time. read more

My salesman was great; I truly recommend the young man, David Luna. He worked hard for my wife and got her in the car she wanted - unfortunately, cannot say the same for the sales manager/ buying experience. Couldn't tell you the sales manager's name because they never had the decency to introduce themselves. The following review is unfortunately the reflection of upper management and the dealership as a whole; not the sales folks just trying to earn a paycheck. Even though we agreed to a price on Saturday, surprise surprise Monday rolls around and the same person who lacked the decency to take a moment to meet with a new customer would not honor the deal made Saturday - instead making other innocent parties at the dealership have the argument with the customer. I have been negotiating a deal on a platinum F2 50 2019 brand new truck from the start we were at 67,000 me the manager and the salesman had gone over this several times. They were OK with this 67,000 at that point we finally negotiated the right price on my trade. They said they were going to give me $37,000 for my trade-in once we got the paperwork whole Nother story. They gave me 35 k and told with the tax saving it was like getting 37,100 for it. This is where things get good.... we had agreed at 67k for the new truck then they said with add one it was 69k. Has anyone ever heard of a " Texas environmental package". Lol I never have. But did not have any tracking information or estimated delivery time. Bill Burton told me to call every day and check to see if the part came in because they get two shipments daily of parts. And that a lot of the time a part may have come in. But they will not realize it's there. I did as told and called everyday to check if the part came in. On Friday October 21st. Bill Burton told me that if I called again even if the part came in. He would not work on the vehicle and to come pick up my keys and that we were through. The car was unsafe to drive. I had taken an unpaid leave of absence at work not knowing when I would get my car back. I started calling other Ford dealerships and asking if they had the part needed. I found one in Spring TX and paid for it over the phone and had it shipped to the dealership. I had my tracking number. And called when I saw it had been delivered. Bill Burton called me back and said they could not find the part. I did not get my vehicle back until until Tuesday October 25th. Had I not called around to other Ford dealerships myself. I reached out to this dealership to buy a new mustang from them. They ran a credit check and then said they would let me know when the car I had my eye on was on its way. They said that since it had not been built, there was no need to put a deposit down and the credit check was enough to hold the car for me. I have been checking multiple times a week to see when this car will be available and today it finally showed as being in transit! Imagine my surprise when I contacted the dealer only to find out that an employee had already put a deposit on the car I have been waiting 3 weeks to be built so I am out of luck. I will absolutely not do business with this dealership and now have a credit inquiry on my history for no reason.
