Excellent breakfast/brunch experience! Real coffee drinks! Lattes, espressos, etc. My vanilla latte was on point. Each entree was perfectly cooked and presented with care. Huevos Rancheros was just the right size. My over-east eggs were spot on, covering crisply baked tortillas accompanied by diced potatoes also cooked to perfection. Avocado was ripe and fanned out beautifully. Our two commuter breakfast sandwiches were delicious and BIG! The commuter sandwiches had freshly baked torta bread, light and airy. The bacon slices were generous and meaty. The ricotta lemon pancakes tasted fresh and lemony. Texture was light and fluffy. Our server Angelika could not have been better. Attentive, helpful and friendly. We've bookmarked this place to return next time in Midland/Odessa.

Visited here to celebrate Friendsgiving for a party of 4 guests. Always easy to make a reservation and the food is always so delicious. We dined upstairs and the ambiance is always on point. Our server was so polite and made sure we were taken care of. Always a good dining experience when I visit Red Oak Kitchen. Will be back soon.

Great food service and atmosphere. There are several areas to eat that are closed off so there's much less noise than Cork and Pig.

We came to Red Oak with a large group and received great service from our waiter, Brandon. He made sure it was a great night.

I grew up with Cooper's Texas pit bbq as my definition of true bbq. But now everything has changed…read morewith Brantley Creek! And it's just down the street from my house instead of several hours away - which is a culinary relief but a financial concern because it's all we want to eat! Our favorites are the moist brisket, sausage, fries, jalapeño creamed corn, and brisket beans. Although, to be honest, there's not anything on the menu that's anything but heavenly! Including the variety of iced teas! The staff is super helpful if you have any questions or need something specific due to dietary needs as well. If you prefer the burnt ends or extremely lean, they will work hard to get it for you if they have it! But they run out fast so get there in time to get what you want! We have often had dinner at 3PM to make sure we get plenty as well as get food to-go! It's worth it! Despite the demand and crowd combined with open air concept, they keep all the tables, condiments, and drink station SPOTLESS! And there's never any food on the playground or corn hole. I don't know how they do it but I'll pay double if they can come clean my house after or at least show me their magic tricks!!!

Brantley Creek Barbecue didn't come recommended--it came insisted upon. It wasn't, "You should…read morecheck this place out," it was, "You're going there tonight." And thank God for that level of conviction, because this spot absolutely delivered. I ended up visiting more than once during my trip, not out of obligation, but out of pure craving. Their Texas Twinkies were in a league of their own--perfectly smoked, balanced in spice, and filled with flavor that hits you like a freight train of umami. Every dish I tried had a level of care and craftsmanship you don't find often. This wasn't just barbecue--it was barbecue done by people who love what they're doing. And yes, I tried all the cobblers. (No regrets. Don't judge.) Each one was distinct, warm, and clearly made with the same attention as the proteins coming out of the pit. What really struck me though--beyond the incredible food--was the environment. Families everywhere. Kids playing. Laughter in the air. It made me miss my own. Brantley Creek isn't just a restaurant, it's a gathering place, a little slice of wholesome Americana where the food just happens to be world-class. If I could copy and paste this place into my hometown, I would--with fingers crossed that it could hold on to the charm, heart, and flavor that make it so special

The order was ready fairly quickly, so I asked the cashier that took the order if they cooked them well done because they were done really fast. He looks at the register and says yes, you requested them well done. I told him I know I requested them to be well done, but they came out really fast. Did they cook them well done? He said yes. Took our food to the table, sliced the burger open, and it was very red, as usual. I took it back to the front and asked him if they could cook it longer, they cooked it a very short time, brought it out to us, and again it wasn't cooked well done. I've also noticed the last few times that we've been there, the cheese is very runny. I assume they're adding water to it so that it lasts longer. This time the cheese didn't seem to be as runny... But, it was not the jalapeño cheese either that it stipulates on the container. This place is too expensive to eat there for the food to be subpar. Looks like another favorite has gone down the drain. I guess it's now Texas Burger or Dos Compadres for burgers in the future.
