They carry all the U-Haul brand supplies from boxes to tape and moving dollies. They have a couple different vehicles available for rent and the cargo van in particular is a real godsend for trips to Home Depot or Menards when I need to pick up something large that will not fit in my vehicle. Thanks for all the help, guys!

My rating is based on a phone call. I called to ask if they could replace a power steering line on…read morea Hyundai. The dealership wanted to charge me $300 for the part but I found it online OEM for $45. Hyundai said I can bring in the part no problem and they would just charge me labor. So I called Abe and Docs to see if they could compete on labor. The guy at Abe and Docs tells me on the phone he doesn't deal with people bringing in their own parts. When I asked, "Why if it's an OEM Hyundai part?" he said, "I have to make money on parts to make ends meet." So he openly admitted to me that he needs to charge mark-up on parts for customers. Wow. So this is not a "service shop" this is also a glorified retail parts store. That's pretty pathetic that they couldn't match or beat the $105 an hour in labor charges. So be aware, if you are getting anything done with this guy he is trying to rip you off on parts just like the big stealerships. Edit 9/30 - Mark L. I'm very understanding that a business needs to make money to keep the lights on. A lot of people realize parts are marked up 300%+ and it has nothing to do with quality. Regardless, when we spoke you made no effort to try to compete with the pricing of the dealership. Either with the price of their parts or their hourly rate. You know just as well as I that you can source quality parts cheaper than the dealership and pass the savings onto the customer. Again, you did not offer to do that. But thanks for making it seem like I hung up on you. I did not. In fact there was a long awkward pause where you could've offered to give me a quote. Instead you acted like I was bothering you. I was very polite as were you just too dismissive. If you were busy I understand but if you plan on keeping repeat customers such as myself (Yes, I've had work done from you guys before. ;) I would suggest working with the customer a little more.

A few weeks…read morelater, my wife noticed the brakes were making a squealing noise during turns so I brought the vehicle back to have it inspected. I was charged $100 just for them to look into the issue. What was most concerning was learning that when the brakes and rotors were replaced a few weeks earlier, the shop chose to install lower-quality aftermarket parts rather than OEM parts. The original components on the vehicle were OEM, but instead of giving us the option to choose, the service advisor of Indian descent told me they used cheaper parts because OEM parts were "too expensive" and would make them less competitive. That decision was made without our knowledge or approval. When it comes to critical safety components like brakes, customers should always be given the option and informed about the quality of parts being installed. Choosing lower-quality parts to save money--without discussing it with the customer--raises serious concerns about quality, safety, and reliability. At the very least, we should have been given the option to replace the parts with OEM components or informed beforehand about what was being installed. Instead of rectifying their original mistake they shifted focus to other parts (pins) that still didn't address the issue at hand. Hence, I would not recommend if you're looking for honesty, quality, safety, and RELIABILITY.
