Tried this place on a whim on the way home from church. It was Mother's Day, so we ordered to go to avoid crowds. When we got there, it was not overly crowded and the inside was very nice and spacious and also very clean. The signs said they have all you can eat Sushi/Hibachi if you dine in. Definitely will be back to check that out. They have tons of rolls to choose from. I ordered a Spider Roll and a Dragon Roll. Hubby got large teriyaki chicken. Our total was $36. I would rate this place a 3.5/4 in between with the rating. They do get very busy on the weekends so beware that there will be a long wait. Try and get there earlier rather than at prime dinner time. The food let's see we order miso soup, squid salad, nigiri and sashimi and some rolls. Overall I recommend getting the salmon and yellow tail those were the types of fish that tasted well especially at an AYCE (All You Can Eat) Sushi place. Was disappointed in the tuna it tasted very watery and not fresh at all. The service was great I will admit they are quick and very kind here. Our food came out in a timely manner no wait time. Overall cleanliness and interior it was clean and had a nice aesthetics. I do like this place. Hopefully next time the tuna will be better. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. We had to flag down the waitress for her to even come to our table just to take drink orders. Didn't say a word to us, just stared. Spilt a crab salad all over me and water all over the table (did not apologize of course). She just walked away and left us to clean it up. Thankfully the table next to us had extra napkins. We had to wait over 10 minutes for her to bring another WATER and chopsticks. Left the food we ordered sitting on the counter and claimed it wasn't ready, that of course is the only time we heard her speak. Manager had to come over to help but was not sympathetic to us in the slightest. Waitress did not know the menu whatsoever and didn't even know what rolls she was holding in her hand. We had to wait 15 minutes from the time we got our sheets to order to the time she came back to get them (we told her we were ready to fill it out while she was at the table). When I asked for the check she brought it within the same minute, which shows how we were valued as customers. The only other table she had got excellent service. Was served food and alcoholic beverages in a timely manner. When we finally were able to pay, the price on my check and what I was charged were different. I had a $7 discrepancy which I had to dispute with the manger. What was supposed to be a nice dinner turned out to be a 2+ ordeal. Turns out her name was Sarah and my group nor anybody we know will ever be coming back. Save your time and money!!! Some buddies and I went to Red Sake as a celebratory meal to end 2022. I had been one time previously, and was looking forward to yet another trip to the Japanese buffet style cuisine. The all you can eat menu came out to a total of $33 after tip, but was $25 ish before so. Our waiter seemed a bit careless in his service throughout the night, but the service is not the main appeal of the location, rather the buffet acting as all star. We placed our first order about 15 minutes after being seated, where I ordered the crab rangoons, gyoza, miso soup, and house salad to start. For entrees, I ordered 3 rolls, a hand roll, and steak hibachi. From what the table agreed upon, the Ninja roll is a pass. The dragon was great, along with a couple others. The hibachi is great, but quite filling if your goal is to get your money's worth. Obviously it will not be the best Japanese cuisine you've had, but the all you can eat feature is just great, and quite the time with the lads! (Even turning into a competition at some points) My one quibble with the experience was concerning the waiter. My buddies ordered some sake, and the waiter coerced them into buying twice as much as they had originally stated. He proceeded to serve the warmed shots to the 3 guys drinking, and said "I'll take one too". My friends, in awe, just watched him drink their alcohol they had paid for. Totally unacceptable by the waiter!! I'm not sure as to what his name was, but this cannot be tolerated. Aside, this was an overall good dinner that I may travel back to enjoy once more next year. read more

The sushi is good but not as authentic as other sushi places but that is expected since it is AYCE. I love the appetizers and the best thing there is probably the hibachi. We went on a Thursday night and were sat promptly. We then sat and waited... and waited... and waited. Nobody ever came and greeted us. We watched other tables come in, their servers come to their table, get their drinks and orders, while we sat and waited. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. I went and told the lady at the front who sat us, who is one of the owners. She said she would get someone. We then sat and waited... and waited... and waited again. I went and told her a second time. Had my son not really wanted to eat there I would have walked out a long time before. Finally, after 10 minutes the waiter shows up and say he didn't know we had been sat at the table. He took our order and brought us our drinks and eventually food. He never came back to see if everything was ok, or our order was correct. I had to use my appetizer dish for soy sauce, because he never brought one, or even came back to ask if we needed one. We ran out of drinks and sat them at the edge of the table, so they would be easy to see. Didn't matter, he never showed back up. We finished our food and it took him another 10 minutes after that to come back to the table. We order our second round, ate that, after waiting 15 minutes for some crab wontons and clear soup. We then but decided we weren't going to waste any more of our time waiting on someone who was supposed to be waiting on us. There wasn't any need to complain to the owner since I had to tell her twice that a server had never showed up, and when I told her the second time, she told me she had already told them and they would be there shortly. Obviously she didn't care, so I will no longer spend my money there and instead go somewhere where the customers actually matter. It a shame too because this had become our favorite sushi place to go to when the first opened, but each time since the service has gotten worse and worse, to the point I will no longer return. read more

Red Sake is awesome. Their set-up for food service is designed for efficiency. Let me explain: you get sheets to fill out your orders and simply hand them to your server. No need to go around with a verbal order (except for drinks). It's all you can eat for like $30/person (i think) and you can order continuously if desired. They bring out the food as it's prepared and they use these food carts which imo makes it so they can get you everything your order in one trip. The food always comes out in a timely manner and dont let the idea of "all you can eat" scare you. The sushi is pretty good! The interior is also just nice which provides a good ambiance. In short, red sake is an enjoyable and reliable spot when you get a hankering for sushi. Would definitely recommend! read more

Our son and his family brought us here as we were visiting from Tennessee on Saturday. When we first entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed by the hostess ! We were immediately seated and the waiter was just rude - mean when our 2 year old grand daughter as she said politely I want chicken nuggets ! She is a child and the waiter just ignored her - no smile no courtesy just plain rude ! The sushi was delicious that's why I'm giving it two stars but the service was awful ! There were 4 adults and 2 kids under 2 and never once did our waiter ask for refills of our water or even extra napkins - i had to ask both times ! First and foremost I hate writing negative reviews for any business because I'm in the industry as well. we ended up coming here last night because miyabis couldn't accommodate big parties. When you walk it everything looks modern and clean. The lady upfront is very nice and welcoming. Our server was good we made sure we tipped him extra, but there was a lot of confusion about who had what when the sushi came out since they try and plate everything together. I understand not wasting food but we were not throwing away our left overs, instead taking it home to eat the next day since we paid for it for $26+ gratuity + tax for each adult. I do understand them charging if a customer ordered too much or is abusive of the system!!! But for someone who orders a regular meal and not even complain about the portion and quality of the sushi shouldn't have to suffer!! And the worst thing is they charged 5 dollars each for my 5 and 6 year olds left over fried rice. So, are we suppose to force and make our kids sick?
