I prefer a natural look and typically come in every 2-3 weeks. Even my ophthalmologist recently complimented the quality of the application, mentioning that she sees many patients with retinal scratches and eye infections caused by poorly applied lash extensions...so that really says a lot about the skill level here. The location is super convenient in Times Square, directly across from the subway station, which makes appointments easy to fit into a busy day. They also offer other services like lash lifts and tints (which I haven't personally tried yet), but I've seen the results on other customers and they look great. Emma also does waxing and does an incredible job, though I can't get it done as often as I'd like due to my retinol use. I went in with the goal of getting an eyebrow lamination with no prior research. I asked soooo many questions and was met with honest suggestions, you could tell they aren't money hungry and care about their clients. They started with threading where she asked me how I typically like the shape to look (I'm never asked that, so I was shocked). Then, she made them thinner so the lamination would look natural. I have a sparse tail, so she advised me to get them tinted as well, but I chickened out lol (I'll get it tinted next time) Eventually, I decided I also wanted a lash lift just to try it out. She (I wish I remember her name) took me to the back room and explained every step she was doing with my lashes. The room was relaxing enough to the point where I fell asleep. The lash lift took an hour, then she began laminating my brows . After the treatment, she gave me the do's and don'ts for maintenance. I will be going back for my 5-week brow lamination refresh here on out! I'll never cheat on this place !!

She was easy to book online and answered my questions immediately when I sent it through and offered for me to come in 15 mins sooner since I was close. Came here for my first appointment in September and did my touch up in late October. It has been a…read moremonth since I got my touch up and my brows look great! This was my first time getting any type of PMU and it's really one of those things where you just had to trust the process. My brows faded pretty badly after my first appointment, and when I did my touch up, I thought the pigment wouldn't stay again but I was wrong and the pigments slowly reappeared after around a month! I waited 4 months to get this appointment (I can only make it to the 5pm appointments because of work and hence the longer wait time) and it was absolutely worth it! She has really strict rules with the aftercare (can't wash hair for a week and can't let steam or water get onto the face) but your brows will turn out great as long as you follow them! Hopefully they will last long! Will definitely come back for my future touch ups!

From the early times of plotting my brow design to the different hues of my refresher, she is as detail oriented regardless of what stage you are at with your eyebrows. Her recommendations match your skin texture and your undertones. I wanted something that was dark, but now "wow you have new eyebrows" and not something that can fade into blue or purple over the years. So we started off light and the next time around we went a shade darker. I think best of all, she went over aftercare and how to maintain the shape of my brows -- I am no longer plucking or waxing my brows and now use a shaver and I'm never looking back.
