Stopped by to check it out and wasn't that impressed. Price wasn't bad. But you definitely get what you pay for.

Good veteran owned mobile coffee spot. Owner/operator is friendly and makes great drinks. Highly recommend the iced chai tea

Ordered a butter rum drink, asked to switch to a large before it was even finished, and was told I'd have to buy a second drink instead. For something that was literally just powder and milk being mixed, that felt ridiculous. Also, let's talk about the actual drink. Basically creamer. I didn't taste much coffee at all and couldn't even finish it. The whole "$5 for each photo" thing might be meant as humor, but if multiple people walk away confused, it's not landing the way you think it is. Not every group taking a couple pictures is a "photoshoot"... unless we missed the lighting crew and wardrobe changes. I would skip this place if you're in the area. What a strange and uncomfortable experience.

Then we were taking pictures of the red couch and he legitimately said it's $5 for each picture we took. We thought he was joking but kept a straight face. We refused. Then my wife asked for a cup of water, not bottled, but just a cup and he charged us $2. It was so awkward. I paid the bill, and I walked out, my mother didn't know I paid and she walked up to pay and he said, is this the money for the photos on the couch. Straight face, not joking. Coffee wasn't fresh brewed, came from a premade pot. Weirdest experience we've ever had.

Churchill or Yerington (our fair city) this is the place to stop and get gas. Gas is gas and if price was not in the equation I would still come here for a number of reasons: - The pump area is clean and there is a lot of space between pumps. - The squeegies are not all worn out and the wash water is clean and soapy - The papertowel dispensers are kept filled - The inside of the store is also clean and well laid out - There is a good selection of food items both healthy and road trip junk food - the salads are actually really good and they are generous with the dressings and toppings. - Staff are friendly - If you get a free loyalty card gas is 2 cents/gallon cheaper. What's not to love? Probably making the left hand turn across US50 to get in and out if you are travelling East. Not too bad, but prayer does help.

I'm not…read morea regular coffee drinker, but I was looking to get my iced brew fix and there aren't many options in town. You have to drive into Reno or Carson City to hit up a Starbucks or comparable coffee place. I heard from locals about The Roasting House. I saw pics of celebrities like Terrance Howard and Jeremy Renner sitting on the quaint little bar stools inside. Roasting House has officially entered the coffee chat room! On my first visit, I saw that the Iced Brew special was Carrot Cake. Um? Only my favorite cake! I had the best timing and hit the jackpot! Of course that's what I ordered. It was delicious! The decor is absolutely adorable. It's like a beautiful Victorian feel to it. It has beautiful furniture, pictures on the wall, and they have coffee, jewelry for sale and other items. Additionally, they roast their coffee beans on-site with a large vintage roasting machine towards the back of the shop. The place definitely has an elegant, antique-like ambience that fits perfectly with VC. They also serve various baked goods, bagel sandwiches and other breakfast items. You will have a great start to your day by coming here first. Service is impeccable and the staff is super friendly. As you go towards the rear of the shop, there is a beautiful patio that overlooks Virginia city and the streets below C Street. It's a perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast item. It's very peaceful with beautiful scenery and they've added some rustic patio furniture. I've been back a couple times and the prices are really good. I'm from the Bay Area and compared to where I'm from the prices are more than reasonable for coffee. This is a place not to be missed when you visit Virginia City!

The toasted yet fluffy bread complemented the sandwich perfectly as did the rich, umami au jus. We shared a prime rib dinner. Our server Kristin was a really nice young lady. We enjoyed some coffee while we waited for our food which arrived shortly. The meat was so tasty as were the vegetables that came with it and the baked potato. We couldn't have been more pleased. Awesome food and great service in a laid back atmosphere. The food left lots to be desired. To start, we had the macaroni wedges. These were fried perfectly but only had the macaroni inside-no cheese. The cheese was the nacho cheese on the side to dip it in. With how hot the wedges were the cheese sauce did not stick to the wedges. My dad had the fish and shrimp. The platter was basic and had no seasoning. The fish was cooked correctly but the shrimp was very undercooked. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger. The burger came out very burned, dry, and without bacon. A side of bacon to add to his burger came to the table when he was about 1/2 way done eating. I had the BLT. The bread was soggy and soft. The ratio of bacon to tomato to lettuce were extremely off.
