We like their coffee a lot, it's slightly expensive but the overall experience, ambience, seating is worth it. I like their coffee mugs too.

Very , very cute inside space... Workrooms, couches, lots of private spaces! Coffee was good-my friend had cafe con leche and loved it. I had French press- it was good. Didn't love it- but, it was good. We tried 3 different muffins- cranberry, blueberry, and cinnamon. They where good. Problem for me- all the other sweets where very SMALL slices. I wanted to be in love with this place, and hopefully in the future my review will change. I have a distaste for caffeine, meaning if I drink caffeine I will literally turn into Hyde or Harley Quinn. That's not good for society. But I love and adore coffee and I drink about 3-4 cups of decaffeinated coffee per day, every darn day! I drink all kinds of decaffeinated beverages from tea, to cokes, it's an actual thing! I like to stay chill and calm, if you think you have an opinion on this, there are scores of people who reject caffeine, but still inhale coffee like it's going out of style. Most all coffee places carry decaf, even the McDonalds drive-thru has it. Not sure I have ever even seen one that doesn't. What's seriously going on here? It's especially great for late night when you're not trying to stay up with insomnia and so you can fall into a deep charging REM sleep... That's a health thing. But, whatever.. So I was taken a way back to find a place designated to die hard coffee drinkers, a "coffee" shop, that doesn't have regular decaf coffee on drip or even Americano? I mean what in the love of god? There was another customer in there, literally next to me I also heard ordered decaf, so I'm by no means a lone wolf handicap asking to be catered to. Hell no. They did give me/have a Decaf espresso shot, and it was so small I had to ask them to put it in a larger cup and add another! (Funny) I usually drink many 20oz cups of coffee, so what they gave me would last me 5 minutes at a coffee spot you're suppose to be chilling out and getting work done on your laptop. It was just kind of funny, because I ordered and paid for the 16oz, largest size available. I just laughed and asked them to correct it, which I think they tried to, but still didn't fill up my 16oz cup I paid for. Geezus.. Espresso wasn't bad, and when I left I asked one of the baristas if I could get the espresso decaf thing-a-Majig on "bottomless" AT LEAST? I mean because I can't drink tea party size coffee portions as if I'm Alice in wonderland. He was like , for you ok because we don't carry decaf, but we don't have it as a menu option so you will have to tell us.. "LOL, ok!".. Most sensible thing I heard so far in the Twilight Zone, from this smart employee. I get the whole ...caffeine is #1, we all need it to function as a drug so f-off with your decaf mentality, I really do... and I know it's the #1 best seller! We as a society are over worked and we love our stimulants. But, we don't all need that, and as a coffee place you really do need to provide all kinds of coffee to Bona fide coffee drinkers! Else, you're just a caffeine fill up bar. Otherwise love the interior, the booths, and that quiche is sold! Super cute and nice. I wanna change my review, badly! What a lovely cafe! I had some time to kill between dropping off my sister at DFW and picking my husband up there a few hours later. Redefined is a 10 - 15 minute drive from the airport, so it's a good place to kill time in a situation like this. The interior is very comfortable and inviting, with a wide range of seating options (comfortable easy chairs, tables with straight-backed chairs, small couches.) It's the sort of place you could comfortably stay for a long time to meet a friend or get some work done. They have a wide range of coffee drinks available. I got a cold brew with oat milk, which was delicious. They have all the fancy third wave brewing methods you could want (including V60, which comes from Japan and which I know is fancy and well regarded, but which I otherwise know nothing about.) Prices are very reasonable for the quality and atmosphere, and there's a large parking lot in front. I'll be back next time I need to kill time before or after an airport pickup! read more

The cutest decorate and layout interior. They have two private rooms that can be used to hold private parties or quiet areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. The 4 star rating was because they actually forgot our order and after waiting 20 mins, they stated it coming out soon but we over heard say we missed the order. I am in love. The female barista that helped me was absolutely adorable, helpful, funny, and sweet. I usually get a cappuccino for my first order when trying a new coffee shop. but...they have NITRO COLD BREW! I couldn't resist. The barista poured it straight from the tap for me after I ordered. Oh my gosh was it delicious. After I finished that, I opted for an iced vanilla latte - they make their own vanilla in house. They sell bottles of it and I meant to buy one before leaving but managed to forget...excuse to go back!! Drinks: yummy! Wifi: fast and easy to connect - no password needed! I pass this place heading to work everyday and have admired the location, size and sign from afar. Finally decided to try it out and the ambiance was so calm, there were private rooms to hold meetings or maybe study sessions and comfortable couches and high chairs for sitting. I am always on the hunt for a great coffee house to get out of the office for 30 minutes. Like the atmosphere here. Coffee is great. Much better than Starbucks. But what's with the trendy handless coffee cups? They're impractical wide cups so coffee cools down quickly. Not a fan of those. Lots of nice conversation areas but if you're thinking you'll stop and catch up on a little work while you're grabbing a coffee this may not be your best choice. Most tables are coffee-table height, not café height. Makes it difficult if you plan to work with a file or two while escaping your office. I'd have given it 5 stars if I could just find a table for 30 minutes instead of my lap. read more

I've given this place about four tries and I have to say that I don't think I'll continue getting coffee here. With that being said, the interior is beautifully decorated and service is always great! Still great coffee! I love the new eco-friendly, Eindhoven-esk look. One thing that's missing in many European coffee houses is space. I'm all for the quaint whole-in-the-wall spots, but the little town of Grapevine doesn't have much to offer in the way of delicious coffee so Redefined has answered the call to provide good coffee and space and I'm grateful. I will drive out of my way when I'm in town to hit my favorite spots. So, thank you again for yet another wonderful coffee experience. If you want to add another fun drink to your menu options look up a macchiatone. We live in northern Italy and this drink is considered the exception to the rule when it comes to coffee with milk after noon. read more

So sad to say it wasn't a great experience. I frequent coffee shops around he metroplex looking for great lattes. This week I held out on going to any coffee shops this week so save some money and to out on Saturday to check this one out. I saw great reviews and really looked forward to it. I live in Richardson so it was a bit of a drive. We ordered our lattes and asked if they could do a cool design. The lady at the register said they do it for all their coffees. Cool! Keep in mind I could care less about a design, I just know it means it was most likely steamed right and will taste great. We also ordered 2 pumpkin scones. So, lattes came with no designs and poor steaming. My husband just kept his and asked them to remake mine which they laughed at him when he asked for the problem to be corrected. The scones- they shouldn't be called scones. They are more like a slightly greasy, sticky, layered bread. And it's slathered in frosting. Needless to say, I will once again stick to any three of the White Rock Coffee locations. It was expensive and I didn't see "getting laughed at" on the menu. I will say the coffee, when corrected did taste good. But again, the experience vs. the coffee won't convince me to return. Such good coffee, and really are gluten free on there bake goods. Chose this place for my friend with a gluten allergy, and the bake goods are safe to eat. So anyone with celiac or gluten allergies this place is a good go. Also there gluten free goodies are super good even if you don't have an allergy. An incredible little coffee shop. There's no way you can walk into this space and not feel something positive. It's a home away from home - warm, cozy, and filled with stellar local products that you'll never tire of. Freshly roasted Avoca coffee (French press, V60 pour over), an awesome array of loose leaf tea, house made simple syrups, and local baked goods. They sell baked goodies from local spots Bliss Bites and Pinch of Salt - and both make amazing gluten free treats. RE:defined's counter is filled with a carefully selected variety of delicacies, and anything you pick is bound to be delicious and pair perfectly with your brew of choice. Bliss Bites makes these insane "gourmet super food dessert" bites; small, but amazingly rich and protein packed. Try the German Chocolate Haystack or Caramel Pecan Turtle, oh my god... wondrous. I want to eat them all day. Man, even if RE:defined's products were lacking in quality (and they're so NOT lacking in anything), you'd have a great experience based on atmosphere and customer service alone. The furniture is all dark and vintage-y and heavy, and the light fixtures are works of art. There's an incredible, giant, velvet booth in the back that wraps around a huge beautiful table - probably everyone's favorite seat! There's also a little stage and fireplace... can't wait to return in the autumn when I'm craving a cozy hideout. Prices are a bit up there, but nothing surprising considering the environment and goods (16oz iced cold brew is only $3 and I'm totally fine with that) and sweet staff. For real - Cat and Jorik and the rest of their team are the nicest, coolest people. You meet them and can't help but want to be their bffs and think "god I hope they like me." It is tucked into the strip center that looks like hell next to a crappy bar and a run down looking yoga studio. Cross under the light, even though you do not want to, and park quickly so you do not have to absorb the eye sore of the building. Look at your phone, dodge the children and chicks from the yoga studio, and the drunk bikers walking out of the bar. Open the door and WOW. Yep. Happy Happy Joy Joy. You kind of want to take your clothes off and snuggle under a bear rug in front of the "fireplace" but they frown on that. Plenty of Styles of seating to fit your mood. It seems sectioned with ease and attention for variations of visitors. Walk up to the counter. Cruise through anything you want and get educated. Do not feel shy. They will help you. The drinks seem to take a while. But I have never been in a hurry here and do not mind. I just plop into a chair. I do not like to warm up a seat then have to rewarm it, so I dash to the bar and grab my "for here cup" and dash back. ahhhhhhhh. Do you have a visual? It's by far one of the largest, inviting settings I've parked myself at while feeding my morning caffeine crave. Wanting to try something different, I ordered the handcrafted Iced Chai Latte. I'm going to rank it as an addictive cup of rich, creamy delightfulness. Maybe on my third visit I'll try something else, or maybe not. It really is that good! They also carry an impressive array of less common tempting treats like gluten free sweets, Roots Juices, right sized salads and some grab and go snacks. If you haven't tried Roots Juices Almond Milk, you're missing out. Grab one for your afternoon office pick me up (you can thank me later :) Can't say enough about the space. Things you will need for better coffee enjoyment: 1. I could do that at home but I wanted to get away from the mess I created at home (studying for finals and powerpoint slides are EVERYWHERE) you WILL also need two hands because the cups here are super cute and don't have handles. You have to pick it up to sip with two hands. I feel so hands on when I drink my coffee. You WILL also buy more than one cup of coffee while you're here. I wanted to try their whole menu! Their lattes are the bomb! their syrups are house made!!!!! I had an almond milk latte and it was one of the best lattes ever! You can bring a friend to talk but coffee so good you might just want to enjoy it on your own! Good to study, they don't have the music on loud and you could sit on the counter tables near the front or the big table near the back. Oh, and they have plenty of outlets for your charger! YAY! If lattes are not for you, try their hot chocolate chip! I came back for second time for it and it was soOoooO good!! order the cafe con panna if you're on a date. It'll impress your crush!
