I absolutely love Redemption!!! I have not been in the store physically, but discovered this store online during COVID-19 and it has seriously become my favorite shop. I love that this store carries all California based brand and makers. I have always been one to shop local as opposed to a big corporation and Redemption is now my one stop shop for all of my essentials whether it's home good, clothing, skin care, etc. Tammy the owner is absolutely amazing. This is a wonderful little boutique full of homemade goodies made by local artisans. I love picking up gifts for friends here including soaps made with coffee to jewelry full of interesting stones. The staff is great. They always have wonderful suggestions of what items pair nicely with each other and fun cards. I've been following their Instagram for a while now and have been obsessed ever since, finally had the chance to stop by the other day. I messaged them via Instagram about a certain brand they carried, turns out they didn't have what I was looking for but ended up suggesting something even better. They responded so quickly with friendliness and assisted me from the get-go. I love all of their items, especially since they're from places across California. Everything in here is so cute and hip I could seriously spend all my time and money inside. They have all kinds of things from clothing to dog items to makeup to jewelry to home decor and more! I came in specifically for this cute leash for my dog, and also walked out with the most amazing smelling candle ever (Penelope brand, Miami Beach scent) and a cream highlighter. As far as prices go, this place is not at all cheap yet at the same time things were within reason and I was able to afford the things I wanted. I support local businesses when I can, especially if the items are great and the service is outstanding. My husband and I finally visited Redemption the other day and he basically had to drag me out of there. He knows the owners, Tammy and David, which was the main reason for our visit and also because we were gift shopping for friends. If you like Urban Outfitters, Anthropology, and similar stores...you will love Redemption. They will have similar styles but produced by local small businesses which I thought was super cool. After shopping for about an hour and a half, I decided to purchase a jacket (yes, I know it's too hot for a jacket but it was way too awesome to pass up) and was pleased to hear it was one of a kind; the maker distresses each jacket by hand and with different dyes. Tammy and David are very knowledgeable of their products and makers; you can ask them anything! By far, one of my favorite stores in Downtown Campbell. Actually, one of my favorite stores in San Jose. Really. I greatly appreciate handmade items (especially jewelry), California-made items, and unique gifts and apparel. Redemption has all of that! My friend introduced me to this store, and immediately I was hooked. They have an instagram (@redemption_ca) and I found this super convenient (and detrimental to my wallet) if I am ever looking for a new gift item or fun new piece of jewelry. They have a wonderful assortment of unique wares! Ranging from baby items to soy candles to cards and shoes and apparel, there's always something new that I find...and want...and end up purchasing. I'm a big fan of supporting local businesses, and Redemption helps me do so, while being socially conscious at the same time. So glad to see a special store like this in the area. And even better to see how awesome it is, from the friendly owners and staff to the selection of unique clothing and Bay Area-made artisanal crafts. I was walking in downtown campbell with my Beau when we spotted that Redemption had replaced a pretty bizarre shop that I literally never stepped foot into. After peeking in the window, I decided I needed to know more and wandered in. The owners of the store hand pick every piece, and it really shows. The fact that the store is curated so well makes it really easy to shop because you know that anything you're about to purchase is genuinely well liked by the owners too. Service is really great, even though we didn't purchase anything on our visit we were given so much attention and really enjoyed chatting with both the owners about the store. There's a wide selection of local and California made jewelry, accessories, and decor. The clothes are hand selected, updated & primarily second-hand. Everything is unique and reasonably priced. If you are looking for a locally owned store with unique high-quality products solely handmade in America, then this is the store for you. While the prices tend toward the high side, the quality is worth it. I discovered Redemption when seeking an outfit for an Engagement photo session. The staff member who assisted me was very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations on outfits, including American made jeans, local necklace, and camel-colored knee length cardigan. I have returned numerous times to purchase different gifts for friends/family/and self, including handmade flower-pressed necklaces, California-state necklaces, candles, soaps, and other clothing items. My most recent exciting discovery is their Sea+Salt coco+vanilla Hair Mist. Doesn't sound exciting, but as a nurse, this hair mist keeps my hair feeling fresh without the pungency of a perfume. They have a section of baby clothes and mom-gifts which are also eclectic. The owners are very friendly and approachable. Aside from having a diverse product line, they are open-minded and welcome new work by local artists. Their merchandise expands regularly. The store is situated on East Campbell Avenue (downtown Campbell) and open from 11-7 most days (10-8 on Saturdays and 9-6 on Sundays). Parking may be challenging on weekends (especially when Sunday markets are going on), but there are numerous side streets and free parking lots around downtown Campbell. read more

The cutest little store! I *almost* feel like I'm two-timing Therapy now. Their prices are super reasonable for items made in California and it was great to see such a varied offering of products in one place. I picked up a candle fully expecting it to be exorbitantly over-priced, but when I saw it was well under $30 and came in it's own little gift box, I thought "what a great idea for a present!" I even almost duped myself into buying a teething necklace to wear for the child I don't have because I just thought the design was beautiful. Nice layout full of unique California based items. There were lots of clothes for newborns and adults. There were no children clothes. There were also lots of soaps and lotions giving the whole store a good aromatic smell and it also gave the store a good vibe. The people working there were kind and asked us if we needed help. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. The moment you walk in the smell of all the candles and wood is just the best welcome I could ask for. They have the only candles I will burn now. They burn perfect and doesn't leave the black "gunk" on the glass jar. The wood shadow box I got from here is above my piano, and everyone I have over asks where I got it. The two owners there are so nice, always smiling and know SOOO much about their local products. But they don't stalk you like some shops, lol. Plus they have a really cute dog who hangs there. Every time I head into downtown Campbell, I'll have to carve out some time to visit Redemption because they have a lot of cool stuff and it's even nicer that they specifically support California made products. I wouldn't mind if they expanded to just all American made items but California is good enough for now. I was introduced to Rustic Dime jeans at Redemption and walked away with a nice pair of olive slim fit jeans, super comfy with the 2% spandex material and made in Los Angeles. The girls that worked there were super helpful and made for a comfortable buying experience. It's small and family owned which means when you ask a question about an item, you get a really great answer that usually includes not just the answer, but also either a story or extra info about the product/artist.
