No home is perfect, but we were able to purchase with a lot more confidence in what we were getting, which helps to take the stress down on a very very stressful time.

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

Many items were missed from my inspection report…read more My husband and I bought the house while out of state and upon my arrival I found many items damaged that were not listed on the inspection report. Nor did I ever talk to the inspector before this week when i inquired about one particular item damaged that was not listed. It's poor communication and poor inspection on their behalf and they will not take any responsibility for their actions. I do not recommend using this company after paying 550 out of pocket for this it was not worth it. His supervisor was not understanding either. They feel they are not liable for items missed. Keep in mind the inspector was out here for 3 hours the first time and an hour the second time for the re-inspection and did not catch the issue either time and it is very obvious where it is located.

The report states that the venting above the gas stove was working properly but there is no vent at all there, and that has been an ongoing issue in my house. The report also states that the water dispenser in the fridge was working normally but there is not even a water line connected to the refrigerator. I had read really good reviews about this business, so I had hoped for the same. Unfortunately it was a sub par inspection.

I had previously rated this service highly but that was before I learned that the inspector had…read morecompletely missed or ignored the fact that the previous owner had sealed up the attic vents, which was openly visible to anyone checking the attic space. There was mold throughout the insulation in the attic since all of the moisture had been contained in there and I had to have it all removed and replaced and have someone remove the covers from the air vents. I cannot imagine how the inspector missed something so significant and it cost me a great deal of money to repair it.
