I bring all of my cars here. I get honest and reliable service each time. I mainly bring in my 1999 Ford Mustang Gt here and have had Fuel Injector service done, a full tune up, spark plugs, full synthetic oil changes regularly, tire rotations, shock and strut replacements. The only reason my mustang is running so smoothly is due to the excellent workmanship and upkeep they have done to my Mustang. They give you many different pricing options depending on the quality of parts you would like installed. All of their recommended parts have lifetime warranties. However if you bring in new aftermarket parts they will also install those too. If your looking for good service and good prices this is the shop to go to. Stay Far AWAY from OLD TOWN TIRE. I own a BMW 645ci and when I bought this car I was told that everything must be done at BMW since it is a high performance imported auto. I found that I will pay twice the amount of money to go to BMW and they always seem to find something else that needs to be done. I never get this at Redhawk. They take care of what I have asked them to and have never once told me that tons of extra things to be done in addition. Every one of the employees is very efficient and respectful. I always take my car to Redhawk Auto! If I have something wrong I can swing by and they are always very accommodating even when they are busy. read more

I took my car in as the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I was charged their basic fee, I believe $50 +, for them to check my a/c system. After their inspection I was given a quote of $1,240 for repairs, including a new compressor kit and fan assembly (fan assembly $370.00 parts and labor). I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion. The mechanic looked at the fan assembly and said that it appeared to have just lost the washer and nut. He repaired this part of the estimate for nothing (the nut and washer cost $0.18 cents). I went back in to Redhawk and told them what had happened. They told me they didn't see it! Great, get mechanical advice from those who don't see. They have lost my business forever. read more

We were preparing our 17 yr old truck for sale and had plenty of repairs that needed to be done to get it in shape to sell. Michael really came through for us. We got several estimates from three other places for all the work that needed to be done and although this garage was not the lowest initially, they wanted to keep us as customers and it showed! They met the lowest estimate from another garage and got everything done FAST. The repairs all came with warranty that was unmatched by the other garages as well. We will be using them from now on for our future auto repair and recommending them to our friends. I highly recommend this shop. I went in because my alternator was making a loud noise the night before. When I went to start my car to have them check it out it wouldn't even start, ends up my alternator, driver belt, and battery all needed to be replaced. At high speeds, I felt the brakes on my car a little less effective. Due to my mileage, I thought it might be time for brakes, even though there were no squeaking or grinding noises occurring when braking. Called to ask what they charge to replace pads on my car, and I was told they don't give quotes over the phone and required a "free" brake inspection. I made and appointment for 9:00am the following day. When I arrived and was checked in, the service writer asked why I was coming in for a brake inspection, so I told her what I mentioned above. She said the inspection would take about an hour, and any work an additional hour - plan on a couple of hours. After an 1.5 hrs, I still hadn't heard anything on the inspection, so I went in to see what was taking so long. I was told they were working on the quote, as we spoke. After another 20 minutes, I was called in and told they needed to replace the front pads, rotors and flush the brake fluid, at an estimated cost of over $450! I declined the service and was given an invoice with their findings. In addition to the brakes, they recommended replacement of almost everything (wiper blades, air filter, transmission fluid, drive belt, coolant & hose clamps and shocks/struts.What?! I just asked you to look at my brakes. Clearly, their "free" brake inspection is so they can examine what else they can prey on to get more money from you. After leaving, I went to another independent mechanic who said my brake pads were low, and there was no damage to rotors. Because the pads still had life in them and actually said he didn't recommend any work at this time! Shame on you, Redhawk Auto Service! read more

I had to get my mom's car smogged for registration. Turns out, you actually have to drive the car more than to and from the grocery store in order for the car to run its own emission computer check. Luckily, Noy explained this to me and was able to fit my 2nd visit (after driving the car for awhile) in between his appointments with very little wait time. I called Redhawk to ask about installing my street legal prefabricated aftermarket exhaust system. I just wanted a price quote. However what I received a rude employee who said "we don't do that here" and hung up on me. There is no welding involved. Just unbolting the old one and Bolting in the new one. I would have been a quick easy job for them but they never even got the chance. Don't bother with Redhawk Auto. They don't care! read more

I brought my car in for their free brake check. My front brakes were making a loud noise and I wanted to have them checked. They couldn't have been nicer. They informed me that I did not need new brakes and had lots of life left on them. They did recommend an alignment which I knew I already needed. I had that fixed and also had them turn my rotors. Price was reasonable and my car was ready by 1pm. Thank you for a job well done. The car drives nice and straight and no loud noises when i brake. They were very friendly and honest. I stopped by a day ago to get my car fixed, we had a heavy grinding sound that probably spelled the worst for my rotors. My wife and I called in ahead of time and spoke to Manny who gave us all the info we needed and stopped in later. They gave me an honest assessment and told me the rotors could be salvaged to save me a couple bucks so I took their advice and went ahead with it. Picking it up the next day the car ran great! No more squealing or grinding and it breaks even smoother than before! They did a fantastic job and provided AMAZING service. I love this place. First time I came here, I thought it was called Ed Hawk . I have a newer Acura MDX, an older Honda Accord, and an even older Honda Civic.
