Where do I begin?????? I have a car that believes it is an animal. I have owned the vehicle for nine years. For the purpose of this letter I will call the car "George". During that time I have taken George to several repair shops had the motor and transmission rebuilt, replaced the AC pump, AC cooling unit, radiator, water pump, distributor, an axle, new shocks, new brakes/rotors, locking hubs for the four wheel option and numerous other smaller parts. All of this was to stop George from marking its territory with an occasional drop of oil. With each visit to the repair shop the George would stop marking it spot for a few weeks and then just when I began to believe the problem had been solved and removed the cardboard protection from the garage George would began the marking routine again! A trip to the repair shop would give me another three to four weeks of non-marking and then it would all start over again. Over these nine years I had been taking George to the same unqualified mechanic. Why you ask? Well each time he did something I would have to take George back for warranty work on the work he had just completed. So I never really ever got out of the "If that doesn't work bring it back and I will fix it at no cost to you syndrome". Finally I had had enough and began my quest for a new repair shop. I took George to some very well-known shops only to have the same disappointing results, three weeks no marking then begin marking again. One day I was heading east on Temecula Parkway and noticed the Redhawk Auto Service sign. I had seen the sign many times but never thought to try their service. I went home and checked them out online. I visited the shop and found it to be very clean, tidy and professional. All characteristics of a successful and reliable company. George had just started his marking routine again so I decided to give Redhawk Auto Service a try. Upon my arrival service manager, Michael Petrie, greeted me with a friendly smile. Michael was professional, clean, well dressed and confident. He ask how he could help me. I felt like saying give me a diaper for George but instead I explained the oil leaks and asked Michael to firstly investigate the source of the leaks, secondly fix the leaks and thirdly fix them for good. Michael assured me they could and would find the source of the leaks, determine what had to be done to fix the problem and provide me with a reliable cost estimate for the repair work. The next morning I dropped George off and returned home. That afternoon I revisited the shop and there George was, up in the air, with all his oil leaks showing. I could tell George was embarrassed. For the first time someone had taken the time to find out where the oil droplets were coming from, not just one source but several, some were potential sites just in case the mechanics fixed the current leaks George would come up with another. This time George was facing some real professionals, not just a run of the mill mechanics but mechanics who are masters of their trade! They were gentle with George and handle him with kid gloves. They sprayed his bottom with cleaning fluid, dried him off and revved his engine to finally reveal all of George's secrets. Needless to say George cracked and was forced to reveal not just his current leaks but all of the potential sites he was holding back for future use . Later in the afternoon I met with Michael to go over the prognosis. I listened and again was very impressed with Michael's professionalism and confidence in explaining what they had found and what had to done to correct the problem. I approved the estimate and the work began the next day. I believe George has met his match at Redhawk Auto Repair. I know I am extremely pleased with Michael the Service Manager and Justin the mechanic. This is a facility you can feel assured the problem will be identified, professionally repaired and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this Redhawk Auto Repair and will be bring other vehicles that I own to them for service. I replaced the alternator in my Honda Pilot last Saturday 24th July. and I asked them to check the vehicle. Regardlessly the cost, I felt insecure when I run the auto after that. My car is shaking a lot and warnings lights(Check-Engine, VTM4, etc.) are on the dashboard. A maintenance-Required light is still on. But they told me every other thing was ok except the alternator. So I asked them to email me the result of checking. But I didn't get it yet. I may go back to them again and ask them. But I don't want them to check my car again. Furthermore, for the price of replacing the alternator, I don't think if the cost of replacing the alternator $726 is normal, but I felt they cost me a lot, even though I accepted it. I post the invoice for your better choice. Now I have a doubt if they used my haste. I had to fix it on the day Cuz I had to use the car the next day. I didn't want to accuse them of charging a lot but I want to let customers know the invoice. If you want to be a customer of this shop, Please check if the cost is reasonable through this invoice. Scheduled my car to get an oil change and asked them to check air in my tires. Was told it would take 90 -2 hours. Laura from the shop drove me home and she was a treat! So sweet and friendly, we were laughing and chatting by the time she dropped me off and I only lived about 10 minutes away! My car was done in 90 minutes and Laura came to pick me up. This appointment was nothing but perfect. The gentleman at the desk who checked in my car was wonderful, polite and professional but Laura and her shuttle service topped it off. She is a keeper. Her customer service skills are what every company needs. If I didn't have to be somewhere later today, I could have grabbed a coffee and chatted up the day. I am so impressed with Redhawk Auto Service. I brought in my old van that had some issues. The repair didn't work at first and instead of saying it was my van and giving up they kept working at it and got it right. This took a lot more work and expense on their end for which they gladly did wanting to make sure I was well taken care of. They are so great to work with. They listened and communicated with me so well. They gave me another car to use while mine was getting fixed. They do all they can to help you with your car issues. My car was towed here by AAA after my oil pan was damaged. After being charged $150 "diagnosis fee" when I had already identified the problem I was quoted $1300 for the repair work. I contacted my local repair shop in San Marcos and they offered to do the work for $725. Redhawk auto attempted to take advantage of my vehicle being stranded at their shop. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager he attempted to tell me they quoted me so high because they were using Honda certified parts. After I notified him I would be filling a complaint with AAA He offered to come down to approximately $850 but this did not include the required oil change still. My repair shop (north county smog) used Honda certified parts and did the job for nearly half of Redhawk's original quote. Buyer beware this place will try to rip you off and scam you. read more

We had just driven over 4 hours from Vegas to home. My check tire light had lit up on the way home and when we got home my back tire looked a little low. We decided to run over to our neighboring Redhawk Auto Service where my sister had recently got her a tire fixed and was quite satisfied. We walked in and were greeted by Mike who said all his guys were busy today, but he personally would take a look at it. He did not hesitate to find the nail and fix it as well as check all my other tires on the spot. His great attitude and generosity were such a blessing! I brought my car to Redhawk Auto Service on a recommendation of a friend. I had 1,200 dollars of work done at Pep Boys in Temecula and the car still had the same issue and Pep Boys would not help me. I just had the pleasure of having my vehicle smogged at red hawk auto service. Yes, the pleasure! Don't hear that every day, right? I was on a time crunch and although that isn't anyone's problem but mine, the entire team hustled things around to get me in and out of there in a flash - with a passing grade, too (phew!). Laura was my welcoming voice when I called and smile when I entered and manny got my info into the system in a very friendly and professional (and quick!) manner and rushed it out to Sean who jumped right on it to keep my day rolling smoothly. Excellent experience with Redhawk Auto service. The manager Chad was helpful with my 79 jeep Cj7. I was having an issue passing my smog test. Chad ran a smoke test and did the necessary repairs. He had no problem letting me bring in my own parts that I ordered online which I know not every repair shop will allow. He was very friendly, straightforward and very reasonable. They don't smog older model cars so I took it elsewhere and it passed with flying colors. Chad even wanted me to come back to let him know that it passed. I did and thanked them all for a great job. I went to Redhawk Auto Service with an apparent brake problem. I thought I heard the beginnings of a metal to metal sound and assumed that my pads were worn and a brake job was in order. Shortly after dropping the car off, the service advisor called and informed me that my pads were fine and that I didn't need a brake job after all. They cleaned the brake pad residue, buttoned the vehicle up and it was fine. I really appreciated their honest appraisal of what was going on with my vehicle and the prompt service I received. My fuel pump went out as I was driving down the 79 highway. No warning, it just went kaput. I called Redhawk because it was close to where I was and Micheal the service manager got me in touch with a tow truck, which they paid for. I got my truck fixed in about 3 hours on the spot, while they were jam packed busy. An other auto shop I've ever had to deal with would have had me waiting for days and I live in El Cajon not Temecula, so they really came through in a bind. I suggest this place to anyone who wants quick courteous service and a good deal that won't break your pockets. read more

Today, I took my car in to see Manny. What a great Guy! I had left a message letting them know about my concerns. When I arrived, Manny was as nice as usual. He called to let me know that my brakes were fine, but other issues needed to be addressed and he took care of them. We have taken our cars here for years and will continue to do so. I do have to say that today, when I got in my car, everything had been removed from my glove box and left on the passenger seat. Not sure why. The only things in my glove box are things related to my car. read more

I was traveling through Temecula from Oceanside when I heard something dragging from the bottom of my vehicle. I was scared cause I thought my was my transmission!! I had to stop somewhere and randomly chose Redhawk and spoke to the manager Michael. He immediately looked at my car and found out it was just a piece of plastic on the undercarriage. They quickly fixed it free of charge and sent me on my way. As a woman walking into a automotive shop, it was nice not to have been bamboozled and I appreciated the nice gesture. I went in last week with my diesel truck. I had a trip planned and just wanted the fuel levels checked. The manager put someone on my truck in less than 5 minutes. The mechanic topped off oil and coolant and then he checked my tires...which I had forgotten to ask him to do. The guy even crawled under my truck to look for any leaks. I had a noise coming from under my car so I drove to the first shop I saw and it was red hawk auto center . One of the shop guys comes out and checks under the car and noticed my plastic carriage was dragging. His name was Steve I think. So he put some new bolts on and the service guy did not charge me to fix it. He also notice my oil light was on and advised me to get an oil change so i did. Came in with a overheating issue and I found out that my heads were blown . I talk chris and he was very helpful and informative he even gave me a digital inspection with pictures of all our issue with the vehicle . He gave me the best price and a 3 year warranty!
