My experience with REDLINE was nothing less than superb. Unlike the other companies that provided quotes where I had a sales person and then someone else (that I'd never met) would conduct the install, my REDLINE climate control expert (Brian Smith) thoroughly inspected my entire system, provided quotes, and completed a hassle-free the install. I thought I needed to replace my entire system (as other companies recommended) but Brian explained that my heating system didn't need replacement, provided the best quote, and recommended the best A/C system for my home - saving me thousands of dollars. REDLINE also completed the CPS rebate paperwork, reimbursed me upfront, and collected the rebate reimbursement directly from CPS. I now have a quiet, energy efficient system. Simply impressive. The air distribution in our house was badly unbalanced from a previous vendor's installation. I had several other HVAC companies inspect the system and was often pitched high cost repairs or replacements without a good explanation as to why those things were actually 'needed' to fix the problem. We have used Redline A/C and Heating three times and all three times their service has been great, being on time everytime. The first call they made, they could have easily upsold me to a new compressor, but Brian Smith said that he would first try to replace a relay to see if the problem could be resolved...It did. He said that the unit was an older unit but still had life and didn't not have to be replaced. Most recently, this winter during a spell of cold cold days and our heater went out.
