I asked multiple times if this was a true fact, as we know, they're not a protected species every time I was told they would be turned over to the sanctuary. We just recently had another issue and when questioned to do another capturing, he indicated that there is no sanctuary and they are all euthanized. You have blood on your hands. You are a disgusting individual. We never would've agreed to pay for your services knowing that you were going to euthanize them, we would've dealt with the problem in a different manner. So, while my oven was cooling down, we started hearing a rustling sound behind the stove. We would hear it for a few seconds and then it would stop and start again. Suddenly I saw the head of a baby iguana pop out behind the top right of the stove. I ran into a bedroom with terrified toddlers. Neither my husband or I had guts to do anything about it so we had a neighbor come over. When the neighbor pulled out the stove a almost 2 foot juvenile iguana raced out and somehow found a hole in one of our backboards under our cabinet. The gap was between a corner cabinet and the dishwasher. We blocked her in there since it was late at night and decided to figure out what to do in the morning. I stepped on something in the middle of the night and I jumped three feet in the air. This thing had to go ASAP. Woke up and emailed this company by 7am and as soon as they opened I was contacted. These guys are great! They were even featured on Dr. Phil as the Iguana Experts a day after they came to my house - so cool - I didn't even know they caught iguanas, lol. I actually called them up for a Muscovy Duck issue. We had 3 invasive non native ducks that have been terrorizing our backyard for over 4 months - germs, poop, pee all over the the pool, pavers, etc. and couldn't take it anymore. I spoke with Blake 2 weeks ago and explained the situation and then asked his practices on removal which were humane. His pricing was fair and we came up with a plan for me to monitor the ducks' whereabouts in order for them to come at the right time to catch them. A week later, I called them back to report and he and Parry came by the next day. The 2 ducks were out there on cue, hanging by the pool - the guys came inside my house to get the ducks' positioning and came up with a plan to catch them smoothly. Parry fed them corn, while Blake came up from behind and netted both of them flawlessly. Being an animal lover, I was extremely impressed with how careful and gentle they both were in handling the ducks- this is very important to me. I wish I didn't have to resort to removing them but I had no other choice and they did a fantastic job - so quick and efficient! These guys were pretty great but there are some issues. Very nice and very good at what they do. I would easily give them 4 or more stars if they were faster with responding. The first contact I got from them was after about 4 attempts and then finally I got a really friendly guy who was very apologetic. Once they were hired, we agreed I should call as soon as I saw any iguanas in my yard and I called many times with no response back until a day or so later, so that strategy never worked - and it could have! In the end, they did remove several iguanas from the property and I was then able to put up moving owl (which is moved around every couple days) and it has been enough to keep them away. read more

Like most other South Florida residents, this year brought an influx of green iguanas to my neighborhood. I retained Redline to do a one-week project at my house. It started off slow, with them trapping about one medium sized Iguana per day. Then, they scored a good haul. Four iguanas, including one good sized (and feisty) brown iguana. They use metal traps, which look like they're made from a bicycle basket. They bait them with fruit, such as melon, mangoes etc. They also use a snare to catch some, and a rifle, when they are able to take a safe shot. After one is trapped, it is taken away. Somewhere else, the iguana is euthanized humanely and cremated at a pet cemetery. The co-owners, Perry and Blake, have been a pleasure to deal with. The technicians they sent were both great guys, and genuinely appear to be technically competent. I hope the seven iguanas they captured put a dent in their numbers. I'm not far from a variety of canals and ponds, so I haven't been surprised how many are around. I just hope I won't see as many going forward, as they eat my bananas, flowers, leaves, etc. and poop everywhere. They're as bad as geese in that regard. I recommend Redline if you have an iguana issue to deal with. read more

Wow! The service these guys provide is amazing. We recently purchased our home only to find out we had a major iguana problem. They were leaving their droppings daily in the same spots. It was getting worse as the droppings started making their way into the pool (potential health hazard and disgusting). Wow, super impressed with this service. We called this morning to inquire about removing an intrusive iguana in our backyard. We have a baby and a toddler that like to play in the backyard and this iguana has made a habit of leaving droppings directly on top of our patio from a very tall tree. This became a health hazard, and obviously a nuisance so we needed to take care of it ASAP. They were able to send someone out within a couple hours, and removed it literally within minutes! Redline iguana control is the worst service that I have ever used . I paid them $1400 for a service contract. They came out a couple of times to service my property. The iguanas were worse after they left . I contacted them many times , but they never responded to me and never returned to service my property. I hired Redline because I had an iguana problem where they were coming onto an Oak tree and eating plants, jumping onto my balcony etc. I spoke with Blake and I was advised that they put out traps and then make trips "several" times to deal with the problem. Turns out they put traps in different areas and check in with you via text or phone to ensure nothing is in there. Other than that they do not stop by for their "several" visits until the next morning when they rebait the trap. The fruit in the traps just sit there and spoils day after day and they basically keep adding fruit on top of the spoilt one daily unless it's the weekend. I specifically told them that the iguanas were avoiding the traps and were still coming on the oak trees and was assured someone from Redline would come by to address this. They never turned up. I asked them about wrapping the tree with a preventative measure and no follow up has been done. If I had known that all they do is leave traps, I would not have hired them. Overall ok if the iguanas go into the traps but in my case only 1 was caught in the trap and I saw several just avoid and keep going up and down the tree daily. read more
