I was getting bombarded with their ads on my FB and IG for weeks before I decided to book and go in for a consultation, only to find out they do not do "only" the units they advertise, they will try to upsell you at least 20-40 more units of botox in-office, which would significantly increase their prices by at least $100-300. Just be aware. The spa is lovely, and the ladies are actually pretty nice and understanding. I wasn't willing to increase my budget when I could get the same number of units at other spas for a better deal. It's really up to you and your needs. FYI, this is the only office in the area, they don't have any other locations closer to the city.

Upon asking further questions, I realized the business posted "before and after photos" with a model that has done MULTIPLE different procedures. I felt like this was very deceptive to include these in the ad... they imply those are the REAL results of the procedure. Because of this, I cancelled my appointment (or tried to) but once it was cancelled I continued getting harassed by the business. One rep even told me she couldn't cancel it for me AFTER it was already cancelled by her colleague. I was called 6 times and texted multiple times in one day AFTER being told it was cancelled. They wouldn't let up - they kept asking if I wanted to schedule even though I clearly said I wanted to cancel. I even asked to be put on the do not call list and they wouldn't oblige. They continued calling me and texting me even though I clearly expressed not wanting to be contacted. They finally stopped when I asked for the Yelp page.... Interesting. Stay away!!

I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. Another time I was 7 min late (traffic) but paid for my session anyway. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.
