Dimitry picked up immediately, cancelled his Sunday plans and showed up at 9am due to the emergency nature of the issue. Wow! Dimitry is kind, professional and thorough. Once he got the dishwasher out, we saw a rat's nest and chew marks on the power cord and water hose. Due to the fact that the floor was soaked and would need remediation, he was able to move the unit to our porch. They went through every single vent in the house, inspected every single nook and cranny to determine what would be needed, including the furnace itself. Secondly, they were very patient in revising their estimates several times after every unnecessary question that I asked them with requests for revisions. Thirdly, they came over exactly at the time specified, got to work right away, were very friendly, and didn't ask for anything.
