I love everything about the store. Only 1 thing that causes me to go somewhere else is this. The only isle open with a cashier is express, 10 items or less. Self check out should be a choice. If I got in line with a few items I would be mad to wait for an entire shopping cart in express isle. I always have a cart full. By the time I'm done I am sweating and angry! Used to love this store. But you have some old gossip queens that work at customer service. One I believe her name is Cathy was just talking bad about another employee and saying he was so fat. And said how disgusting he was. Then she was talking bad about the customers. Not even REALIZING that I was standing on the other side of the wall. Other customers heard her as well. It was disgusting to even hear someone speak like that. Then she went on to talk about how everyone knows that their manager is gay and how she misses someone named Tyler. Now that I think about it, I should've recorded her saying all of that. And just reported her. It was so heart breaking to hear someone speak like that. Then you have employees at the registers who obviously hate their job. This place has just turned into a bunch of kids that work here. And clearly bad customer service. Prices have gone up tremendously. The place is clean. That's about the only thing going for them. read more

I love this store!! I come across town passing many grocery stores to get to this place and give them my money. I always say I'm going to be in and out and just grab a few things but that never happens. I grab a cart not a hand basket so I've already started off wrong. Sad to say they have really slipped since first opening. Prices keep creeping higher and higher. Whoever is buying their fresh produce should be fired, way over priced (baking potatoes, $1.99lb)! Deli and Bakery are meh. Staff is generally very nice and helpful but they have a female manager/supervisor who sometimes gets very nasty and arrogant. One Tip: Be very careful driving in the parking lot, areas of it appear to have been hit by meteors or rocket fire (think Kandahar or Mosul). Prefer Aldi on Merritt Blvd. One last tip: Always check the Sell-By/Expiration Date on their goods especially 'sale items'. Lots of short date goods, eg: Mayo 'on sale' today will have a 'Use By' date of 01/03/2021. Gives you 38 days to use a quart of mayo! read more

Everyone was polite, helpful, and friendly. Fried chicken and Veggie Crunch salad were delicious! Chicken had more breading/coating than I like, but it tasted good and chicken was very moist and tender. The rotisserie chickens were small, but had wonderful flavor. The veggie delight had crisp veggies, raisins, and tiny seeds. It too was very tasty! Overall, a big hit for an easy birthday dinner! read more

I have never had a problem at this store until tonight...the young black girl who worked on 4/7/23 at the self checkout at 9 pm was extremely rude....first as I'm scanning and not done she stands over me the entire time I couldn't even move to scan my.items....then while I'm not even half way done scanning she says did you scan the water....uhh obviously not she had been hovering me the entire time....then when I'm finally done and PAY for EVERYTHING !!!! She jumps in front of me.rips the receipt out of the machine and starts checking it...doesnt even ask for it just grabs and starts checking like she knows I stole.something....then says do you want your receipt...obviously not you already accused me of something and checked and realized your dumb....rudest worker ever there...again never have I ever had a problem until this rude young girl....she needs serious training she's lucky nothing more came of it...act like that to the wrong person and she will find out...if I ever see her again I'm walking out ..totally rude read more

My boyfriend and I had never heard of Redner's before - apparently up until now, they were mainly based in Pennsylvania - but they've recently opened a store across from Eastpoint Mall, right next to the movie theater (I believe this used to be a SuperFresh grocery store). We've been getting ads in our Sunday paper, and after looking at the sale prices, we were blown away - we just had to try this place out for ourselves and see whether the great prices matched up with the quality that we expect. I can tell you now that Redner's did not at ALL disappoint! The store is absolutely MUCH bigger than it looks, and it's VERY clean. It's obvious that the employees take pride in what they do here. Prices are shockingly low for a lot of items, at least a dollar or less than say Shopper's or Giant on the average. They stock everything you expect to find in a major grocery, and a lot more - there is a great deal of variety and even some items that you wouldn't expect to find anywhere else (other than a specialty store like Wegman's or similar). It wasn't at all crowded, which I liked a lot (though the deli was a bit busy). I like the specials on expensive items like meats and deli - "pick x items for x dollars", and anything with this sticker qualifies. You can actually save quite a bit of money this way if you choose the right things. What's more, if the low prices aren't enough to sway you into visiting, Redner's has a very fair coupon policy where they'll accept both manufacturer and Internet printed coupons - their only caveat is that they won't do "double coupons". But, honestly, the prices are so rock-bottom that any savings you get from coupons is gravy on top of the potatoes. It's also open 24 hours a day, even on holidays. Very convenient! We purchased almost 50 items and ended up with a bill of 107 dollars - easily a 50 dollar savings, considering the items we bought. I'm almost loathe to tell everyone about Redner's because I want to keep this goodness for ourselves! read more

Redner's Joppatowne store advertised half bushel of steamed crabs as a weekend special for $95. We ordered them by phone for $95 When we arrived they said it was $118. It was a "mistake" on the internet. The manager refused to honor their advertised price. He did refund our money. If i can give this place 0 star i will. Two days ago i went there to buy snacks and slim jim and my husband eat about half of it but the taste is terrible so we look o the expired date is was MAY 2016 and my husband have bad diarrhea . The next day we go talk with the store manager EMANUEL SMITH (if I'm not spell wrong ) i talked to him and he seem enjoying and don't want to talk with me and also i hear nothing even sorry !! Prices are good for common household items, grocery/pantry staples but avoid this place for pet supplies. Cat liter & dog/cat food are sky high compared to other stores. Also, some of the clientele are creepy but it is Dundalk! Happy Shopping! read more

I use to LOVE this store. 24/7 Now they close at 10pm. Their prices were always so cheap and now I can tell their creeping their prices up weekly... and the selections are becoming slim on certain items. Cashiers, half of them tell you to go to another line because 1. they see your cart full, 2 you have wic or 3. they are to busy socializing. This is RUDE. I have spoken to two managers on two different occasions. Get it together before you loose alot of loyal customers. read more

i have three reviews of redner's 1st food fair & pantry pide all over it. back in 2007-2008 I wrote Mr.Redner a letter and ask could they put a store in eastren baltimore co. i"m thinking whitemarsh area, but not at eastpoint. now i'm between two redner's joppatown and eastpoint. both 5 stars everything i bought from both stores are fresh and been shopping at both stores for ten years now. i just wish eastpoint had the gas station like joppatown do. wages go up so prices go it's the way of life but 5 packs of meat for 20.00- other foods 5 for 20.00 lunch meat 3 for 9.95. this store you must look real hard to fine deals, sometimes what in the isle maybe on sale at end or the sale isle. 5 stars if you are a senior citizen thank you carroll B. read more

So when Redner's open in Dundalk, we were happy to have them there. Produce is fresh, good selection on many other things. Don't try to find a fine cut of beef, but they do a lot of other things right. Pet food is high and be careful and check the large bags of dry cat food they will have bugs in them from staying on the shelf too long - bring those suckers home and you will have an infestation in your pantry in no time. Reason for my poor rating is...all the down grades that have happened over the last year. Self check out is now gone, baskets for just a few groceries all gone, they used to have the small 2 basket carts all gone and now after the holidays they down sided the lanes they have open to check out. So you can wait to be checked out .... no more going in and out of this store. The customer service counter staff could use some "customer service" training. What used to be a joy to go in is no more...I wonder if they will "get it" or in a matter of months or a year they will be gone. read more
