I came here because it was convenient on my way home from work and it was but what I did not like about it is that for the price I feel the service should have been longer. They have a $25 pedicure service which I got and the tech did everything so fast! I am used to having the techs be gentle and ATTEMPT to carry a conversation. This guy was the complete opposite, he would grunt to have me move my legs instead of speaking. He was in such a rush that it seemed it was a busy day when in reality there weren't any people waiting in the waiting area. Overall the shop is very clean but had a really funky smell when I walked in. Hopefully they can polish up their customer service skills. read more

Horrible work! Some guy did my nails and he cut me very bad and instead of apologizing he shook his head and grabbed my hand rough, he also burned my fingers with the primer that they put before putting the acrylic, I told him about it because the pain was unbearable and he put alcohol on it and just made it worse! My skin dried and peeled a week later it looked like a very bad burn. Never going here again! read more

The best place EVER!! Andy is the nicest & most welcoming person & not 2 mention , he does an amazing job on eyelashes & eyebrows .. Karen has been doing my nails for over 15 years now ( she's the best ) & wherever they move ( this is a new location for them ) I am right behind them ... Lisa , Mi & Jennifer do an amazing job with manis & pedis & they're so sweet ... Some might mistake their QUICKNESS as RUSHING but that's not TRUE .. i had the worst experience here, the customer service is horrible, it was Saturday i made the mistake of waiting til the last minute to book an appoint with my norm technician and she was swamped, i decided to try something new, i've eaten at farmer boys before i've considered stopping by but would never betray my girllll but i was desperate and once upon a time in the LBC was on Sunday! so i made my appt for 4:30, i arrived around 4:20 and the shop was fullll! 4:30 came and went it was now 4:40 and i don't know if i'm spoiled or whatever the case may be because i expected them to honor my APPT time bc OBVIOUSLY I made an APPT for a reason, right? right. so whatever i suck it up and the first woman available calls me over, she asked me what I wanted and before answering she said coffin?! Ok cofffin like no that's not what I wanted but since you're in a rush I don't mind, it's probably what's she's most comfortable with, right? Wrooooonnnggggg I told her I wanted my length long and she cut them short I'm like did you need see where I pointed for the length? Had her try once more with my length it was initially ok but as she started shaping my nail the got super short again and I was like wow; at this point in my head I've cancelled my pedi because of she doesn't take direction well with my hands in front of my face I can't imagine my feet, she didn't clean her station in between myself and the woman before me so I just stayed in my lane praying for it to end as fast as possible, then she hands me my hand and my thumbs nail is SOOO THIN it looked like she got a pinky nail and glued it on, I was like ?!?!?? you're not leaving it like that like you need to fix it and she has the nerve to catch an attitude I'm liiiike ok, now y'all getting a yelp review bc I was nice I waited passed my appt time, settled for the shape she preferred and settled with the length because I desperately wanted to leave and the thought of staying any longer made me cringe. She's finally done or whatever and my nails are lumpy not the same size and the thickest coffin nails I've ever seen. They have no ATM and my set was $40 I pulled the cash and cared less about leaving a tip, she also tried to hand me a card that looked like you stamp everytime you come in and i'm usually down for stuff like that, it makes it exciting to return but no, I turned it down. I would've definitely preferred to go allll natural then return to this nail shop and now that i am looking at these reviews I am traumatized and willll nevvvvvver let another person do my hands and feet ever again!!! read more

Customer service here is not good at all the lady Karen is extremely rude confrontational she does Nails good but she's very rude and confrontational. They overbook their appointments so either the person is not there or when you get there the tech is busy and you have to wait at least 20 minutes. What is the purpose of making an appointment when you get there you have to wait 20 minutes. Bad customer service. The ladies in the shop they're all rude. read more

I really feel like the quality here is going down and that's very disappointing. Went in for a full set and pedicure...pedicure was nice nothing special. I was told that what made it $2 more than the advertised basic pedicure was that I was in a chair...okay whatever. $25 for a full set but $40 if u want gel...what. More than anything my problem is that they really try and pressure you to upgrade your services and also have like three people working on you at once and are in such a rush to get you out, but there was barely anyone in there. If the focused on the quality of their service and product as much as they did on upselling and rushing you out it there would be 5 stars. It's just not comfortable to have both my arms being pulled in opposite directions because two people are doing my manicure, I don't mind it taking a little longer. I like my set but again nothing special. There's some talented nail techs there you just have to find them. Lisa is really good!!! read more

Went here to get and dip powder. The worst experience the nail tech was very pushy and kept trying to sell me different things. My nails barely lasted 7 days, it was a waste of $30. I would not recommend this place and I will never go there again. read more

One thing about this place is the result of your nails look nice. But the few times I've been there I've gotten the same guy and he always over does it he burns my skin with the filer and with the machine he goes over it on your regular too much and hurts you. read more

I've worn acrylic nails off & on (mostly on!) for the past 30 years & I can honestly say that this was one of the worse experiences I have ever had!!!! I used to work in the beauty business so I am very big on leaving a nice tip to show my appreciation & say 'Job well done!' This is the 1st time I've left a service business without tipping! EVER!!! I was referred to nail tech named 'Lisa' by someone I saw at a local restaurant. This customer wears her nails similar to mine so I was hopeful that this would be my new local nail salon. Lisa was 'kinda' pushy (& a little rude!) from the start and kept trying to push additional services on me, saying, " I know this is the best one for you, it's all natural, I've been doing nails for 20 years ok?" I chose to get the 'all natural' pedicure & additional scrub which consisted of her squeezing some unknown liquid into the 'tub' of water that is attached to the massage chair. This was the first time she had ever seen me or done my nails/feet but NEVER once did she ask 'what length/shape do you want?'. She did not allow my feet to soak or my cuticles to soften before she started 'pulling' at my cuticles. I said "Ouch" a few times to which she replied "Oh your skin too sensitive huh?". I told her 'No, I think you should have let my feet soak so the cuticle will soften some"; her response: " No, honey trust me, I've been doing this for 20 years ok? I know how to do a good pedicure for you ok? Just relax and let me take care of it". She proceeded to put a skin scrub on my calves, wrapped my calves in hot towels but never removed the scrub. I had to tell her that it was cold; she removed towels, threw them on floor. When it came time to scrub the soles of my feet she was 'very' fast & rough and scrapped up the sides of my ankles. When I told her she was doing it, her response : "No, you must have had that before you came in, I did not scrub your ankle only bottom of your foot". She then started speaking in Vietnamese to the other nail technicians which undoubtedly was to complain about me & usually means 'sit down, shut up, get what I give you & pay me at the end!' She NEVER put a drop of lotion on my feet or calves. NO MASSAGE of my feet at all!! I chose a polish, but she didn't polish my nails well - there were 'gaps' & 'streaks' in the polish. I paid and left. I called & spoke with Andy (who said he was the manager & was off the day that I had come in for service); I let him know how unprofessional Lisa was, how the service was 'WAY' below standard & that I would not ever be back. He asked that I give them another chance and allow him or Karen to service my nails next time....... I THINK NOT! read more

This place was highly reviewed, so I came here with my sister, me to get a regular manicure and pedicure, and my sister received a pedicure and sns manicure. Their English wasn't the greatest but everything went relatively well, except they only had a color chart for us to pick our colors, so we couldn't see the nail Polish brand they were using. They shaped my nail into a square shape (my nails are naturally rounded) so now the edges are sharp and also peeling off only 2 days afterwards. My sisters sns job had dust and small hairs embedded in it, and when she pointed it out, he told her it was too late to fix . Not only that, for her, 3 days after getting the manicure, her nails started cracking and peeling too! She gets sns all the time and has never had this reaction. They left nail Polish on our cuticles without cleaning it up until we asked them to, and they showed a general lack of attention to detail. Pedicure lady did a great job! If I was reviewing her alone, five stars. However, the guy that did my acrylic set did a horrible, and I do mean horrible job! My God daughter does way better when she practices on my nails and she's 14! I just walked out not saying anything. Will never return. Which is sad, because I think Tina (not sure about the name). We were a group of 5 for a basic mani/pedi, walked in and were taken care right away. Our nails are ok, not fantastic but it was cheap $25!

Horrible and pricy! I am pregnant and had the rare opportunity to get my nails done after work while my mom watched my two year old. I went in hoping to relax and get a little tlc but instead I was uncomfortable! They sat me in the massage chair which I could have lived with but the staff was so rushed that they started working on my manicure as well. So here I am sitting in this massage chair which was uncomfortable trying to help the lady do my pedicure. Back is twisted so the other lady can take care of my mani. The worst part was that they had the UV machine right on my belly to dry my hand nails in between coats. I kept adjusting it to point away. The prices are insane and i didn't get my hands well cleaned, groomed and polished per the package price! I was so uncomfortable and couldn't believe that I didn't put up much of a fuzz...I just wanted to leave. The lady's were inconsiderate and unprofessional. I just let them finish and knew I would never go back. I thought well I'll manage with my gels for two weeks and then get a real mani/pedi done some other time but CANNOT believe polish started peeling a few days after!
