The folks here demonstrate great customer service, helping me feel welcome and listened to when I visit. I appreciate their stamp card situation, earning $10 off after the 10th stamp. I go to Mia whenever I can, she helps me out with my toenail situation. Their recent remodel is quite nice and they provide a relaxing ambiance. The price is pretty on par with other neighborhood places, but I think their service is a notch or two above the other places around. This place is disgusting. As soon as you walk in, it smells like mildew. They lady who did my nails did not care at all. Just rushed the whole thing. There was acrylic all on my skin. My nails are lumpy, french tip looks like a 5 year old did it. After sitting there for a few minutes, it started to smell like throw up. After I got home I realized it was the acrylic that smells. I was asked to go wash my hands and I saw a ROACH on the wall. How is this place still open. I paid $48 and I got what I paid for. Took the nails off the next day because I was afraid I might have bacteriain the acrylic or nails polish. Do not go here. Ill continue to pay $80+ dollars else where and know I'm getting my moneys worth. read more

I walked into this location because of its proximity and no wait time but I was so sad to pay $40 to only have my nails painted. My service consisted of cutting, filing and painting my nails, and a 2 minute mask application. The polish was poorly applied, with crooked edges at the cuticles, bubbles and lint in the polish. I was there no more than 20 minutes, including the time I attempted to use their restroom. This place was also very unsanitary, from the restroom, to the nail tools and instruments. While the nail tech was nice, I will not be returning nor do I recommend this place to anyone else. read more

highly recommend to stay away from this particular nail salon. as soon as i walked in i had second thoughts but decided to give them the benefit of doubt. well i was wrong. the man who did my nails used the same gloves he used on i don't know how many clients before me but you could clearly tell so pay attention to that! same acrylic powder and monomer he has been using probably for days or even weeks. none of it was put away before or after my time with him. very clumpy and uneven nails, they also were out of certain nail colors but were still advertising those colors. the place was very dirty as well, nails all over the floor, hair, trash and i'm pretty sure they even have mold here. not sure how they pass the health inspections. read more

Customer service wasn't the best. My mom's pedicure looked like it could've been done at home & there were gaps that weren't filled in. The male nail tech, Andy? didn't even wait for my mom's pedicure to get done before he started coming over clipping on her nails & throwing glue everywhere. Honestly, she was rushed out of there while everyone else was getting pampered & the proper treatment. And with the way my mom is, she didn't even complain & still left a tip. I was trying this salon on a recommendation. I'll never go here again. The nail tech rushed through my service. The nails were lumpy and too wide. I get up to go the the pedi chair and that tech cut me and makes my toe bleed. When I asked is my toe bleeding he says yeah, but just a little bit. He wasn't even going to put antiseptic on it. I recommend to not visit this salon. And if you do don't use Karen or Lee! After I go back to the nail tech chair she has a attitude because I say you can take them off of you can't make them even and not lumpy. read more

If u want perfect pricey nails then this isn't the place for u. My daughter and niece came here on a Sunday only cus my usual nail lady was not available. I've been coming here for years and they've always treated me so kind and are very gentle!! Lina usually does my feet, but I've experienced all of the feet techs and they've all done an amazing job! My nails have never looked so horrible. I went in to get a full set and at first the tech (Lisa) was very nice. It's a clean place, it really looks nice. She used the buffer not as much as she should have ( I took some course pertaining to this so I know the process) ... Then she moved on to glue and nail. She started to use the powder and as always I ask " please make sure they are thin". She said yes! As she is finishing with the buffer I ask are you going to remove cuticles? And she looks at me saying you want me to? I said yes! They look hideous! To do that she was charging me $5. I brought up the fact that the places I've been to its removed, she laughed and said I've never seen that! I've been working for years. ( really cause your work doesn't seem like it)! I've been to many places and all of those places use the buffer to remove the cuticle. She put the gel on top of the uncut cuticle. It's only the second day and they are already about to come off. I assure you, it's not cause I work hard I have an office job. I'm honestly very upset and so disappointed with my nails. They look like clumps not cute at all! ... I still ended up tipping her cause that's just how I am. But they look horrible. Idk with everyone else that has reviewed this place. Their nails look acceptable. Came in from out of town having to come to this neck of the woods for a fabric supplier. I was in dire need of a gel manicure as mine were a complete shipwreck from needing to be redone. I popped in here at Redondo Nails, waiting for 15-20 min and one of the ladies got started on my nails write away. I don't remember the lady I had but she was such a sweetheart! She was very fast and did an awesome job on my nails! I will definitely return when I'm in town again. It's not a "top of the line" place but the place is pretty clean and it wasn't crazy packed.
