Each and every experience here has been awesome and comfortable! Tyler Lathrop truly blew me away with his customer service and his work! Literally went back one week later to get another walk-in and Kyra (I believe is her name, I think she's an apprentice and she's amazing, truly can't wait to see what all she does here) greeted me like an old pal and made sure I was taken care of! Alex Kilmecki absolutely solidified for me that this shop is my home and I won't be going anywhere else! He was so much fun and was not only pumped to make sure I loved what I was getting, but made the entire experience super fun and exciting! We love artists who check in throughout the whole process and make sure you are happy and healthy through it all! George the piercer was awesome! He helped me with ear piercings I had to get redone because they were originally pierced by a teenage idiot (me). He was so professional and didn't make me feel stupid or judged for once being said teenage idiot, truly just wanted to make sure I was taken care of! He was amazing and would 100% go back for any other piercing need! All in all EVERYONE here is amazing, all the the artists come around and gas up each other while they work and are just always so excited to see people excited and that's rare! I sadly don't know everyone by name yet and haven't had the time to get tattooed by everyone but I definitely plan to because I trust everyone in that building! Mine was simple just words my wife had a more involved design. We scheduled and appointment on our last day, we had a hot tub and didn't want to lose anytime in that because of new tattoos. We spent about 3 hours or so with Evan super cool and chill guy. This was my first tattoo but not my wife's. He explained everything as he went and made sure I was happy with the design. Did a great job explaining aftercare. He did a wonderful job on my wife's tattoo. I know tattoo places especially in tourist areas can have a bad rep but not this place. The bathtub was not draining. Justin responded the same day. He correctly diagnosed not only the…read morereason for the clog, but also some other plumbing issues that should have been discovered by others. The clog was just a symptom of several other issues. Justin stayed for almost 4 hours and well after normal business hours without charging extra for after-hours work. He refused to give up on the difficult clog. Eventually, he discovered a section of drain pipes that was likely the culprit. He dismantled the suspect sections, and found the pipes completely clogged with rust. I don't even know how any water was still getting through the drains! Needless to say, we're thankful that the issues was fixed as completely as possible, and we know what future problems to expect due to faulty plumbing design and materials. Justin is hard working, kind, personable, and tenacious. We would definitely recommend him.
