I've been trying to get in contact with the leasing department for nearly three weeks now and have yet to receive any kind of meaningful response. I've sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and left voicemails explaining my situation in detail, but no one ever follows up. What's even more disappointing is the complete lack of professionalism from the management team. This ongoing pattern of silence and avoidance reflects very poorly on how this complex treats its residents and potential tenants. Communication should be the most basic part of property management, and they are failing at it entirely. At this point, I'm beyond frustrated and would strongly caution others to think twice before moving here. After switching management, this place seriously went downhill. The leasing office is incredibly unhelpful. They "lost" my 17 month lease I signed April of 2025 and charged me an extra $600 at a month-to-month for one month without any type of notice and after going to talk to them three times in person, it was still never resolved. I received several emails that I had been "moved out" during my lease and I was not able to access the resident portal to pay rent. Again, multiple trips to the leasing office thinking the problem had been resolved only to get the same email that I had been moved out a week later. The front desk always goes to check with the assistant manager who has zero clue as to what is going on. And the latest issue... after breaking my lease early (because this place sucks) I was told by maintenance, a front desk assistant, and the assistant manager to leave my Cox WiFi Router in the apartment unit after moving out. Today, I received an email from Cox saying that I'm being charged $240 for not returning the router. So, do yourself a favor, rent quite literally anywhere else. read more

Living here has been miserable. The neighbors above me fight in the middle of the night, dropping things, screaming, and yelling so hard that my place vibrates. Despite multiple calls to management, security, and even the police, nothing has changed in 5 months. My concerns have just been dismissed. It's taken a real toll on my health and sense of safety. This apartment is terrible. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!! The management plays tons of tricks to let you sign the lease and take your money. 1. They only show the "model unit" during the tour, which is renovated. While the real unit is in a much worse condition with old and dirty appliance. But they won't let you know. 2. The places can be seen by the visitors are typically clean, but inside the apartment buildings, it's dirty and they never clean it. 3. The garage is mandatory, but it is very small, only small cars can fit. If you have a big car, then you have to compete for an open parking spot. 4. The leasing office staffs are rude, if you face some problem and ask them for help, they will treat you as the problem and simply blame you. 5. Upon move-out, you'd better expect some extra charges they make up to take most of your deposit. read more

Safety this, comfort that. Beautiful home here, boilerplate commitments there. Redstone talks a good talk in their over the top, fluffy advertising but nothing of the sort is delivered. Overreacting to Covid guidelines with draconian measures, they love to cite all of this "safety" - oh really? Why were pool parties allowed to take place in front of their very eyes during Covid reopening while they tried to deny any such event was taking place? (and there are multiple witnesses). Why is Olympus not paying to fix the front security gates that have been broken over a month? And if they're so committed to safety why is it that they look the other way when residents sublease their units allowing all these un-vetted individuals into our community? Oh, I think they call it customer centered - I call it hogwash and lazy. Yes, they don't enforce any of their written policies because they want to make everyone happy. Rainbows and dandelions. Then they go on review surges where they incentivize kiss butts to write good reviews to bolster their mismanaged property. And let's talk about all this comfort they talk about in all of their review replies. Are you a nurse who works graveyard? Or maybe you work a swing shift job or any other profession with non-traditional 9-5 hours? If you complain about noise coming through the paper thin walls while trying to sleep they will tell you that it's tough luck and quiet hours begin at 10PM and end at 8AM. If your sleeping schedule is interrupted after 8AM, they will protect the people making the noise. All of this comfort is overwhelming. This place also has a high number of corporate and short term guests coming and going - like a Marriott. It's very transient and fly by night. And don't even expect to find nighttime parking. Rent better be paid by the third of the month, or else. But management took nearly all the summer of 2019 to fix the BBQ pits while they were "ordering parts". Funny that. Management gets quite hyper-sensitive when negative reviews flow in but they will not do anything to remedy the matters at hand. Hence an endless cycle. It's all about the money to Olympus Property. I have to change my air filter every 15 days due to how dirty the air ducts are. My whole entire apartment is continually filled with dust and it's the worst when the air conditioning is on you can feel it in your throat. The grounds are absolutely disgusting it's filthy all the sidewalks are full of trash and stained and smell in the hallways. They don't enforce their trash rules whatsoever they don't enforce people picking up after their pets they don't enforce not smoking. The pool sometimes does not open until noon other days it's not open at all. I'm getting out as fast as I can read more

Worst place ever, this is my first apartment ever. I only been here a little over a month and already so many issue! I had a leak in my patio storage ever since I moved and so I put a request to get it fix and maintenance comes but said he couldn't do anything because he needs 3 3rd party vendor. I let it slide for about 4 weeks later and still no one has shown up now u got mold, ants and roaches all around my apartment because of the moisture that the ceiling is leaving . We got a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment sight unseen due to us selling our house quickly while waiting for our new house to be built. The apartment had its own garage. The garage was tiny...every time I got in or out of my car it was a reminder that I need to go on a diet. I was still grateful that the garage had a door directly to our apartment. Only have 2 complaints--Whenever we turned on the stove, the circuit breaker would trip. I never reported it since we hardly cooked. Also, we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking all the time. Otherwise, it was a good experience. The location is perfect! Directly across the street from Main Event. Lastly, they didn't try to screw me after I moved out. This place charges far too much for what it is worth. I've been living here for over a year and I have yet to go a month where all appliances are working and/or not having leaks. The appliances are very old such as the washer and dryer. My washer breaks all the time and takes several weeks to fix. On top of that I have had a persistent leak in my storage closet for months that developed mold over the top of the leak. Once I discovered the leak I submitted a maintenance request immediately. Took a couple days to get their maintenance team to come and "fix" the issue. They cut out a square in my ceiling in my storage closet but did not fix the leak, water persisted to drip. I have called Mikayla and Gloria (property managers) several times to express my concern about this leak for approximately 4 weeks now. What started off as a ceiling leak that caused mold to grow, to a couple drips of water on the floor, to now the entire floor is wet and has caused breakdown in the concrete to where I can now see a pipeline under the concrete flooring. Gloria is by far the most unprofessional individual I've ever had the displeasure talking too. I understand she can not help that there is a leak. However, she hangs up the phone on me and my husband when we call to find a solution or to express concern, does not take any concern that we have seriously and had a constant attitude problem. Today I finally got one of the maintenance crew to come "fix" the leak again, I'm hopeful that the leaking will stop but also doubtful. This took me yet again calling Gloria to express to her that I'm fearful this will affect the family that lives under me and she proceeded to be clueless about the whole thing. Claiming she's never heard of this leak and "they don't mess around with leaks". I've personally talked to her four times within a month about this issue with her discarding what I'm saying and just replies with "the third party services will come in time". I love the location of this place but it literally takes an act from God himself to get issues resolved. From what I noticed of other reviews this place is no stranger to leaks and not fixing them, which is leading to mold accumulation throughout the complex. I'm very disappointed with how quickly users post five-star reviews of this community, seemingly just seconds after signing their leases. It seems suspicious. Reviews should come from residents who have actually lived here for a few months. Having lived here for three years, I can say it's not the worst place, but it's not great either. The appliances are aging, neighbors play loud music and rev there cars late a night, and there's a consistent cigarette smell. After it rains, my apartment has a strong wet paint smell, although it hasn't made me sick. read more

I have lived here since 2019. I will say they care about what the complex looks like! Right now they are repainting the buildings and other years they have repainted the rails. The pool has new furniture. The grounds are nicely kept. They spray out the halls frequently. The leasing office is attentive and very nice! The only real issue has to do with people. People who don't care enough about where they live. They don't pick up their dog crap and when they do they will drop it outside your door so you have to pick it up. They litter. They will steal your covered parking you pay for. The majority of the residents are real nice and respectful. I wish they would ditch the carpet and they did tell me they are going to start doing wood floors in all the rooms eventually! And I wish they would have side by side refrigerators! Maintenance is great! A few times I was stuck because of the way corporate handles the parts, but they gave me keys to an empty apartment so I could do my laundry. I cannot complain! read more

Lived here three years and very happy to leave. You can expect to breath 2nd hand smoke all the time, even though it's supposedly a smoke free complex. You can also expect to see dogshit on the grounds all the time; long wait times for maintenance; lack of follow through/up by the office staff and empty propane tanks on the weekends. They spruced the place up a bit with a new paint job, but the paint is so cheap and poorly applied over dusty doors it peels and chips easily, so yeah, not looking so good. Finally, you can expect double digit percentage rate hikes. My advice? Take a hard pass on this place. read more

I have lived here for 10 days, and I am starting to think that I made a big mistake. It is in a great location near tons of shopping. The apartment itself is beautiful. The kitchen is large and has stainless steel appliances. There is a full sized washer and dryer so you don't have to lug your laundry to a laundry center. The pool here is large. When I first applied, the leasing agent replied right away and was so nice. Now that I am a tenant, things have changed. When I first moved in there was a leak under my kitchen faucet. It took a few days for maintenance to get here. The guy was here for a few minutes and said it was fixed. I realized the next day that I still had a significant leak. Two days later three maintenance guys showed up and asked me what the other maintanence guy did. How do I know. They finally fixed it. Yesterday I received a notice that they are doing a "hug a building" maintenance review of my apartment. I went messaged the leasing office asking if this was necessary in that I was only here a short time and everything should be up-to-date in the apartment. No one got back to me, so I went to the leasing office. The lady there asked the "manager". She said that I still had to have them come into my apartment. So to sum it up, maintenance has been in my apartment three times in a week and half. Also, I have a very loud upstairs neighbor that sounds like a giant is walking above my bedroom. The leasing office could give a sh*t. In addition, the lawn people start blowing leaves at 7 AM. So much for sleeping in. If you live in an apartment around the pool you will hear kids screaming and yelling while the parents do nothing. It's especially bad on the weekends. Also, people play loud music. I have a garage that I pay extra for. Unfortunately it is a few inches too small. I can see easily scratching my car as it is so tight and I have a small car. There is dog poop around the common areas. Don't residents pick up after their dogs. It's gross. I can't wait until my lease is up. read more

This complex is one of the most disgusting I've ever seen. My boyfriend lives here so I spend a lot of time here. They do not care to have the hallways or buildings power washed (I believe it's been over a year). The stairs are covered in garbage, dog hair, dip spit, and all kinds of other gross things. I've read multiple posts about the dog crap- and it's a real issue. I've literally had to walk AROUND dog crap that's parked in the middle of the sidewalk. They do not enforce the valet trash rules; however, still charge tenants that don't even use it. There are garbage stains from leaky bags all over the hallways and garbage is left over all day and night. Not to mention every dumpster is always over filled and a huge mess. It smells awful. The parking lots are covered in garbage. This complex super needs to step up their game with all these new complexes opening up in Gilbert. Having a nice pool is not good enough reason to charge what you charge without maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the complex. He can get overcharged literally anywhere else in Gilbert. Literally, stop charging for Valet trash and use those funds for maintaining the cleanliness of the complex. I don't know how people sign a lease here after seeing the complex. I'm convinced they keep one "model building" nice and clean just to con people into thinking they put effort into the entire complex. Step up your game, Redstone. read more

I'm a resident at Redstone at San Tan Village and I really like it here. Lynn, the Assistant Manager, is very friendly and helpful. If you have any issues or concerns she is there with a listening ear and willing to help in anyway that she can. Mikayla is a great Leasing Agent, when I first moved in she did all that she could to assure that I moved in on time and made the process a breeze. She is also there anytime that I have a question. I've now lived here for going on 4 years. I love the location and the amenities. What I don't love is the lack. Lack of respect for the residents wants and needs. Each year the rent has gone up about $100 a month (a bit more, but about that). Also the price of the garage has gone up as well as the valet trash. When going to sign a lease this time around rent went up over $200 plus an additional $20/month for a 'fetch' service that I will never EVER use. The residents have no say if they want the service, just get charged for it. I asked to have it take off and they won't. Big Business, the bottom line is all about money. It doesn't matter that we are good tenants, always pay our rent early, never complain (even though there are A LOT of reasons to complain). When major appliances break they try to fix them again and again instead of just replacing them. Went 6 weeks with no dishwasher and again weeks on end with no washing machine. Always an excuse. The dishwasher was absolutely disgusting when I moved in and was told it was new. I guess the black scum under the grate was part of the package??? I had called the office to say there was dog feces on multiple levels in our building more than once, and never cleaned up. I've been telling the office for over a year that the yoga ball in the gym needs air, never filled. Also asked for more mats in the gym (there is 1 and it is disgusting), but never got any new ones. With the crazy housing market we are in right now we have no choice to sign another lease, but I know we will NOT be living here after that. read more

When it comes to Redstone what isn't there to like? The property offers so much to it's residents I can almost say in a way they spoil them. I've never lived in an apartment, ever. So for me to choose to live at Redstone says a lot. So for anyone looking to move there I've listed a few "Pros and Cons" below that I think might be able to answer any questions and help any future residents out that are looking into moving into this property. Pros: Staff: Very friendly, personable and professional. They get the job done while maintaining a personal relationship with each resident. Property maintenance/upkeep: Service and repair requests are answered quickly typically in a day. The property itself is kept beautiful as well by professional landscaper. Dog stations are also conveniently located for you. Amenities: All updated appliances some even stainless steel, Beautiful marble countertops and space saving stackable washer and dryer to maximize your space at the apartment. My personal favorite part of Redstone is the fact that every resident has their own private parking spot that you can be guaranteed to have when you get home, it's fantastic. The apartments themselves are quite cozy and well insulated so most of the time you don't even know you have someone next to you. Property features: A+ from me here. The property offers everything from a pool to an entertaining area and even the gym. Did I mention FOOD TRUCKS? Anywhere from 1 to 3 times a month you can expect the food truck to be on property. there are plenty of grills around the property as well for your convenience but who needs grills when you have food trucks? Don't like trash? Stick it in the hallway and it magically disappears overnight. Cons: The trash company does not pick up on Fridays. (I guess everyone needs a day off) Pool isn't open at 1am when I want to take a dip sometime. (I guess that's probably for my own safety though) I'm really struggling to get this part of the list going because the property doesn't really have any. Conclusion: While reviews are always helpful everyone has their own needs and expectations. While it may be easy to write a negative review about a location or business based on one experience (mostly poor personal choices as I read some reviews) it's always best to go and get an idea of the place for yourself, so my advice? Go take a tour, the office is usually open until 6 and I promise this place will itself. read more

I would have to say I've lived here since April 2020 and have not had a good experience staying here at this establishment I currently at this moment pay for a garage every month and has not worked a day since I moved in I have spoken with the front desk about this issue among many others that I have brought to their attention even though we're going through a pandemic right now there's very little excuses of why issues I've had still go now not handled or fixed every time I talk to them they said someone's going to call me back and they never reach back out to me as well On top of all the many other issues that I have with my apartment we've had our washer and dryer break down at least twice a month since I've been here and every time the maintenance guy comes by does a quick fix and then after two loads later it breaks down again and they refused to send out a repair man or replace the unit that's costly have an issues and does not work properly also don't feel safe parking my car at Establishment because of the gates are always open I paid extra money to live in a gated community and the gates are always open for anybody to come in and do what ever they like but if they were never open I guess I would never be able to get in because they have not even provided me with a key remote to access the establishment either. On top there's never any parking because the establishment it's over populated many times I've had to park on the opposite side of the establishment of my apartment or sometimes out on the street which would not be an issue if they had my garage working which I pay for a month so I have to deal with that problem didn't seem like they don't really have my best interest in mind as attendant and right now I would like to be let out of my lease due to the fact of the many issues I've had and brought to their attention and still not resolved as well as the major ant infestation and pest problems they have not been fixed either. I moved out towards the beginning of April and have taken the past few months to reflect on my time at Redstone before leaving a review and I can honestly say it was HORRIBLE. This was the first apartment my boyfriend and I had moved into and I had very high hopes for this place. The prices were not too bad given the location but that was really the only nice thing about this apartment complex. The first few months were not too bad during our 12 month lease but after about 6 months I began to see a different side of the place. The first incident was when our washer had stopped working and I had called to ask them to fix it. After waiting a few days someone came by and looked at it, turn on a few buttons and called it good. After the second use of it just being fixed it stopped working again. I had called the leasing office to complain and no one seemed to care and after about a week I finally got someone to come in and actually take the machine apart to fix it. The final straw was when it had broken a third time in the span of only about 1-2 months. I was starting to get irritated at the lack of communication and customer service on the leasing offices end as I became very frustrated with the fact that they couldn't get someone to come fix it and their only excuse was "we don't have enough maintenance workers and we are behind on tickets for other problems" I then asked for the office manager for some compliance with the fact I was paying so much for my washer to break 3 times and they not fix it and the fact that I had to wait almost a week for someone to show up even though the lease states 24 HOUR MAINTENANCE! I also work 5 days a week so it was urgent that my clothes needed to be washed. They also wouldn't allow me to use another vacant apartment washer until the third time my washer broke. The leasing office staff may seem nice but they have huge attitudes and are extremely rude to their residents. I also noticed how dirty the complex is and how they allow all types of trash and dog poop to lay around everywhere and there is absolutely NO PARKING! I was extremely disappointed with this complex and was very happy to give my notice to them so I could get out of there. Put a Maintence call in 11 days ago we pay over 1600 a month and being able to have Maintence for repairs is a plus but this is ridiculous nothing but the run around. I live on the third floor and have had to take laundry up and down stairs four times! I pay for Luxury and receive CRAP! They send threatening emails about dog poop being left on the grounds and we don't even have pets! We pay for valet trash 30 a month and it's a joke we follow the rules and use our can but trashy neighbors leaving there's on the ground leaking crap all over the concrete. Since mark taylor sold to Olympus it's gone to hell in a hand basket! Will not be signing another lease here! UGH WORST SERVICE EVER! We even had to buy a portable air conditioner because they straight up told us there is no way to fix the air in our second bedroom! What a joke read more

Let me just start by saying look else where. Don't even consider this complex it was an absolute nightmare the entire two years I stayed here. Some of the residents I spoke to agreed. From cars being towed without notice or signs warning. My vehicle was towed along with multiple people. After 6 pm or so you will not find any parking and if you're lucky to do so it'll be on the complete other side of the complex. My washer broke four separate times and each time it was "fixed" but would break when I had a load of laundry in it. Instead of replacing it, I was offered to get it fixed again by maintenance, and was able to use another unit until mine was fixed. Just overall the worst experience would not recommend to someone I hated. read more

Or come by the office so that we can help you understand because we take these things seriously. Or Trying to get staffed properly. It's been months. Has not been resolved. The office staff, esp Lynn, was exceptionally wonderful, patient & willing to take the time to show my husband & I a few different apartments to rent. Moving from the East Coast to AZ in a few weeks. We fell in love with the I Open home concept! And the fact that pets are allowed policy. We have a 2 year old cat, Thomas, who is part of our family. The resort style pool is a favorite for my family. Also love the gym it has everything you need. The management staff treat you like an old friend or family member. We spent one year there and it was a feeling of happiness to leave. If you do not have a reserved paid parking spot, good luck to you finding a parking space at all. On several occasions, I spotted residents storing items in their parking garage thus taking up room in the parking lot that is already depleted. We had two cars but we were only able to drive one so we could keep the parking space in the community section. Before you sign any papers, watch the parking lot after 5 pm, you will witness many residents driving from one side of the property to the other looking and hoping for a parking space. When you pay that much money for the place, you should be able to have a reasonable expectation that you will be able to park your vehicle. Management states what the rules are regarding the garages, but they do not comply. Management talks to appease you and once you are gone, it does not matter. A pet friendly complex, but not for those who want a clean and possibly a disease free complex due to the amount of pet manure. Pet manure is a given regardless of their rules. My curious two year old almost picked up a dry piece on the walkway leading to our apartment. You can also witness dried and at times wet urine on the walkways that is draining from the wall where it originated from the pet peeing there. Many counts of vandalism in the pool area to count. The bathrooms are generally closed because of this. The security gate that they love to include in their advertisements and from the management team is a joke. You will witness cars waiting on the side of entry way for either a car to exit or enter through the security gates and then proceed through once the other vehicle is clear of it. It's an absolute joke. The side walk entry entrances are generally kept open by someone placing a rock to hold them open. And yes, the city of Gilbert had a murder happen on this property. The apartments are dated. And trust me, management will dispute all of this, but please feel free to watch all this happen on your own. Judge for yourself before you commit to a contract. read more
