As a golfer great selection of golf gear here and great prices much cheaper than retail and website

Wasn't impressed with this outlet store. Was looking for a specific type of shoe. Prices seemed rather high as well.

Prices are only slightly cheaper here than in other retail stores, in my opinion. Reebok seems to be dominating the cross-fit world and this location does a good job of offering athletic wears for the subculture; there is also a movement to retro styles and colors. Shoes, clothing, and accessories are plenty. read more

I was in there to just browse a couple of weeks ago and the staff here is AH-MAZING! The manager complimented me on some Zigs (lime green) I was wearing. I casually stated that I was looking for the baby blue pair earlier this year, but couldn't find them anywhere so that's how I ended up with the lime shoes. She asked my size and found the baby blue zigs in the back, on discount because they were clearanced out and the store was up to an additional 40%off!! Great customer service from walk-in to check out! Will definitely be returning to shop there again! read more

Ok, as for the people in the store, awesome. The staff were fun and helpful, and being in the store is a generally positive experience. It's clean, modern, and while it's not a huge store, they have a lot of variety in their products, so there's a lot of cool stuff. Why two stars? I've purchased two things here: A glow-in-the-dark skull shirt, which is awesome, and a pair of shoes. The shoes were absolute garbage. They had multiple holes through them after two weeks. And I'm not like, an athlete here. I don't jog or anything, I'm a software developer. I sit and type all day. And these holes aren't like, little ant holes - they're like, stick-your-toe-through-them holes. Anyway, the issue with this, of course, is that I realize it's an outlet mall and a factory direct store, which is generally how you get rid of strange products, but that doesn't mean I expect things to fall apart. And the prices were good, but not GREAT. not AWESOME. So I expect things to hold together for more than two weeks. Anyway, buyer beware. read more

Great sales and great service! The girl working there clearly does CrossFit and uses a ton of Reebok shoes so she had great personal knowledge of the different Nano models. I've been doing CrossFit for 5 years and at this point I don't need a new novelty model, I just need a new pair when the old ones are worn out so I was able to score some Nano 8s for $59 instead of the usual over $100 price. Way better than paying full price even if the colors were fairly limited. read more

Good place for kids' shoes with helpful staff Kids are growing again and it's time for new shoes. For the second time in four months. Darn endocrine system and pituitary gland... but I guess kids do need to grow up. Stopped in the usual spots and we liked the options at Reebok the best. Very helpful staff let us know they would be happy to help if we wanted, explained the sale, and retrieved extra sizes from the back when we said we didn't see what we needed on the shelf. Left with shoe needs met and a few extra things due to the sale. Now if only they would offer men's shoes with more arch support... read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in the Phoenix Outlets. I've come to this store multiple times and purchased multiple shoes. This time was interesting because although Arizona doesn't have mask mandates for those who are vaccinated , the stores at the Phoenix Outlets have signs up saying "masks required". I entered multiple stores without a mask due to a medical exception and no one gave me a hard time. However, the two employees at Reebok continously harassed me about the mask and asked me to leave. Reebok lost a customer forever. read more

I always stop in here to get my husband shorts. The clothes here are awesome and reasonably priced. I wouldn't go to Nike because it would be $10-20 more for almost the exact same item at Reebok. Great sales here and sale rack. read more

If I could Reebok in general a negative 5 stars I would. I always get my Redbox nano 4. You guys decided to stop making them a few years back then it's back but with the ugliest color. But I love the nano 4 for how comfortable it's to me. So does my husband we are huge nano 4 fans. I have try your grace, nano 3, nano 5 and so on so forth they all suck. So I saw that you guys had them "back" I drove 30mims to get myself a pair because I am pregnant and my feet are dying for these shoes. I go in and you don't even have them. Like what in the actually f. You have them online but not in store ? MAKE UP YOUR STULID MIND ABOUT THE NANO 4 will you! Also they are on the sales rack for half off yet online they are charging you full price and there isn't any on the sale rack men or women read more

Decent selection of workout gear. Too many 100% cotton shirts. They had a sign that said 50% off everything in the store, bought a backpack that had a special sticker on it that magically made it exempt from the 50% deal. Last thing, no more military discount. Was Reebok going broke giving the occasional vet 10-20% off of a t-shirt? Not likely to head back there any time soon. read more

I had a great experience in the store, but a phone call after has left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I went to the store specifically to buy Crossfit shoes during the Labor Day sale. These shoes are expensive so I could not and would not have purchased them without the benefit of the advertised 40% store-wide sale. I worked with a salesperson who was knowledgable and friendly, and clued me in to a discount as a Crossfit affiliate member I didn't even know about. I asked if that was on top of the Labor Day sale, he said yes, and I remember distinctly because I said how impressed and surprised I was by that, and only opted for the newer model and more expensive shoe because of that. However, when I checked my receipt a few days later, I had only received the smaller affiliate discount (20 percent) and not the Labor Day discount (40 percent). That's between a $20 and $40 difference from the price I was charged. Maybe it doesn't matter to some people, but that amount of money actually matters to me and would have influenced my choice. I also happen to thing dealing with honest, or at least, honorable, salespeople makes a difference. When I called to ask, the same associate, who turns out to be the manager, told me "Oh no, some shoes have black tags on them that mean they're exempt from the sale." I asked how I would know that, as a customer, and he claimed he had told me so. I reminded him I asked specifically about the double discount, and he had said yes, it was both. His response was essentially that he was pretty sure he didn't say that, and I clarified he most definitely had because it influenced my choice. I would have bought a different pair of shoes, and ONLY chose the ones I did because of the discounts he listed. When I made that clear, he said "Yeah, sorry. No way around that." I asked again if there was anything he could do, made clear I would not have made that decision had he said what he claims to or had he been clear. No offer of a gift certificate, of an exchange, honoring the discount he had definitely told me about, or perhaps worst of all, even an apology. I had been satisfied with my experience until that phone call, and walked out with almost $200 of merchandise. I can definitely say I would go to another location if I ever shopped at Reebok again, but I would probably do all I could to avoid that. read more

Went in for crossfit shoes one guy acted like he didn't know he worked in a shoe store. Fortunately there was another guy who knew his stuff and was able to help me lucky for me. Just know what you are looking for before you go it will make a difference do not leave it to chance or employees like me read more
