This was super crappy since I had made the appointment due to extreme pain and numbness during riding and I really needed help. After they canceled, they never called to reschedule or follow up. This month, I reserved a bike rental on October 3. I needed the rental for a bike race coming up in November. About two weeks later, they canceled my reservation with no explanation via email. I responded to the email with the request to call me as soon as possible, but never heard back from them after several days. I had to call and found out that they had sold the bike I was going to rent and they have no other bikes available. Now, I am stuck in a lurch with no bike for an upcoming race. Flakes!!!!!

I called the Ahwatukee location to confirm availability, only to be told by Thomas that the online price was incorrect and would not be honored. This happened twice in one week, at two different locations, with two different employees, and two different bikes. That's not a one-time error -- it's a pattern. Whether it's intentional or just sloppy, it feels like classic bait-and-switch behavior. I did end up purchasing a different bike from them out of necessity, but I absolutely would not recommend this store to anyone. There are plenty of other bike shops that are more honest and reliable with their pricing. Shop elsewhere.
