Turkish Coffee - Orange Juice - fresh food
    John D.

Wish they had more parking nearby. Customers service was excellent and friendly. They offered a few samples of the food with our first visit inside. We ordered a couple Turkish coffees, fresh orange juice, and food. I'm not familiar with the names of the food items. See photo for our food items. One with meat and one without. The food tasted fresh. The ambiance was clean inside.

I'd read about this bakery on Reddit and needed to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did. Had a Spinach & feta bored that was so good I could have eaten two. And the pistachio baklava is to die for.

Wanda is a gem with the warmest welcome she definitely is one of the reasons I will be one of the reasons I will keep coming back the gentleman Esol I believe is his name has such a warm smile and they deliver the most delicious food. The Turkish tea is always my go to because it reminds me of home and the quality of food is like it was from my grandmothers hands. Over the past 5 years I've only gone to the Monaco location but I will drive to feel like family and come see Wanda every time I need a touch of home. Very clean environment.

Istanbul has been on my list for SO long and I was so excited to finally check it out when I was in the area! I was immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly gentleman behind the counter who offered me so many samples. Everything I tried was tasty! I ended up going with the baklava, chocolate baklava, kadayif, and spinach cheese borek, totaling just over $14 pre-tip. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long (~4 hours) to eat all my goodies, as they didn't hold up great. I will absolutely be back and will enjoy my treats quicker next time!

Wondrous good....boerk, beef and Su! Ok...a little baklava

Let's start with Wanda. She is a national treasure. I don't know her, but I love her service. I thought we were family after 3 seconds. Seriously, this type of care and service is hard to find! That's is why I'm starting with Wanda! The atmosphere was small and clean, simple. The food was amazing. From the Turkish tea to the boreks, beef and su. We even shared some baklava or two! Great treat. I shall return!!!

pistachio baklava and chocolate baklava, nutella pastry, and a savory cheese filled pastry

Just a small walk from the University of Denver, this cute cafe was perfect for brunch or coffee. The workers behind the counter were so welcoming, told us all about their offerings of food, and even allowed us to try some of the pastries. They were so nice, and helped our decisions on choosing the food! The place was super nice and quaint, it would be a great place to study for DU students. They had a few tables which were clean and very nice. They also had Turkish decorations throughout the place. The pastries we got were AMAZING! Incredible flavor! We got 2 different flavors of baklava, both of which were great. We also got one savory pastry and one Nutella pastry, which were both good as well. My friend got an iced coffee as well, which she said was great. We will be going back when we get back in Denver.

I have to say, the food here is absolutely delicious and the Turkish coffee shop vibe is real chill. If I were a student at DU, I'd study here every day and sip on Turkish coffee while snacking on Borek and baklava. Man, I wish we lived closer!

A relative and I planed to come here for lunch so we came as we had planned. Now I have been to a second location and that location had only toast, tea and, baklava but this was entirely different. They had toast sure but they now have a lot more authentic Turkish food and a great dessert selection. For drinks I had Aryan (central Asian yogurt drink). For actual food I ate mant (Turkish dumplings from Central Asia with a tangy sauce). Last but definitely not least, I ate 3 pieces of great Turkish baklava. I also had sobiet which is a variation of baklava. I had a great time here. The service is top notch. I loved the atmosphere and food but I can only give this place 4 stars because 5 minutes later, I began feeling weird from the food. I found out that something at the restaurant disagreed with me but regardless I loved this place and I think I might give it a second chance.

Service was incredible,…read morethey were patient and very knowledgeable about their products as I asked for recommendations. I ended up getting quiche for myself, pepperoni pizza for my wife as well as a plain croissant, chocolate pistachio croissant and maple cinnamon bun. The quiche was just okay in my opinion but everything else was stand out. My wife loved the pizza and the homemade ranch is AMAZING. The chocolate pistachio croissant was tasty, very flakey. The cinnamon bun was also very good but the frosting was a bit sweeter for my taste. A must visit if you're considering a solid bakery!

GetRight's Bakery doesn't need more hype, but it absolutely lives up to it…read more My girlfriend and I stopped in on a whim this past weekend while checking out a few spots in the area. I had it saved but couldn't quite remember why...until we turned the corner and saw a line out the door around noon on a Sunday. Normally that might be a dealbreaker, but once we saw the food coming out, we were all in, it looked way too good to pass up. The menu is stacked: everything from sweet pastries to savory sandwiches and even pizzas on what looked like fresh, fluffy focaccia. I went with the prosciutto sandwich (prosciutto, cheese, pesto on focaccia), and it was incredible--simple, fresh, and packed with flavor. My girlfriend had the ham sandwich on a baguette, which was just as good. We were also tempted by the turkey and some seasonal options, so we'll definitely be back to try more. We couldn't leave without grabbing a couple pastries. The almond croissant was a hit (my girlfriend saved it for the next morning and loved it), and the standout for me was the cinnamon white chocolate cookie--kind of like a snickerdoodle but with white chocolate chips. Easily a top tier cookie. Between the quality, variety, and how clearly everything is made with care, this place jumped straight to the top of my list. Worth the wait, worth the hype, and absolutely worth a return trip.

The fruits sandwich made with shokupan bread was light and fresh, an excellent pick-me-up. This is a standard Japanese snack done beautifully. The beef curry wrapped in dough, crusted in panko crumbs, and deep-fried was excellent. The curry itself had real flavor and zest, and the surrounding crust was delicious too.
