I know I too sometimes get a little busy that I don't happen to spare the time of the week to wash my four legged son. Lila and I had just gotten back from Europe and with all the running around we had to do before the new year, the convenience of this service was more than worth it. Communication via text or phone call was very easy. Sydnee was absolutely prepared for the job and knew exactly what to do and how to properly wash and clean our pupper. In just about 30 minutes she was able to get him completely cleaned and he didn't seem to mind it too much. I recently moved to the Los Angeles area and while I had such a hard time finding the perfect groomer, I finally did! Sydnee was by far the nicest, most professional groomer i've met. She showed up on time, prices were great and my dog loved her! To be in this business I believe you have to really love what you do, and thats what Sydnee showed. I have had my Akita "Yogi Boo Boo Bear" groomed with this mobile groomer and can say she did a very good job. He had flees and was in constant discomfort fortunately this groomer knew what to do. She used a hypoallergenic, biodegradable, organic, medicated product that eliminated his discomfort. As any pet owner can tell you, these dogs become like your children so finding a groomer is critical for their long term health and cleanliness. I really wanted to like Sydnee. I like that this is a small business by a young woman in memory of her pitbull Reese. I'm a rescuer so that story appeals to me. That's why I ignored the warning signs and still booked her. I initially contacted her for a quote for multiple dogs, since I have a couple of fosters as well. She replied to the initial inquiry in about a day and I liked her quote, so I asked about her next availability. When she did not respond, I sent her a follow-up message, then waited a couple of days to leave her a voicemail. Almost THREE weeks after the initial inquiry., I finally got a hold of her via text and she had a last minute cancellation and was available the next morning at 9:30. She did not confirm via text, so I called and spoke to her and she was apologetic about not getting back to me on Yelp and said she will make it work. The next morning at 8:30 I get a text that she can't come until 10-10:15 because she ran out of shampoo (!!!) and the supply store isn't open until 9. I said ok. At 10 another text that she's in traffic and she'll get to me at 10:30. At 10:30, another text she is 17 min away. At around 11, she finally shows up, and she was pleasant and showed me her van. After all this setback, I still wanted to give this a chance. What's important to me is the work and relationship the groomer has with my dogs. I gave her my beloved Pom mix and showed her a photo of the style and length I like on him, being specific she cannot cut off some unique wisps off his ears. When Sydnee was done and brought my boy to me, I was horrified. It is not possible for my dog to look ugly, but he came close. Clearly she cut too much off and was trying to fix it and my boy had jagged edges around his ears and face. Sydnee was trying to explain in a nutshell that what I asked for was weird to her and that she'll get it right the next time. No, there's no next time, and I did not give her the next dog who needed grooming. Sydnee was visibly upset and when I asked how much I owed her for the one dog and she charged me $20 more than she quoted, saying the discount was for multiple dogs. I just paid her to get rid of her. What a disappointment. I generally tip well too, so it is amazing I have yet to find a good mobile groomer who's professional, responsive and most importantly, good to my dogs. read more

She was very speedy and did an excellent job. She even seemed shocked when I tipped her and asked me if I was sure. I'll definitely continue using her in the future. The price was $100 for two dogs which included just about everything (only one of them needed a hair cut though). However, it may be more if you live outside El Monte or if you need a hair cut for multiple dogs. I'm not sure what the price for one dog would be. I think you could probably haggle for a better deal, but I thought the price was reasonable, especially considering she comes to you. She was also ON TIME! Which I LOVE! It may not seem like much, but anyone who has had people come to their house to do any kind of work knows that's a plus and doesn't always happen. I did have her come on a weekday though. She gets fully booked on weekends, she said, so I'd be sure to book her well in advance if that's the only time that works for you. She was very accommodating and worked with me. She even asked if the dogs have any allergies. My dogs also really liked her, if their opinions matter, but then again, they like just about everyone. Haha. read more

I will never take my dog anywhere else! Sydnee did such a good job on Beau and she was so so nice to him and I. I usually take Beau to petsmart and I never had an issue with them other then the fact that it took like 4 to 5 hours for them to finish with him and he would come back very very anxious. After looking around for another grooming place I finally found Reeses Rainbows and I couldn't be happier. She arrived about 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment that I was totally fine with that. She was done with Beau after about an hour and a half or so and he came back looking so cute and happy! I loved that I could go outside my house to check up on my dog. Which is great so my dogs can get used to her. She is very polite and great with both my dogs. She took her time and treated my dogs like if they were her own.
