David was our point of contact, and he was absolute perfection from start to finish. We had storm damage, they patched a leak same day and got on the roof mid-weather to help us out. David also documented everything and took plenty of pictures so we knew exactly what it looked like before and after the repair. Their attention to detail remedied the leak immediately. What really set them apart was how David went above and beyond. He identified several mistakes made by the original builder that were never done right to begin with. Even though those weren't technically "his" problem, he fixed them anyway to ensure the job was done correctly. He personally met with my claim adjuster when he showed up, and pointed out everything that needed attention. They are efficient (they return phone calls promptly and schedule the work within a reasonable period of time), are reasonably priced, their work is always top notch and most importantly, they are extremely honest. After a hailstorm several years ago, I had two separate insurance adjustors tell me that replacing my roof wasn't necessary. So, I decided to obtain two opinions from roofers. The first roofing company came out and told me that a full replacement was necessary. Then, I had Drury Roofing come out and was told, in detail, why full replacement wasn't necessary. I wouldn't have thought to call them based on their lack of Yelp reviews, but Hope used them as subcontractors when she worked as an architect/project manager and thought they did good work. We used them to replace my parents' roof a few years ago and it went well, I was impressed by how well they cleaned up. When some big tree branches fell on it during the last ice storm they came and looked at things, did minor repairs on the roof and parts of a gutter, it was all very professional. We had them come out and look at some other houses recently due to seeing neighbors getting roofs replaced, they said some houses were fine but two needed new roofs. On one their estimate came in lower than State Farm's estimate. The other was initially denied by Allstate but after we objected and the insurer sent out another adjuster that claim was also approved and paid out. I thought the initial denial was weird, damage is damage, but they switched the person handling my claim so maybe that person was picking bad adjusters. It's hard to get excited about roofers, I mean if you need one you're probably pretty annoyed you need one, but if you're looking for a reputable local company that does good work then go with Drury.
