Friday am came and went and when I still didn't receive a call by 12:45, I called company only to be told that they did not have a technician available today. No one called me to let me know, took the day off work for nothing. I understand things happen, but to be left sitting waiting for someone who was never going to come without even the courtesy of a phone call is extremely poor customer service.
