The technician repaired my machine quickly, but apparently poorly, as the part that he replaced (at 3x the part cost from Maytag) failed again in 90 days. After replacing this part for second time and adding another repair part (for additional cost), this second-time replacement part failed again with 45 days. Having spent almost the cost of a new machine just in repair parts and installation, I finally called it quits and bought a non-Maytag machine. I doubt that I will ever call upon Superior Appliance again for any appliance repair (my tough luck, I guess, for choosing them at Maytag's recommendation).

There was no accountability or effort to resolve the issue. Just a few months after they cleaned my ductwork, the same bad smell came back. I feel like I paid a premium price without getting premium results or any guarantee behind the work. If I had hired a larger, established company, I believe I would have at least received proper customer service and follow-up.
