Very Nice Theatre in an up-and-coming shopping area of Brambleton. Nice big cusy seats, and clean theatre. I abhor the prices there, but I presume that is "norm" for the theatre. Plenty of bathrooms, so no waiting in line after a long movie!! Definitely a winner! read more

This is still the best theater around. I'll drive the extra miles to go to this theater versus Cobb Village 12 any day. Cobb is way overpriced and the trays don't even fit in the theater seats the way they're supposed to. Whoever designed it didn't know what they were doing. The seats at Regal Fox are much more comfortable too. read more

I love this theatre. It's clean and the seats are comfortable. The stadium seating is the best. The popcorn is fresh and the people are nice. One thing i don't get is the dude walking around with a lighted cone during the middle of the movie. What is that? Anyway, this in one of my favorite theaters. They are always playing the newly released movies and you don't have to worry about annoying kids kicking your chair the whole time. And if you're hungry, you have a variety of restaurants that are around to grab a bite to eat. I'v been the the ghetto theatre in sterling at country side and Fox Cinema in Brambleton is hands down the best to watch a movie in. =0) read more

My fiancé and I like theater at Fairfax Corner better because they're more restaurants, places to grab a quick drink but this is definitely our second fave. Great location, not typically crowded/busy, staff is always very friendly, good size cinemas, comfy seats and they keep the place clean; all good points! read more

Went to see Star Wars force awakens in IMAX . Usually have a good experience but today was a bad day . After the movie trailers The projector stopped working . Was notified 27 min later the show was canceled. Up side the did give us readmittance tickets so I'll try again tomorrow. read more

This is a very nice theater with an IMAX screen. The theaters and the restrooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Lines for concessions can get a bit long and not move very well. Also, the popcorn is usually too salty. read more

$5 tickets on Tuesdays. We go very often them for date nights. Staff is friendly and location is perfect to restaurants and sweet frog!

Went to the 4:15 showing of "Hereditary" here in theater 16. There was a loud buzz, like an exposed cable, throughout the entire showing. I pointed it out to an employee before the trailers even started. Nothing was done to solve the issue. Also, the lights were left on throughout the entire showing, casting a slight glare on the screen. Something was also wrong with the A/C causing the theater to be uncomfortably humid and hot. Another moviegoer mentioned this to an employee, but nothing was done about that either. This kind of carelessness ruins movies. After this experience, it's not a mystery to me why people are opting to stay home rather than go out to experience the film in a theater. As a filmmaker and cinema projectionist myself, this is a real shame to see. There should be no better place to experience a film than the cinema. I like this theater but won't go to many movies because they are way too loud. This theater is so loud I have my hands over my ears many times. If they offer quieter movie times then I will return. But am happier with my large home TV. Even if I have to wait for movies to be released. read more

Seems like a great theater, but definitely a little bit hidden. A lot of other reviewers commented that it was 1) hard to find; and 2) expensive. First, if you're trying to find the theater, it is brand new, so services like mapquest don't have the roads incorporated yet. To get there from Ashburn Farm, we drove south on Belmont Ridge Way from the toll road, then turned right onto Regal Wood (one block past Ryan). Regal Wood winds it's way through the townhouses and neighborhood, then dead ends at the shopping center. You can't miss it. (You can probably get there if you turn right on Ryan, too, but we took Regal Wood). Parking is underneath/behind, but there is a drop-off circle out front. Second, the theater is pricy, but no worse than any other high-end place in the DC area. I'm used to Tyson's prices, and this is cheaper (and I went during primetime on Friday for an opening-night show). The seats aren't really anything special -- yes, they're faux leather, but they didn't recline enough for my taste. But still, very comfortable, and definitely a huge improvement if you're used to regular stadium style seating. When we went, neither of the ticket kiosks in the lobby were working, but the line was short. If business picks up, though, they've got to get the kiosks working. Overall, good experience. I'll definitely be back, but I'll be looking for the ticket kiosks to be working, and I'll bring my entertainment.com coupons. read more

Close by and always kept very clean. I really like coming here since the staff are so friendly. The prices for food / drinks are very expensive but I guess that's nothing new at any theater. All in all it's a good place to go on a weekend. read more

How does a 16 screen theater run out of sodas? My son was also disappointed he was unable to get an Icee because none of the three machines were functional. Someonr also had to let Mgmt know there was only audio running prior to the previews starting. All minor issues but coupled with the high cost of a ticket I expect more. A lot more. read more

The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because the garage is hidden and you have to go through a series of doors to make it to the front of the cinema where you can actually get in. I don't like garages at night because they give off a sketchy vibe so that's my only complaint. Other than that, this place is awesome. It would hands down rock Regal over in Countryside in heartbeat. The space is really impresive, the hall when you first walk in looks kinda like somewhere one of those girls on My super sweet 16 would throw a bash worthy of a grand entrance through the ceiling or something ridiculous. As for the theatre itself... it's all stadium seating in the sweetest chairs you'll ever sit in. They're leather and they recline. It's the most ideal way to watch a movie. Plus, this is relatively new and nobody knows about it so chances are, you'll probably be one of the only people in the theatre especially if you go at an awkward time. read more

We went to see Dunkirk at the IMAX theater in Brambleton. It was awful. The sound was so loud that we couldn't understand any of the dialogue. We paid over $35 for two tickets and feel like we wasted our time and money. I will never go back to that theater again. read more

This theater's best feature is simply that it looks colorful on the outside, but when you go inside, you'd be disappointed. The design and look is rather old. But there are benefits such as the proximity to neighborhoods, if you live around there. I went here a couple times and it's not bad. May be kinda small unlike AMC. But if I could pick I would rather go to AMC. Oh and their parking is not so good. The area is extremely quiet and dark at night. read more

No thanks...ill take the ride to Reston. Being the only theater near Ashburn, this place is over run by teenagers. Even w a movie staff member and a security guard (who looked like a police officer in his uniform) they could not control the kids...nor did they try very hard. I understand there are a TON of them and you don't want to lose the business....but I watched multiple couples walk out of the PG13 horror movie we were at last night bc things were being thrown, kids screaming and running around even while the movie was playing and even kids sitting on the steps in the theater AND on top of one another in the seats. The theater either grossly oversold this movie or they did nothing to prevent kids from walking in wo tickets. With all of this, not one kid was asked to leave and the adults in the audience barely got to hear the movie they paid over $11 a ticket for. The theater itself is new and nice but until the staff steps up the game on enforcing theater rules ill stick with theaters further out. read more

That was my last visit EVER - we waited in the concession line (Friday, Oct 12th at 4:50pm) for 15 minutes behind 5 other people while one lone "concessioneer" took care of everyone's orders. We all watched and remarked about how there were 4 other employees milling about behind the counter just talking to each other and laughing but nobody bothering to help the one pour soul who was earning his wage. Many of us in line asked other employees if they could help only to be shrugged off as they turned their cheek and went back to talking about "the Voice" and the latest contestants. At 11.50/ticket and the usually high popcorn/soda prices I am proud to say I cut up my Regal Cinema Rewards card as soon as I got home and mailed it into the corporate office with a letter containing one sentence - "Need I say more?". What has happened to customer service and proper training or manager presence? read more
