Great guys and right service. Danny was the person that's initially took the call and scheduled Yuval as the first responder to our hell of a water damage. A water pipe burst inside of the wall on the second floor and was leaking all the way down. They removed all damaged drywall, cabinets and flooring in no time and put a lot of noisy machines to dry it out. Long story short 2 weeks later- all is dry and no signs of mold. They caused more damage to my home than they repaired. They work hand in hand with contractors. They come in to "assess the damage" then they bill you for things that don't even need to get done. After they destroy, they refer you to their contractors to rack up more money from you. If they didnt destroy it, it wouldnt need to get repaired. They destroyed my home and claimed it was to prevent mold. When all was said and done, they disappeared and left my home in ruins. I had to hire additional help to repair the damage they caused. Go with this company if you are loaded and dont care about how and when your repairs get done. Its sad to see scumbags like this exists but this is the world we live in. Watch out for all the red flags and stop them immediately. read more

Thank goodness I found Regal Restoration. I came home one evening late to a water flowing sound and my small dogs wet. Quickly realized that water was spraying out from the main toilet hose. Apparently it burst and was flooding the area . when I realized I couldn't contain the water and dry it up alone I called these guys. Boy O boy was I happy to hear when a live person answered the line so late at night. Danny sent his crew at 10:30 pm they spent a few hours extracting the water from the area and setting up large fans and blowers to dry the walls and surrounding floors that were affected. He assured me that everything would be ok and that he could help me with any paper work or instance claims if I needed. They came by daily to reposition the fans test the ground and the walls to make sure they were drying and that no mold will grow. Danny and his crew have been such dears, helping me deal with all this loss and mess. I've even had my sofa and carpets cleaned. Hopefully you won't have to go through major water damage like this but at least if you do, this is a reliable restoration company to contact. It was reassuring knowing these guys could come out to my property late in the evening. I had water damage that impacted my condo as well as a downstairs neighbor - my neighbor getting the brunt of it. Trying my best to help remedy the issue with my neighbor I called these guys hoping they could arrive in a timely fashion. I was told it would take them about 30-40 minutes to arrive and told my neighbor accordingly. For whatever reason, the crew was communicated by their head to come to my address but in a completely different city. I provided the correct address details, etc. and yet they ended up somewhere else. This resulted in another 30-40 minutes of waiting not just by me, but for my neighbor. Not a great start to be honest. These guys started the job well. The crew who came out to assess the water damage and installed their dehumidifiers and blowers. Came back the next day and did their thing no issue. Now where more problems came about was when I had to deal with their "reconstruction" division or contractor as well as their office staff. When the reconstruction phase in my neighbor's unit started, we were informed that crews could come in on this day through this day and they would be done by this day. Come the first day of work, the contractor calls and says I cannot have my guys there. This was especially problematic because my neighbor could not be in their unit that frequently so it was important to nail down a schedule to get the job done. My neighbor's mom made plans accordingly to take work off and yet the construction crew goes ahead and suddenly cancels the work days because it appeared they found a more lucrative job and could not devote the resources to our work. To make matters worse, the day they did start work, they scheduled out an AC inspection in my neighbor's unit that was scheduled to come around 2pm. 2pm comes and goes and no communication from their office about why the AC inspector never showed up. I finally call around 2:30pm to see what is going on and am told "Oh the guy just stopped answering his phone, let me try calling him again." I call again after 30 minutes to check what is going on and they say "he didn't answer." It would be nice to be extended the courtesy of letting us know if the guy is coming or not and not leave us to some BS guessing game with your workers. The last issue came about when we were getting the company paid. It was all done through insurance. You would think it would be quick and easy - no issues. Boy was I horribly mistaken. My insurance company was contacting Regal for the longest time trying to obtain the invoice for the water damage/repair work. For whatever reason, the office staff kept saying "I need to call this person" or "this person has it." Well then just get the damn invoice so we can get you paid! I called the office at least 7 times to obtain the invoice and never once received a call back to inform me when it was coming. 2 weeks after trying they finally sent it to my insurance company which cut the check accordingly. However, days after sending the invoice, their staff began blowing up my email and calling my phone asking when I was going to submit payment. MY INSURANCE COMPANY MAILED PAYMENT TO YOU DIRECTLY. Don't come bothering me for payment when I was trying to get you paid weeks ago. To make matters worse, when the invoice was issued for my neighbor's unit, they called and harassed him asking for payment like they were a bunch of damn bill collectors. In the end they got paid like they were supposed to, but considering the BS we had to go through they should not have got a dime. Moral of the story - I would highly suggest you call a different company. If Regal was the last water damage/home repair company left on earth, I would suggest, do it yourself. read more

Shady practices. Be ware. They also operate under "Certified Carpet Care" entity. They advertised in valpack - 600sq ft area for $59. Guy shows up and says their marketing person made a mistake and put 600sq ft instead of 300sq ft. Then says if u do at $59 price, it would not be good quality and so asked me to pay $100 for them to do quality work. I refused and asked them to honor the coupon but only at 300 sq ft area. After the job, I can see the stains are still not gone. He was right that he would do a poor job unless i paid more. Also when I told him to please do a little more at the stain, he refused. They are horrible!!! First, we had to call 5 times to get them to actually come out and do what we asked. The first 4 times, they sent a guy out who rushed through and didn't even do what we asked. Then, when they finally slowed down and listened, they completely ruined the carpet in my daughter's room when they were supposed to clean a pet urine spot. I had to get the whole carpet replaced. I was grateful to find this company during an emergency! My uncle came home from vacation and a water pipe had broke. The place was flooded. I called them in the middle of the night and somebody was at the house within the hour. Within 24 Hours My uncle was back in his home. I had a major flood coming from my upstairs bathroom. It required removal of insulation from ceiling, drying of the flooded area, restoration of my walls and ceilings , and repainting. It impacted three main rooms in my house. Regal arranged for the entire job from removal of my furniture, to repair and restoration, to completely moving back in my furniture and decorations to its previous state. They worked directly with my insurance company and I paid only my deductible. They showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. You could never tell my house was flooded. Best customer service, extremely professional and excellent work! Our washing machine connection broke and our ground floor flooded three rooms and the walls in the area. We called Regal Restoration. They worked with our insurance company, had the area dry in 3 days without doing unnecessary work, referred a construction company to make the house look new again, had a carpet company put new carpet in and had a steam company steam the carpets that were left. I was fortunate to have Regal Restoration come to the rescue. I had severe water damage in four rooms. The first service company I called out had sub-par drying machines and didn't truly assess the damage or come back to check on progress. Danny at Regal Restoration came out late at night and quickly had his team come with industrial strength machines and put up containment areas. I had to live in the house. I had a terrible roof leak caused by the wind and rain that pierced the roof. When the temporary roof tarp didn't hold and it was pouring rain, regal restoration was at my house within the hour. David was another amazing help from Regal with his top-notch crew. They were very professional, I trusted having them in my house and they worked so hard to get the job done. They do not provide estimates, contracts or receipts so they are able to make up any phony charges. They also operate under other names so beware of other similar companies. You will find similarities with pictures, phone numbers, addresses or names on websites so look carefully. I required a high traffic area spot cleaning. Mentioned that I had an coupon from the Smart Shopper which included 5 rooms (up to 700 sq. ft.) for $88.95. The employee came in and looked around and then told me to tell him how much would I pay. He thought $150 would be a fair price. Obviously, I didn't like the way this was handled. Started off with guys not being here for an hour and a half. This was scheduled to happen at 8am didn't show up until 945am. I called the phone number to tell them not to come and that they were an hour and a half late and the guy on the phone tells me to F*&K off....TERRIBLE customer service do not use these people ever. I'm not sure what to think of this company. I have no complaints about their work, but I am suffering the consequences of their referral. They came to do restoration work during a flood in my house...and all seemed ok until their rep referred me to a moving company who he directly called to come over in this emergency situation. Their referral scammed me. As this company openly announces online that it pays generous referral fees, I wonder if Regal Restoration even cares who they are referring as their referral has terrible reviews online. I'm sure they know homeowners in an emergency won't be googling referrals particularly when Regal Restoration has 4 stars on Yelp. I'd never expect their referral would have (a generous) 2 stars on Yelp (but truly 0 by most reviews with story after story about being scammed). I'm giving the owner the opportunity to remedy this catastrophe with their referral as they arranged the introduction and brought them into my home. If they do, I am happy to amend this review. At this time though, I'm sorry I ever put my trust in this company not because of the work they did, but because of the monsters they brought into my life. read more

I called this company to come out and give me an estimate for smoke damage. they gave out all of my personal information to a 3rd company and didn't ask for my approval!!!! I had some random person call me asking me to hire them for misc work?!?!?!?!? they do not honor their coupons. they mailed me a coupon for $38.95 for two rooms. i discussed the condition, the color of carpet and the size of the space in my house with their operator. they confirmed the price. when their guy got here he said it would be $65 because the color of carpet is light and he wants to use chemicals. the extra $25 is not going to break the bank but that's not the point. you can't confirm one price and show up and demand another price. i took the day off work so couldn't reschedule. the guy even told me that unless he uses the chemical, a standard wash won't clean a few spots. i ask you, what's the point then? honor your coupons! customers don't like surprises. also, now the job is done, there are still spots. your "chemical" didn't even do the job. read more

First I had them over to clean my carpet. They did a surprisingly good job, even to themselves. They cleaned some really bad stains and warned me that some of it would come back once it dried, but it didn't. Just so happened that a week or two later a pipe broke in the master shower and flooded all through the wall into the adjoining bedroom, which is an office. So I had their number handy from the carpet cleaning and called them for the flood and thanks goodness I did. They were wonderful once again. They arrived in under an hour and took care of everything for me. They were very efficient and got the plumber here also that same day then the movers the next day. Ya I am not so sure about this moving company either but no major problems with them fortunately. Regal just knows how to take care of business and really handle all the necessary steps if you don't know what to do in a flood like me. read more
