If you want anything from concession stand you might want to show up an hour before the show. They are incredibly slow and really have no system in place to be efficient. The staff goes to the same butter machine the customers use to add butter to popcorn. I appreciate them putting butter in the middle of my large popcorn but there has to be a more efficient way to do this. Also, clarify the refill policy. I was told that I could get both my soda and popcorn refilled, after waiting in line for over five minutes I was told that they only refill the large, 55 gallon size, popcorn. Even after the first person said I could get a refill on a medium. I asked to be sure. I've been to theatres all over the country, $15 for soda and popcorn for one person in outrageous. read more

decent place but after they were purchased by Regal some changes happened such as: nachos quality decreased(loved the old nachos) while overall food prices and options/variety increased. The Imax is the baby Imax but it's all we have unless one wants to drive an hour south into Georgia. Their Imax just needs better imaging speakers, more mid-bass and more low frequency bass...plenty of highs and marginal midrange output. Overall sound quality is good but not much better, if any, than a properly calibrated reasonably priced ($2,500 and above) home system. read more

Three stars just because of the IMAX. Sitting in that theater, especially in a crowd makes you feel like a sardine. Overpriced tickets and food. I haven't been to any of the other screens except the IMAX,so I have no idea how they are. read more

Horrendous. Absolutely horrendous. Ridiculously overpriced, and the theater is set up terribly. Why not put a restroom that you can access before you get your popcorn and give the guy your tickets? If you are by yourself or have a young child, you basically have to go in the restroom with your concessions. It's ridiculous. The popcorn is also stale and cost $8 for a large. You can do much better elsewhere. read more

Best theater I've ever been to. The seats were super comfortable and roomy. The lay out has enough room to feel like you had space between yourself and everyone else. The theater was clean and all of the staff friendly. The IMAX screen is quite impressive and gives a better over all experience to the or goer. This is definitely my theater of choice. read more

Inform your customers that if the IMAX theater is out of commission that they would need to make other accommodations. I came into today without any notifications indicating the IMAX would be out of commission until 7pm, no email, no Fandango notification, ... NOTHING!!! I am assuming this is due to management. Don't worry, I'll just continue to take my business elsewhere. read more

We have gone here for years. And the food sales and ticket sales service is always sub par. But today our entire experience was one issue after another. My hope in sharing this is that they fix it. When we walked up people were randomly standing around. With no clear lines or ways to tell what was open at the food counter. We walked up to an open register and waited. And waited. No one told us we were standing in the wrong line (ends up we weren't) or tell us they would be right with us. Nothing. There were 2 groups of folks besides us(six people total) in various stages of getting food. Three people helping. I finally walked back to the man with a suit on, told him what was going on and asked him if there was a way to tell what register was open. He told me. I told him I had been standing at an open register wo a single person caring I was there. For ten minutes. Nothing. He was all, Oh we will be sure to address that. But he didn't want to get off his butt to actually DO anything. Ok. Whatever. Walked back and FINALLY this young blonde girl asked me in a very very bored manner if I needed help. She was about as nice as a laboring cat. Got our food. All 30$$ of it. Then the 3D movie began without being properly turned on sooooo everything was fuzzy. Until I had to LEAVE THE MOVIE and get help to fix the movie. Seriously. This place is a mess. I don't care how bad your day is, if you work in the public service sector and people are paying $70 freaking dollars for a mid day movie (one adult and two kids no less) your service should be outstanding. Period. Kids-learn a lesson here and always learn to smile and be kind to people no matter how bad your day might be going. You catch more bees with sugar than with vinegar. Be nice! Rant over. Ugh. The theater quality is not bad but the seats are not very comfortable. The concession stand is absolutely terrible because the service is incredibly slow and the prices are outrageous. After paying too much and waiting too long, our order was wrong and they refused to change it. Once you sit down you must endure about 15 previews. I like watching previews for upcoming movies but 20-30 minutes is ridiculous. We will drive further and go back to Camelot. read more

The theater was clean ... lots of parking (we went on a Friday around noon)... prices were ok. But one thing that is VERY important to movie going at least for my wife and I: the popcorn was terrible. Kernals kernals kernals. VERY cheap popcorn - not high quality. AND the 'butter' was a no-taste oil. I know they're ALL oil - but most have a butter taste to them - this was absolutely tasteless - like it was canola oil or some such. VERY disappointing. We will not go back. We'll find someplace else even if we have to drive a few extra miles - popcorn is just as important as the seats/cleanliness etc. Oh - the soda, cherry coke - was poorly done as well. Seriously - you spend THIS much for food (and to watch a movie) you should expect, no, demand the best quality in these items. It only adds penny's to each serving for them. read more

We have been here several times but, twice in the last month. The popcorn has been STALE both times and the concession prices are definitely overpriced! Don't look for customer service here because there isn't any. read more
