This place earned all five stars, and I rarely give all five. I was looking for a nice spot to take my 17-year-old daughter for brunch and present her new graduation car surprise. We hit an absolute jackpot at Regan's Orange City Kitchen. Once I let Kayla know what my surprise plans were, her, Karen, and the rest of the crew all joined in on the surprise and made the impossible happen! They made it a special moment she will never forget. My daughter ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs and loved it all! My mom ordered the eggs benedict, and I ordered their classic pancakes with eggs and bacon, and everything was so good! The food reminded me of the nostalgic home kitchen style food, that your grandmother would make and put smiles on everyone's faces. My mother who is visiting from out of town is from the South and used to good cooking, and she was impressed. I had no idea that this place was around and they said they were here for 13 years. Boy was I missing out!! It used to be Perkins, but this is now my go to brunch spot for the weekend. We were in good hands, and they provided the most sincere encouragement, support, and congratulations to our new high school graduate. All five stars, I highly recommend and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping us make my daughter's graduation dream come true! I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant in Orange City. We will return!

The service was absolutely amazing. My daughter only really eats watermelon and strawberries and she got exactly that. The cuts of each were pretty and nicely balanced. She checked on us making sure we were in need of anything . The gloves of fake fish were really cool . The server didn't even need a paper to write everything we got , she remembered everything ! We even got my daughter something to draw by them! Awesome place and will definitely come again

Excellent wait staff and the owner, I believe. We we attended to quickly for our drinks. The ambiance was quaint and homely. Very unassuming but also appeared very clean and inviting. My grandson ordered the biscuits and gravy and I had the French Toast. They were both very good and plentiful. I will definitely return here in the future. Next time we'll try the lunch!

Wanted to try a small local establishment, I found the one you need to visit. The sign outside says The Rock Restaurant but it's Regan's Oranges City Kitchen. Establishment was Clean and Staff was Very Nice and prompt . I got the Eggs Benedict with potatoes and ham. It was Really Good!

I enjoyed this place when I ate here, a bit slow on the service but the food was good, clean place decorated with four leaf clovers. I had two servers one must of been the owner who was uber nice and attentive then there was the other server that seemed like she hated life. The place is a bit small and crammed so not big party friendly.

I came for breakfast based on a coworkers recommendation. When she said it's a small hidden local spot, she wasn't kidding. Supposedly the owner is originally from Long Island and Regan's Orange City Kitchen (aka The Rock) os a family ruined business. It definitely has that New York style Irish feel to it. It's a cute little restaurant that's pretty no-frills. It's basic and to-the-point, which isn't a bad thing. The place seemed clean and well-kept. The service wasn't anything to brag about. We ordered a bday breakfast of the eggs Benedict which comes with tomatoes and avocados with a side of home fried potatoes and bacon. It was good. My lady ordered the French toast with coffee. It was your basic French toast but I thought it was nice how the lady kept topping off the coffee over and over. Overall, a nice local spot with decent food but nothing to go crazy about. I definitely wouldn't mind doing lunch or dinner to see how that fares.

There was nothing bad about this place, but nothing thrilling either. I was surprised at the bland presentation of my breakfast sandwich, not even so much as a decorative piece of parsley, let alone maybe a strawberry or a grape or two, perhaps. It was tasty. My husband had the corned beef hash breakfast, surprisingly the only Irish thing on the breakfast or lunch menu, considering the name. They di make their on. Overall, just not what we expected. They have 2 outdoor tables on the sidewalk. Also a little confusing as the sign is The Rock, not Reagan's Rock

First time here & I was thrown off by the name because it says Rock outside but I called and asked what gives and she explained that yes this is Regans. I let my uncle that was down from Daytona for breakfast & it was really good. The blue berry pancakes were killer as well as the eggs. The description on the special said large cuts of ham but what was brought out was slivers of thin cut ham I was a little confused there but I still ate it. I would for sure come back

She had to have her pink donut with sprinkles. I ordered the country Benedict.

This is my second time here and I've been surprised both times by the quality of the food. It was a bit cramped this time. I've heard that Orange City is a bit strict and it looks like they've removed some tables. Make sure you look at both menus. I only saw the smaller one so I was thinking the offerings were very limited. My daughter had the shrimp and grits and found them to be amazing. They are not spicy but very flavorful which she appreciated. I had the Benedict with avocado, spinach, etc and it too was amazing. I was not excited about ordering it but am sure glad I did. The poached eggs were perfect and the English muffins were nice and crispy. You may want to ask for a steak knife since it was difficult to cut the muffins.

    Hash breakfast- freshly made.

Sooo...we were looking for something different for breakfast and trying to venture a bit from home this last weekend. This place is a tiny spot with locals who have come to get a good meal. We came at a slow time (late morning) but still were able to get breakfast. Biscuits and gravy along with a corned beef combo were ordered. The wait was a little long, but the coffee was fresh and strong. The server was very nice and attentive to anything we needed. She was friendly and fast. The food was good overall, but I would like them to check their bread..I realized after the first slice that the second had a bit of mild on the side. The rest of the food was good and honestly I've had bread go bad at home, so I wasn't overly upset, but. Hose Tom lower the stars for that issue from 4 to 3. Health standards seemed good otherwise. It was an overall good meal. It was brought on our attention that they bake all biscuits with regular milk and honey on top; could've lived without that as a biscuits and gravy biscuit, but that's just my opinion. Overall I would like to go back in a month or so and try again.

Always enjoyed their breakfast. Went tonight and wow, what a great selection of special meals, including salad, bread and dessert! Food was A+! So delicious. You won't be disappointed

Cute restaurant in the Deltona area. Was looking for a brunch spot while visiting that was off the beaten path. The restaurant is located in a small shopping area. Really small and quaint. Older fashioned Decor. Service was pretty good. Food and the mimosa was delicious. Check it out!

I was looking for a place on YELP that was convenient to meet a friend from out of town for lunch. Orange City seemed to be halfway between our locations so I decided to try Regan's out a.k.a. "The Rock". Turns out this was a great choice, arrived at 1:00 PM plenty of good parking out front and when I walked in I immediately knew I had made a good decision the place was really clean and free of any clutter we were greeted immediately and found a booth next to the front entrance with a window view. They have a simple lunch menu and one of the selling points for me was that the advertised selections were homemade. I chose the roasted turkey club with home fries. Just as advertised the turkey was fresh and hand craved on toasted bread (white, wheat or rye) I chose white it was filled with nice fresh lettuce and tomatoes ,crispy lean bacon, a touch of mayo and stuffed with lean white turkey breast. The home fries were fresh cut red potatoes sautéed with onion and a little seasoning cooked perfectly. I loved this sandwich, the server was friendly and attentive and checked to see if everything was satisfactory. The owners seemed to know some of the locals sitting across from us and during their conversation carried out this giant fresh turkey just out of the oven (validation that they do it right here). This is definitely a place you want to try out, I know I will again when in the area.

The overall vibe is always warm and inviting, and I genuinely enjoy coming here. If I had to mention one thing, I would say the drinks aren't my favorite -- they tend to be a little too sweet or sometimes taste a bit watered down. But honestly, I feel like that's pretty consistent with most Chili's in general, so it's not a deal breaker for me at all. Aside from that, everything else is great. The service, the food, and the atmosphere always make it a good experience. This spot never disappoints and I'll definitely keep coming back.

Certainly so, and hospitality was really very high, so far as chains go. So there's that. We got the triple dipper just because (they got me) and it was good enough. That QP mock Quarter Pounder with cheese was actually better than the genuine article but lunch was a bit much. Was fun enjoying ourselves revisiting them for old time's sake.
