Unfortunately Dr. Morgan Tannenbaum was unable to help our dog after many thousands of dollars were spent on long ineffective treatments. We took the dog to a different vet (Magnolia) and they took care of the dog very quickly (for a reasonable price). Dr. Tannenbaum then proceeds to say we owe him another $300 for some medication we did not ask for or receive. We we refused to pay the resorted to strong-arm techniques of reporting me (and I am not the dog owner or responsible, it is my 86 year old mothers dog who I brought for her) to a very aggressive bill collector. I was harassed on my cel phone, work, and then my wife was harassed similarly. I confronted them and they said they would call off the collector and get back to us, but this was a lie. This vet is all about unnecessary services, selling products, and putting money ahead of the animals. We now have to sue him for the distress, the harassment, and fraudulently reporting me (not the dog owner) for medication we never received (or asked for). a Shockingly horrible ordeal. Either you give into his shady tactics or they laugh at you while having you harassed. Stay away from this vet! read more

This is by far the most expensive and least efficient veterinary clinic I have ever visited, with very poor pricing transparency. Two weeks ago, I brought my dog in for an ear infection. The vet spent about 10 minutes, applied some medication in the ear, did not provide any medication to take home, and asked us to return in one week. At checkout, I was told that credit card payments require an additional 3% fee, which I have never experienced at any other veterinary clinic. Since I had no cash, I paid $195. One week later, I returned for the follow-up visit. The vet looked at my dog's ear for less than 2 minutes, said it was fine, and I was charged another $26. A week after that, my dog's ear became red and inflamed again, with a lot of discharge. I later found out that my friend's dog had the same condition treated at this same clinic, was given medication to take home during the first visit, and paid $160 total. I called the clinic and was told I could come back to get the medication. However, when I arrived, a staff member named Megan insisted I had to pay an additional $56, claiming that the previous charges did not include the medication. I explained that this medication should have been part of the initial visit, but they refused to acknowledge it. In the end, I had no choice but to pay again. My total cost was $277 -- $107 more than my friend paid for the same issue. I understand veterinary care is expensive, but inconsistent explanations, repeated charges, and lack of transparency are unacceptable. I strongly recommend other pet owners confirm all costs in advance before choosing this clinic. read more

Very disappointed. I've been coming here for years. They had good doctors, good service and were reasonably priced. Today I go and they charge me $180 to get the same ear infection medication I've been getting for years. $80 for a "physical" which included checking the ears and weighing my dog, That is literally it! $70 is their new price for an ear cytology, because it's a 'new machine' and can "test" more accurately! We are new to the Boca, I was looking for a vet clinic for our adorable sphinx cat Oscar. Oscar is 5 y.o. very active cat. He likes to walk on leash, we take him everywhere we go. Suddenly our "beast" spend all day in sleep, refuse to eat, and felt very hot, assuming high fewer. So that was a time to see a doctor. We had recommendation from our friend and from a first step into the clinic didn't regret a moment. I have a 2 year old very sweet and friendly Siamese. Went for our annual physical. For some reason the vet assistant had trouble with Henry and put a noose around his neck ! to take blood. He was brought out of the exam room with that noose still on him. We brought him home and he remained traumatized for 2 days hiding in the closet. I called the doctor and told him how upset I was and that I would go into the room next time. He said no and that he would sedate him. Spoke with many friends. I truly am so sad to write a bad review. I know it is not good for a vet's reputation. But this is horrible. read more

We've been using Regency for all of our dogs. They are caring and compassionate and handle all types of issues. There are at least 30 vets between our home and them, but we travel the distance. That says a lot. From the front desk to the Dr's, there is never an issue. Highly recommend. read more

Just moved to Florida about 7 months ago and have definitely found our new vet! We tried out to other places and didn't get a good feeling from them that they had our pets best interest in mind, but this place is definitely it! Dr. Morgan is very thorough and explains things very well. He also seems to find things that other vets likely would not but he also doesn't try to upsell you things you don't need. And even if you're slightly obsessed with your fur baby, like I am, they totally understand and will help you with any concerns you have! I love Regency... and I mean the whole team. They have guided me through the care of my pets for five years, even through challenging times. In particular, I have a dog with disability, she had parvo and distemper before I adopted her. With that she developed hip problems. Would give zero stars if I could. Incompetent vets who are money hungry. My dog had a rabies vaccine here never had an issue before when previously given but for some reason dog had severe reaction. Normally vets will make you wait 20 minutes to make sure no allergy is occurring in this case they let me go home right away and my dog threw up 10 minutes after leaving was crying and in pain took her back in and the vet was like if you want you can give her a medication to help with nausea. I didn't want to keep giving my dogs drugs and ask the "professional" their opinion and her reply was "it's up to you?" Lol umm am I the veterinarian or are you? She said reaction was mild and I can go home. Dog was suffering all night and was throwing up all night. Complete negligence. Not to mention cost a fortune for this visit. A few weeks later I called to ask for an antibiotic that my non anesthetic dog teeth cleaning service told me to get to pull my dogs tooth so she doesn't get an infection. These people gave me such a hard time for this antibiotic were asking me where I'm taking her to get her teeth cleaned why I am not taking her to get them cleaned at their practice and they never heard of a non anesthetic dog cleaning service. Disgusting money hungry practice extremely negligent. They don't give a shit about your dog all they care about is money. Also my mother In law took her dog her for an ear infection and they prescribed a medication that made the dog deaf. Take dog/ cat here at your own risk! read more

I was very impressed by the staff and the vet (Dr. Morgan). Everyone in the office was super friendly and Dr. Morgan took time to answer all of my questions, he was conservative in his suggestions and incredibly informational and professional. I adopted a 1-yr old German Shepherd about 3 weeks ago. This vet was on the list of participating vets for rescues...I figured it would be "okay", at best...however I loved this vet clinic!
