He was very nice and didn't mind answering all of my nervous mom questions about a growth I found on his back. The Veterinarians at Regency Vet have taken excellent care of my 2 dogs. They have called me back when I needed to speak with them regardless of my question. They're compassionate and very caring. I think they've handled the Covid situation very well. While I would love to be able to accompany my dogs into the treatment room for support, I'm not as nervous leaving them alone with the staff because I know they're in good hands. He prepared the room & took us in immediately. The process was quick & he let us stay with our dog as long as we wanted. Honestly, I'm so disappointed. My dog and I saw Dr. Goldberg and I have never felt so bad in my life. I went in bc I thought she might be pregnant, she focused so much on telling me I needed to educate myself on the reproduction that she didn't address any of my dogs other problems. And thank God because I felt so attacked. I didn't answer any of her questions. Because from the introduction she plain on judged me. stupidly, I waited for her to say it was ok to leave when from the getco I should've just left. oh and let me not forget that she said I chose the worse breed To breed. And this would cost me thousands of dollars and etc. I simply ended that by saying I was just trying to find somewhere to closer to home to address issues not only regarding this bc I already have a place in Miami. I give them a one star because Dr. tannenbaum was great with my two other coworkers and their dogs. But what a terrible experience. no regular checkup was done. Nothing. She was so focused on telling me I needed to study that she didn't do anything else. We were treated better at banfield. She was really cold and didn't interacted with my dog to create a relationship. Crazy bc when I calle di told they young girl why I was coming in, she said did you want to see anyone and I said no, I hear everyone there is amazing. Yeah, I was wrong. read more

After being a loyal customer and having my dog groomed with Christina I was disappointed after being told by Tara that Christina would not groom my dog unless she bathed her as well. My dog's doctor had x-rayed and examined her and given me permission to have her groomed. I wanted to bathe her at home just to make sure that everything went well, bring her to the office for Christina , who has been grooming her for years to groom her. I was willing to pay full price, I didn't ask for any kind of discount or lesser amount and I'm very disappointed. I have nothing negative to say about the doctors.
