i booked two services. one for myself and one for my sone. my service was great. my sons massage therapist did a poor job at deep tissue massage. my son felt as if she applied lotion to his body and that is it. He asked the massage therapist to increase the pressure 2 times. She did not. when speaking to the manager, my son explained this and he asked if he could rebook and have the service comped. She said the therapist needed to get paid and she did the job. She also made it a point to say he should have spoken up. In which i replied that he did. I asked that she comp the service and reschedule with a different therapist. She again refused and called me unreasonable. She said again her therapist needed to be paid. she discounted the service 50%. I paid but did not appreciate being talked to in that manner. my son called when we got home and expressed his disappointment again to the manager. She called him rude and hung up on him. i will never go back and will never recommend RELAX the spa to anyone because it was anything but relaxing. in response to your comment.WHICH YOU HAVE SINCE DELETED. the one that you accused both my son and myself as threatening i have never been there before. my son has and his girlfriend. they both said there first experience was good. my experience was great. i even said that at the beginning of the review. my son didnt ask to be comped twice nor was he threatening in any way. being called rude and unreasonable is not a good customer policy. what my son did was ask to be rescheduled with another person. never again like i said. read more

My sister and I recently spent the most enjoyable afternoon at RELAX. The facility was serene and beautiful, and the treatments we had done (facial and pedicure) were soothing and handled expertly. The esthetician was gentle and knowledgeable and I left feeling refreshed. One of the most relaxing aspects of the afternoon was arriving the recommended 20 minutes early to change into a robe and relax for awhile in the quiet room. This allowed us to take our time and not rush in and out. We enjoyed the warm herb wrap and a cup of tea while we chatted before our treatments and then again after. This luxury spa offers a truly luxurious experience. The amenities are exactly what I would have needed if I'd designed them myself. The service was excellent and professional from start to finish. Every staff member regardless of role was courteous and accommodating. I had a basic facial, but it was anything but basic. The treatment felt like a practically full-body experience! I had a wonderful experience at RELAX The Spa! The ambiance was soothing and the staff were incredibly friendly. My massage was just heavenly; the therapist really knew what they were doing.
