After those reviews, the Service Department Manager reached out to me personally, listened to my concerns, and assured me they were working to improve. I'm happy to say they have! I recently brought my daughter's Toyota in for a scheduled 1:00 p.m. oil change and routine maintenance. In the past, even with an appointment, a simple oil change could take nearly three hours. This visit was a completely different experience. The service was completed in just over an hour, and I received text updates throughout the appointment letting me know the progress. It's easy to write a negative review when things go wrong, but it's just as important to recognize when a business takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. I truly appreciate the efforts of the Service Department Manager and his team for turning around what had been a disappointing experience. They've earned this five-star review, and I hope they continue providing this level of service to all of their customers. Thank you!

When I asked when the parts might be available, I was told to call back the following week. I also asked if they could reach out to me once the parts came in since they already had my information, but initially they said they couldn't do that or schedule anything. After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

I don't understand how items that are donated for free are now being priced at $12. That feels like an excessive markup for a thrift store. Thrift stores are meant to serve community members who are struggling and help meet basic needs. Adding the word "vintage" to the name doesn't seem like it should justify doubling prices. It feels concerning that an organization that claims to support children may now be putting additional strain on families who are already having a hard time, especially when the merchandise is donated. The shift reminds me of the pricing philosophy at Goodwill Industries International, which is one reason I stopped shopping there. I used to be a weekly customer. Now I only stop in occasionally if I happen to be nearby. Overall, this has been very disappointing.

Sadly I ran into this again today. I found some material on the ground and set it on a ledge. I asked if they could sell me some of the same materials. The staffer was rude, asked how I'd feel if he went into my car and grabbed stuff. He also said he'd 86 me if I did it again. This was unnecessary and needlessly unprofessional. I simply was putting it into a more obvious place than the ground. After all if I dropped something I'd appreciate someone picking something up if I dropped it. No good deed goes unpunished here apparently. I was so flabbergasted I didn't respond with a better explanation but it's a situation I never should've happened. The only reason I have given them two stars rather than one is because the gal at the counter was very nice as she usually is. Still overall disappointed with the whole experience.
