He told me that he cannot completely make it clear before working and I saw the result and it was as similar to what I saw before fixing. The chipping on my windshield is a quite old one but now at least shielded from growing. I got to see that there's limitation for the oldness of chipping. If you get something, bring it to the reaping store sooner so the result will be better. The staff was very quick and friendly. If I have to replace my windshield I'll come back here tho.

She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. Highly Recommend!! (and I don't highly recommend much!) Over the weekend my daughter's passenger window was smashed in. She didn't know until yesterday, Sunday. So, we started the process - police report, notify the apt complex, etc and I began the search for someone who could replace the window. Most places were closed yesterday. The earliest we could get Safelight to do it was Wednesday. The earliest we could get American Automotive (Atlas) to do it was this Friday. I called Texas Reliable Auto Glass. The gentleman that answered was very polite and super nice. He said he could do it today between 11 - 2. My daughter had tried to clean up the glass but without a cordless vac she was just using a handbroom and had a meltdown because there was so much glass everywhere and such small pieces that she couldn't get it up and out of the carpet. So, I texted the gentleman and asked if they would also clean up the glass (maybe this is standard but we have never had this happen so I didn't know). I told him that I was 300 miles away and it is so hard to be a mom 300 miles away when things like this happen. He said that they had all the equipment to clean up the glass and that he told me they would take good care of my daughter and get it all cleaned up and done right. They showed up on time and my daughter says that the gentleman has been sooooooo nice, polite, and thorough. Then he called me to let me know that he had finished. AND his charge was less than Safelight or American Automotive! read more

Unfortunately I got a big rock chip in my windshield on a holiday weekend after driving up to Austin from Houston. The first company I called for a quote, quoted me a ridiculous amount for me to have it fixed and brought into them for the service. I called Reliable Auto Glass and Iman promptly answered the call and gave me a quote. Their quote was HALF the cost plus he's mobile. EVEN BETTER! He said he'd be at my place by 11 am and showed up earlier. He only took about 20 minutes to do the repair and was super thorough. In fact, I've never seen such thorough work before in comparison to the windshield guys I know back home. He was super personable and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone to give him a call if you're in need of a quick fix. Also, he's from Houston!! They will definitely be my go-to when I'm in Austin. read more

Your questionable practice just earned yourself this one star update. Follow up: My goodness, what a dishonest business! I reached out to you on Sunday, and you scheduled *Tuesday* to replace the windshield. I told you the address, and the location of my car, and you confirmed everything at that time. Then on Monday you asked to delay to Wednesday, which would not work for me because it would be too late. Now, I feel that I made the right choice not to use your company. Phew, dodged a bullet. My Son is at college and his truck was broken into in a parking garage. the driver side window was totally smashed. I am in a different city and I requested a quote from several places and Mobi responded quickly and I did receive other quotes but this one was reasonable and they were able to get out and complete the job within a couple of hours. My window was broken into the past weekend and i was able to get it fixed within 3 days compared to 12 days if i waited on my insurances preferred vendor. The staff was very friendly. Although they don't work with insurance they will help with an itemized invoice so you can submit for reimbursement via insurance. Highly recommend if you need a quick fix on that glass.
