They didn't answer on the first try but immediately sent me a text message to follow up on the missed call. (I'd rather communicate on text anyway.) (This was not long after the brief freeze, which Texas Reliable thinks was a factor.) The pro's: Incredibly fast response time and customer service was very good. Very competitive pricing. The con's: I was not informed that glass would not fit 100% and cover the opening completely in my windshield. As well, they did not tighten the screws on my windshield wipers that they had loosened so my wipers were not moving or working at all. I figured it out and tightened them myself, but that is something they should have done. read more
