    Very disappointing service experience. The purchase experience was fine, but service, not so much. First thing I noticed was after rotating the tires they did not change the air pressure as per the vehicle spec (35 front 39 rear). No big deal. Yesterday, quite a while after the service, I just happened to open my hood to look at my battery, and found the oil cap just sitting there above the front grill. Have been driving around like this for week. When I take a nearly 6 figure vehicle in for service at the dealership I purchased it from, I expect better.

    Personal Property Damaged

    I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at Reliable, and at this point I seriously question both the quality of the service and how my vehicle and personal belongings was treated while it was there. Reliable performed my 30,000-mile service on my 2023 Colorado. After I brought the truck home from that appointment, I began noticing a leak, and shortly after that the transmission started slipping. Because of those new problems, which only began after the 30,000-mile service, I brought the truck back to Reliable to have the leak and transmission issue repaired. When I picked my truck up on Thursday, February 12, 2026, I discovered that my Puerto Rican boxing gloves, a family heirloom hanging from my rearview mirror, had been damaged. Before service, the gloves had no scrapes, all of the "Puerto Rico" lettering was fully intact, and they were hanging securely as I had placed them. Afterward, some of the lettering was scraped off, there were visible scuffs on the gloves, and the way they were attached to the rearview mirror had been altered. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to touch my personal belongings at all, especially something with deep sentimental and cultural meaning. I immediately contacted my sales rep, Michael Davis, and was told that a manager would reach out to me. I still have not received any communication from anyone at Reliable as of February 24, 2026 about this issue! The timeline of events is extremely troubling. I brought my truck in for service, new problems appeared immediately afterward, and when I returned to have those issues fixed, my personal property ended up damaged. After raising concerns that the leak may have been caused during the 30,000-mile service, this damage now feels retaliatory! On top of that, the specific damage to the "Puerto Rico" lettering makes this feel racially driven, or at the very least deeply disrespectful and culturally insensitive. Between the mechanical issues, the damage to my belongings, and the complete lack of follow-up or accountability, I am left with serious doubts about the professionalism and integrity of this dealership. I trusted Reliable with my truck, and instead I have been left frustrated, ignored, and questioning what really happened while my vehicle was in their care. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Reliable to anyone!

    They want to charge you a 1700.00 recon fee for 7k car. They are crooks! I wouldn't go there with my last dime.

The customer DOES care about how you talk to them and treat them. They will finesse every dime out of you and charge you for THEIR expenses which is ridiculous so do not fall for it. Pro tip: do NOT under any circumstance tell them how much of a monthly payment you would be ok with. This is a tactic dealerships use to squeeze every dollar out of you without negotiating the price. Last thing: they told me they would take an outside lender for a loan, but when we were trying to buy, Jacob the douche told me that they don't and only use their bank of choice or whatever. STAY AWAY. you'll thank me later

    I had to go to the Mazda Dealer for a reprogramming of my key fobs, and just happened to choose…read morethis one due to it being close to me. However I have to say the service team: specifically Victor and Perry (Service Mgr) were great throughout it all. I will say at first I was a bit annoyed because I had an appt scheduled one day and the people on the phone told me incorrect information when making my appt. so I wasted my time to go out there in the middle of my workday for no reason. Only to get there and then tell me I couldn't have it re-programmed. Where some places would've probably just programmed and may have left you stuck. As Mazda vehicles require 2 "good keys" to reprogram, and one the process is started it deems your vehicle immobile if it doesn't pair. Victor and Perry took the time to explain to me the chances of the other key not programming and all my various options and costs associated with it, so I could make the best decision for myself on what I wanted to do. Victor and Perry kept me updated throughout the whole process, and thankfully it all worked out. What I appreciated besides the communication with Perry and Victor is the fact that they took the time to explain in lamens terms the whole scenario and possible consequences of them doing the programming. I know some places definitely would've just gone ahead and if it didn't work, forced you to buy the Mazda mfctr key through them which is like $300. I also chatted with some of the sales guys while there, and they weren't pushy just talked about the feature of my car versus some of the other models. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for servicing or if I choose to upgrade my car. Thanks for making what could've been a nightmare of a process, a great experience Victor and Perry!

    I purchased a car from this dealership in May 2025, and I have had nonstop issues ever since. Just…read moreone week after purchase, the check engine light came on. I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying a car here to think twice.Save yourself the stress, money, and safety risk, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone
