called my insurance company. they use a third party vendor to handle all windshield related issues that also happens to be an auto glass repair company that shall remain nameless. i never dealt with this issue before so i nearly walked into the trap of thinking i had to use that company instead of the one i wanted, reliable glass. they wanted to repair several cracks courtesy of 2 weeks on the 101 rather than replace. i got them to okay reliable glass and from there it was fantastic. Kayla at reliable glass set me up. she is knowledgeable and friendly. she walked me through everything. even letting me know i had the option of repair or replacement. and there was no pressure to replace. she made sure my insurance worked for me. she's pretty funny too. the appointment was made based on mutual availability, not just telling me and making me work it out on my end. Real Cheaters... Hired them for a CHIP repair today at chandler, AZ as part of the 1 year warranty work and Tech came and broke the whole windscreen.. The Tech says he broke and walks out stating someone from the company will call me, apparently no one cared to call me. when i called they are asking me to fix it myself my paying for the full windscreen.. Seems like a pre-planned, so that now they can install the new glass and make more money.. They don't deserve the name reliable.. Dont ever hire them will report to BBB as well read more

My driver's side front window randomly exploded on I-10 at 5 AM this morning. I called Reliable when they opened, and Beatrice made sure that I wasn't stuck with a car without a window (even though my wife and I have another car we could have driven until they could have replaced it). She gave me a quote (which was MUCH less than I was expecting), and said she'd call me back immediately after she found an open technician for today. She got ahold of a technician, and told me they'd be here in about two hours. I got a call 20 minutes later from the tech, Steven, saying he would be here in 10 minutes. Upon his arrival, he explained what he would be doing, and that it would take about an hour. It took no more than an hour to have the window installed, and the inside of my car cleaned up from the glass shattered everywhere (extremely well, at that!). This was the best experience I've had with any auto repair company (glass, mechanic, etc.), and I won't hesitate to use them again if the need arises. Thank you so much! read more

I reached out to Reliable Glass for a quote on my broken residential window. They were not able to come when I hoped they would, but sent someone out as soon as they could, which happened to be Christmas Eve, which was nice of them. The guy that came out quoted it at almost double what Royal Glass did, and he said they'd call me 2 days later with the final quote/proposal. I never heard from them again. Wow, what a great experience. I went to the office in Chandler off of Chandler Blvd for a piece of art I have that needs a sheet of non reflective glass. Roberta is the woman who helped me. The company she normally uses didn't carry that kind of glass anymore so she said she would contact some other companies she knows. I asked if I should take it to a local craft store/frame shop since it was such a small project. She said I would probably have to pay a lot more for it there and to let her do more research to help me out. So kind of her to take that on. I can only imagine how good she would be for any larger project to make sure her clients are well taken care of.
