The movers showed up on bicycles - one with an 'official' company shirt on, the other in basic t-shirt. I had hired movers to load the truck in Aurora, CO who showed up with their own dollies and in a vehicle. After about 30 minutes, one of the movers appeared to tire out and take frequent breaks. Though it was warm, this is the job they have chosen to perform and I expected them to continue working until the job was done. We gave them plenty of water as well, and I did not pester them to continue to work. Would likely not recommend this company to others. read more

I hired them for two men for two hours the night before I needed them. They contacted me by 8:30am the next day, we arranged the time and everything went as planned. While not "professionals" like a North American Van Lines. (e.g. listening skills were off the mark), nevertheless, the staff were willing and helpful and motivated to get the work completed. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! EVER!!!!! They are the opposite of reliable. Showed up 3 hours late, then told me they wanted more help because the job would take too long to finish before their next apt. Left to drive around their friends' houses to see if they were home. When they weren't, they called and told me they couldn't do the job. Now i'm left to move completely alone. read more

Please do yourself a favor and not work with this company. First issue right off the bat was them letting me know they would be an hour late, which was fine. I recieved another call saying they will be another hour late, okay.... Recieve one more call saying they have no cleaning supplies for the cleaning job I was paying them for, they said they could get some but they'd be another hour late. I said fine ill get them for you just get here soon. Another hour passes and no word from them so I call them and they say they'll be there soon. Meanwhile I have a 16 foot moving truck parked in downtown San Francisco, parked illegally. So they finally show up 5 hours late lacking supplies. The one guy was very nice and helpful, the other very rude and frequently complained making me feel bad for moving and the layout of my apartment. Even with me moving boxes with them my one bedroom apartment still took more than 3 hours to complete. After the truck was finally loaded we had to head out and were running so late we had no time to check their cleaning work (intentional?). As we were driving off, the one guy had the audacity to ask how much of a tip we left them (much more than they deserved). The most insulting thing was that they charged an extra hour of cleaning despite not having any supplies and me and my girlfriend having done almost all of it during the 5 hours they were late. After all that, they did not clean the oven and it was deducted from my security deposit. After being left with 50 dollars worth of cleaning supplies, adding an hour of work they weren't there for and not completing the job, I tried to get a refund but the number on the "company" website leads directly to the cellphone of the rude mover himself, so no luck clearing up the fraud there. It might not be possible for me to get my money back but hopefully I can prevent someone else from having to be out through this. Please find another moving company. read more

DON'T do it. Upon opening our moving container from a cross country trip I am in tears. These men had packed on top of my wooden furniture metal items using no pads. We supplied plenty of pad for them and had even wrapped some of the pieces before they arrived. the pads were removed from these pieces. Then to add insult the containers Clearly marked GLASS were placed on the bottom and Books on top. I have many photos of the truck at opening they are like a horror show for moving. read more

We used this company a week ago to move our 3 bedroom house. They were great! It was super hot that day and they had great attitudes and worked so hard. We got everything moved in a couple of hours. Much faster than I thought it was going to take. They got everything to fit in the U haul perfectly! And nothing broke! They were much less than the movers we used a couple of years and way more friendly. read more

The movers were great. Our job turned out bigger than we had estimated. They were patient and thorough. It was hot but they worked hard right through it. They packed the truck very nicely. Unpacking the truck was a mess and things were not put where I wanted them but that was as much my fault. Victor was helpful but I was not expecting him to tip himself as he coordinated his movers but did actually participate in the move. In the end all the extra money went to the two guys who worked super hard. I would fire them again and recommend them. read more

We used these movers in August 2012 to move our daughter's furniture and clothing in to a U-Haul truck, for her move to San Diego. The two movers showed up on time, were very polite and professionals and got the job done well. They even hooked up her car to the trailer and left with a "thank you" and a smile. Great workers. We are moving our other daughter this year, and we plan to use Reliable again. read more

This is a completely unprofessional company. Do not waste your time with them. I booked them through Uhaul, and unfortunately on their website, had good ratings. When I called them, Victor said I shouldn't have called so far in advance, and to call back closer to my move date. Then, the afternoon before my move, I received a text message saying that on of the movers could not show up because he was having trouble with his car... not my problem. Then he told me they could not move me and to find someone else. This left me with only a couple hours to find new movers. Stay away from these guys. read more

i recently needed some help moving. i was in a tough situation but victor and his crew were very helpful and positive. im happy victor was whilling to give me a great price! at first i thought all my stuff wouldnt fit into the truck i got from uhaul but victor got the stuff in there and nothing got broken... not that im aware of LOL. i give reliable moving 3 thumbs up. read more
