Once again this company saved us!!! They came out quickly and were able to unclog our kitchen sink . The last two companies we contacted told us that they would have to dig up the floor in our kitchen ( which are travertine pavers we would not be able to match) to be able to get to the clog or break in our pipe. The work itself was great! Our plumber was in and out under 35 minutes and took a personal call during that time frame. He left it clean after which some plumbers don't so that was much appreciated but they charged me $215 to unclog a bathroom sink.... They have a 1-hr minimum fee and had I known this and the price before the work was started I most certainly would've gone with another plumber. read more

Very disappointed in this company. They came out two weeks ago and rooted drain behind washing machine. Said they couldn't clear it but of course I still had to pay $175.00. I called then to schedule a "camera" visit because they allegedly got some rootlets while rooting. They said it would cost $325.00 and scheduled the appt., but said they could do it for $295. since they had been here recently. I cancelled and called JustinTime Plumbing and they got my drain completely cleared for $130. Don't waste your time and money with UnReliable Rooter&Plumbing. read more

My backyard drain has slowly been backing up. After spending two weekends trying to fix it myself, I threw in the towel and started searching for plumber/rooter. I started with the usual's Roto Rooter and Mr. Rooter. I'm sure that they both would have done a good job, with the latter being slightly cheaper per hour, but I was drawn to try Robert and his Reliable Rooters. Jude's review here on yelp definitely helped along with a couple of reviews on other sites. I also liked the idea that they charged by job, and not by the hour. They were also willing to give a quote over the phone and their staff was very prompt at returning calls. As with most service companies, they give a window of when they will arrive. My window was between 9-11 am. John, our plumber arrived at 11 am. Not a huge deal for me since I was a bit sluggish this morning anyway. They start with the usual disclaimer that there is no guarantee that they will unclog the drain and there is also no warranty. Ok ... not much I can do there, let's get it fixed. John was a great guy and he gave it his all. My only fear was that he'd give up after a couple of minutes of trying leaving me at a loss with my flat rate payment scheme. He did not disappoint me though. He worked on the drain for 3 hours and only gave up once it reached an acceptable state. Final prognosis was that he did all he could, but there could be some tree roots penetrating the pipes that traditional tools can not handle. At any rate, I'm happy. My drain is much better than it was last week which is perfect for this nice sunny Socal weather we're having. I would definitely recommend this company and I'm extremely happy that I went with them. I'm sure that the other players out there would've done a similar job,but I would have easily spent twice as much. read more
