Our 19 year old water heater had stopped for a while, but I was able to turn it back on again. I was worried that something might be wrong as it made strange hissing sounds. All I have to say is WOW! These guys are amazing!!! They really care about their customers and it shows! I have only used them once but my experience was so great I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Their customer service is great. Got straight to the point, offered options (water heater repair/replacement) I took his advice and he went to work immediately. My water heater was so bad it was leaking junk everywhere and there was mold building up on the wall. He took his time and cleaned up the entire mess. Took out the old one and put in the new one with no problems. And by problems I mean there wasn't an uh oh moment like something else was wrong that was going to cost me money.
